Someone's feeling a little defensive about his not-so-pretty ballroom. Trump then revealed to reporters that the United States military is building a, quote, massive complex under the new ballroom.
First, one display came after an embarrassing bit of reporting in The New York Times that poked some holes in his 400 million dollar project. New York Times analysis flagged a number of issues, including fake windows on the north facing wall to conceal a row of bathroom stalls, an oversized portico, and columns that will block views from the inside, and, of course, a staircase that leads to nowhere.
