Well said.Dr. Abati, more on politics.I'll come to you on this one story.The Yoruba -Ronu Leadership Forum is accusing former President Olusagun Obasanjo of secretly working for President Sinubu's 2027 re -election, saying his recent attack on ADT presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar has exposed his alleged covert alliance with the ruling party.The president of the association, Chief Akin Malauulu, said Obasanjo's controversial letter to former Ogun state governor Olusegun Osoba, in which he alleged Atiku financially mobilized the late former speaker Gali Nnaba to impeach him, was a deliberate attack on the opposition.Malauulu declared that by this letter Obasanjo has only confirmed speculations that he is working for his king's man President Bola Ametinibu to actualize his second term ambition.

Look at what they're doing to this man. very powerful age group in Igbo communities, which is a challenge to misogyny.and male hierarchy within the community to prevent abuse.So the Umwada in this particular community decided to defend one of their own who was being brutalized by her husband.The only difference is that this looks like jungle justice because the man was very helpless.If it is a case of assault, a man beating his wife, the place to go to is the police station.Even if Nigerian policemen have a notorious attitude, if you take husband and wife to a Nigerian police station, you may be told that this is a police station.

We don't inquire into husband and wife matters.Go back home and settle with your husband.Maybe that's why these women say, we too, we are an authority in this community.But this is not new.Women have always asserted themselves all through history.And the most famous is the case of Lysistrata in Aristophanes, 5th century experience in classical Athens, when the women decided to say their husbands must not go to war.

Soludu was born in 1960 in Ethiopia.He graduated with a first -class degree in economics from the University of Nigeria Nsukka before going on to earn his doctorate in the same field and winning the prize for the best graduating student in his class.So Ludo served as a consultant at the World Bank and at the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa in Addis Ababa, establishing himself as one of the continent's foremost economic minds then came 2004.and the appointment that would define a generation of Nigerian banking, his tenure as governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria.He later entered the world of politics, getting sworn in as governor of Anambra State in March 2022.where he has since championed ambitious programs across infrastructure, education, healthcare, and social development.
