We found this little cat just walking around why does it remind me about it?oh no broke your trousers gorge it's okay oh it's gonna follow you wants your food i think really wants to come with youWe're done for the day actually a lot earlier than I thought so I am rushing to get on the tube To then get on the train to then get home to Bowie such a good day really nice to be back with a gang really nice to dance again and it's going to be a very exciting year so yeah i'm pleased that i'm back i am back in my little town and um like i said i had a wonderful day i drove my mini to the train station today i haven't driven it in a while and um yeah it's a heavy car like genuinely i feel like i am working hard to drive it anyway i'm gonna drive home now and uh see my little boy uh i managed to as well pump today while i was at work so i am still breastfeeding so um i pumped a whole load of milk and i've kept it in thiscooler bag that I have bought myself.It's a breast bag and in one side I keep the breast pump and in the other side it's like a cooler bag with a big ice block that you put in the freezer so it's kept the milk cold all day.But anyway, enough talking, I've got to get home to my boy.

I forgot to tell you the reason I came on.I forgot to show you guys from my last vlog the carrot cakes that I made.I'm gonna open this one up and show you the inside because they're actually incredible.They look really dry, but that recipe was absolutely divine.I took one to work today and this one I'm gonna take tomorrow.It was such a great little, except I've had a little bit now and I'm probably going to eat the rest.

Such a great little snack.Recommend.Bowie's down in bed.Don't know if I told you that.He's gone to sleep now.I'm going to do a quick little tidy.

I'm going to use the red light therapy because I think tomorrow I will be sore.And then I'm actually going to hit the hay myself and try and get a very early night.What else do I have to tell you?I think that's it.I don't think there's anything else to tell you.Little man is still asleep at 6am.

He woke up in the middle of the night.night so he don't think he's gonna be waking up anytime soon well I say that hewill.So I have woken up, so I gotta get ready for work.And I thought I'd show you a realistic morning that I'm gonna have from now on in.So I've woken up.

My body doesn't feel surprisingly.I thought, I was like, I'm gonna be really sore when I wake up.I'm not too bad.I did do my leg compression boots last night.Wanted to do red light, but I ran out of time.I would love to do red light this morning.

So first things first, I'm gonna have a glass of water.Cheers.I'm going to do a pump, because I'll be pumped by the way.A lot of people have asked in messages what pump I'm using, and it is the LV.It's two of them at once.I usually just do one.

It's quite overwhelming doing two at a time.Eat my breakfast while this is on.Gotta get myself ready, and then hopefully by that point, Bowie's woken up.So yeah.By the way, it's 6 a .m.

I'm going for cottage cheese.and peanut butter and banana on toast this morning.Beautiful natural sun is coming in and basically I'm standing so that I don't spill my milk.I'm warming up my body for another day of dancing.I'm so impressed.I don't feel nowhere near as sore as I thought I would.

In fact, oh, this has stopped.In fact, I think I've been sorer.I think I'm pretty sure I was way sorer on every other year that I've done Strictly.There you go, collected.And we'll pour that into one of these.Just made myself some lunch.

I did a yogurt pot.I bought this from Gail's yesterday, and I love it.I finished it, but I was like, I'll keep that little container.It's perfect to take yogurt for lunch, which I'm going to do today.Now I'll go and get myself ready, and then wake up dressed and ready to go.I have my vitamins for the morning, because this is the booster for pregnancy and breastfeeding vitamin.

It is the brand Sisterly, and I actually do have a code for them if you guys want to try it.I will get that code 100 % and put it on the screen now if anyone wants to try it.So I have loved it so far.I've been using it for a while now and I'm enjoying it, commending it.Anyway, if you need to have any vitamins, brush my teeth and we'll see.man.

It's Wednesday and today I'm actually not at the studio I have the day off.It's lovely because I obviously get to spend a little bit time with Bowie but also I can do a few things like go to the chiropractor which I'm at right now I really I remember mentioning in my last vlog that I hurt my back.I pulled a muscle or I don't know whether it's sciatica or I've just pulled a muscle.I don't know what it is.But I haven't been to the chiro in a couple of weeks because he wasn't well last week when I was going to go.So I'm so excited.

to go to the chiropractor.So me and Bowie are here now.I'm going to go up, go to the chiro, get myself a lovely little coffee from the coffee shop around the corner, then head back home because there's a few bits and bobs I need to get done today.I think next week as well I've got a couple of days off.Just works out that certain numbers when I'm not needed for.Chiro is done and now we're at Linfield Coffeeworks.

But you like it, don't you?You like it when Mummy wears red lips.He's very fascinated by my red lips.Anyway, we have done hardly anything today, but we've done everything.Just being with this little one is everything.And I hardly vlogged, so that's what.

So we actually finished rehearsal a lot earlier today.However, I'm on the train and the train is not leaving because there was a fire.on the train line but also some trespassers so there's like literally no trains leaving london victoria at the momentso I just jumped off to go and get myself a sink and then I'm gonna get back on this is literally we could be waiting a while here so yeah finished early but I'll probably still get home at the same time as normal that's okay these things happen don't they can't be helped okay they've just said that there's literally no route from London Victoria so I'm gonna have to go to London Bridge to then get on a train to get home.That's fun.So after four hours of traveling, should usually take me one hour.

It took me four.I've arrived back, not home yet, just to the train station at home.And I just remembered that I forgot parking.I think I might have a fine.Pretty sure I'm gonna have a fine.I'm nervous to look, by the way.

When they start screaming or crying and things like that, I've always been a bit worried, being like, oh no, everyone's staring and judging me, that kind of thing.So I'm going to set myself a bit of a challenge next month to get out every day and take him somewhere.Love that.And just take him to different places and just get used to it.I've got these milk things now.so when you express i can store it a bit cold and then heat it up and all that kind of stuff which does make it a bit of a game changer so i want to get used to on my own taking him out to places and getting used to you know to feed him on the go and just being out and about proud of you thanks go daddy thanks i'm gonna put my vlog live all right i forget i'm a youtuber sometimes i went for this which looks insanely good.

It's gonna be lots of people there and really hard to park and all that jazz, so I am not gonna do that.But what we might do is get ourselves ready and maybe go to the grocery store, maybe go to the charity shop.So I'm still going to call it a little date day with my boy.because we are going to go and do a few bits and bobs.And I thought it'd be nice, we'll get dressed up nice, we'll make ourselves look cute and matching.Of course, we're going to match because I think that's cute.

Maybe go get our groceries and have a look at the charity shops.Maybe we could stop and have a cup of coffee together.You can have some milk and I'll have some coffee.Yay!But as I was talking to you, I noticed, and I can't give any credit for this, Jo has been watering the plants with the watering can because there's a hose pipe ban every single day and the garden is actually looking quite good.I've noticed a lot of new heads on the roses.

Anyway just wanted to show you the garden looks good doesn't it.Also trying to call mum and dad they're on their holiday and you're going to see a lot of that at the end of this vlog because they have been vlogging a lot.Dad has been literally a daily vlogger we are now ready to go however little man has just fallen asleep well i say just fallen asleep i've got to call mom i've done a few bits and he's fast asleep he's passed out on the bed but he should wake up quite soon and then we're gonna oh i'm saying that his little eyes have just woke up and we are gonna go and have our little date so we're gonna go and get a frame for your picture that we're gonna put in your bedroom of your granddad chippy and we might get a matcha an ice matcha latte and also gonna do have a little look in the charity shops and then head back home i recorded this morning a little get ready with usfor our date day.I thought it'd be cute if we just got dressed up and made it like a little special date.It's the dress I got from Next and I actually said in my last vlog I'll put it on and show you.

I never did it and I'm wearing it now so I'll show you it.And he's got a little spotty pair of dungarees on and it was so cute.This is the dress.Next official.Really, really cute.Really cute on.

Fits like a glove as well, honestly.So good.This is Bowie's outfit.So cute!And that noise is Daddy sanding the floor.He's gotta still sand the floor in our bedroom and paint, because next week we're getting a new bed, so he's gotta do it all before Wednesday.

We decided, we actually decided that we were just gonna go in the Papoose today.because some of the shops i want to look in are like little trinkety shops and it would be too hard with the pram so i decided we'll put him in this and we're gonna walk around try and find frame for his room and also a present for nancy so they're our two goals for the day and just have a little maybe go have a little coffee together huh shock my phone died but our date continues uh we are now to go have another look in another charity shop.We've actually been into every single charity shop in the little town.I did find a cute picture frame for this picture here actually.I brought it with me to make sure it fits.So granddad Chippy and Joe when Joe was a little baby.

And I also bought this from a cafeit's a mandarin drink which is she said it's from france it's a french drink bubbly and she said it's really really nice and i just thought joe is doing such hard work today that he would love that with a little bit of ice that'd be gorgeous I got some tomatoes.I got some sourdough bread.I need to get back on my sourdough making.I just haven't had time, but I probably will do another loaf tomorrow if I feed my starter tonight, so I mustn't forget that.But I need to find coconut sugar.

That's something I haven't got yet, and I need that to make my brownies.So I'm gonna go and have a look as well at this little health food shop here.They might have some coconut sugar or else.I might have to just see if I can order some in.And make it tomorrow.We'll see.

Should we go on another little date Bowie?

Good little boy carry him around in the poos.I absolutely love it.So This is our second part of the date.Okay, baby.Mommy's treated to herself.I took you on a date and we bought clothes You're not ready for solids yet we are back from our date So just look at me you look like you're a gray hair.

No, you're like a silver fox right mister should we go show everyone what we bought today on our date we've come upstairs oh it's very bright there i've changed this room around and now i'm a bit like i don't really know where to film it's okay it's okay it's okay go to sleepSo, this is what I bought when we were on our date.I love that I keep calling it our little date, because it really was.I felt like, because I hadn't seen him in, I say seen him in so long, I saw him every single night, but spent the days with him so much this week.I did get a day with him this week, which was lovely, but most of the time I was at work.So, today was our special date and I loved it.

Anyway, what did we get?Let's have a look.Like I said, I actually did buy myself a few little bits and pieces.I'm just going to show you.Let's go.Now, I'm not so sure on these, if I'm honest.

These were a little bit of a impulse buy.She did say I could completely go and take them back.And to be honest, I might, because I'm not sure if I will actually ever wear these.On Monday, I'll probably go down and take these back.They're like a flowy pant, which could be really fun to rehearse in, like rehearsals.I'll try them on and show you, but I think they might be going back.

I also bought this skirt, which again, I also might take back only because it's just not the right length.I kind of wanted it a little bit longer, even though it was very cool.I'm also not sure on that.and i bought some really nice barrel jeans these i'm very sure on i do have my m &s barrel jeans but these are like a stretchy kind of material it's such a nice jean material very very comfortable and i i do love these so i bought those um however i got an extra small and now i'm kind of wishing i got a small onealso want to take those back.I'll try everything on and you can see it.

But yeah, that's where I'm at.These adorable Portofino 1962 trousers for Baldin.50p, little cherries on such good quality trousers.I think they're like little swim shorts because they've got that inside swimming mesh.But I mean, for 50p, they are absolutely gorgeous.God, I just came into the spare room to show you this outfit.

And remember that we have our old mattress in here, the duvet, everything that was in our bedroom is basically now just thrown in here until our bedroom's done.Our bedroom is getting completely bare right now.So excuse the mess.I don't know now, I kind of love it.It's very Carrie Bradshaw.Isn't it?

And I kind of love that it's with something super casual.I wish this little denim vest cinched in a little bit like that.Kind of love this.With a sandal, this could be a really cool going out fit.Fit, who am I?It does have a longer underlay, but I like that, I like it shorter.

So you can see a little bit of leg.I love it, I love it, I love it.I think that's so cool.What do you think to this skirt?Very Sex and the City?I'm going to try it on with a white vest and let me see what that looks like.

And then these, I don't know why I put a bandana on, it just felt cool.These jeans are actually perfect, I'm not gonna change the size of these.Very nice, and I think I kind of love the double denim.The denim on denim is a bit of me. I do love double denim.Yeah, I'm actually obsessed with these jeans.They're so lovely and they fit brilliantly because they've got like a stretch to them as well.

So yeah, I'm super, super, super happy with the jeans.They're a barrel, barrel jean.But when I say the comfiest pair of jeans I've ever worn, literally the comfiest pair of jeans I've ever worn.You could wear these on a plane.I could wear these to Australia on the plane and that is saying something.Okay, I think I've found the thing I'm gonna take back because everything I've tried on, I'm like, oh no, I actually like them.

I think definitely I'll take these back though.Do we think we've made the right decision to take these ones back?They're cool though.But I think I probably wouldn't wear them if I'm honest.Yeah.No, I think these are definitely to take back.

You want to help mummy with a lasagna?Yes Okay, so I was going to make the croquette blondies, which I might still make them.I'm going to see how I go for time, but it's already 3 .30 and I want to get this lasagna on and cooking.I want to make a big lasagna.And like I do, I kind of, if we don't eat it all today, we'll eat it either tomorrow, next day, whatever.I'm not going to film the whole process.

I'll just show you the end result.It's going to be a cottage cheese lasagna.I have made one of these not that long ago on one of my vlogs.I think I actually showed you how I made it.So I'm not going to show you step by step how I do it.However, this time I'm going to use lentils instead of meat because I don't have any meat.

And we're going to use obviously cottage cheese and tomato and all that jazz.So should we get making our cottage cheese lasagna?Yeah.Beautiful.delicious that's a big that is a big bit of lasagna i'm gonna eat it all we've come to the end of the vlog it is now sunday a little later on in the day i didn't vlog anything today i just wanted to have the day off from vlogging and there's also still oscam to come and it's a good oscam this week because mom and dad have been on a holiday So I am gonna leave you with mum and dad on their lovely caravan journey.It continues.

We are in Esperance.This is the town site of Esperance.It's coastal.A lot of pine trees here.Where we're staying is about probably a 10 minute walk.This is the coastline of Esperance.

This is what they call the village in Esperance.It's open every second Sunday.And unfortunately, we missed it on yesterday.Well, well, well.I've come across Big Ben's little brother in the centre of Esperance in Western Australia.And do you know what?

With all the times I've been to England, I have not seen Big Ben.We had a chance to see it in London, but it was under repair and it was all covered over.God bless Big Ben.We are at Stonehenge in Esperance.

This is massive.It took nine months to build.This is a canola which is just outside Merredin and we're on the wayto Bruce Rock.This is a pipeline from the Mundaring Wear which is in the Perth location and C .Y.

I absolutely loved editing all of mom and dad's little adventures together.It's the cutest thing.And I feel like I've been away with them.That was very good.I thoroughly enjoyed that.And what I kind of want to do is make an intro to OzCam.

It's gonna be a recurring thing.It's gonna happen in all my vlogs, a bit of OzCam every week.So I would love if anyone out there can do like a little jingle or a little cute little beginning to Ozcam every week.I would love that and I'd put it before each Ozcam and I'll obviously credit the person who makes it.but it's just a little fun thing.If anyone is keen to make an introduction, and if I get a few, maybe I'll use different ones every week, who knows?
