over ourselves with this.You know, I've got a job to do, Ben, and that's about getting good government for the country, for the people.That's what it's about.And I'm trying to gather a team around me to ensure that happens.But my biggest task is to get rid of this liar of a prime minister out of that office.And that's why the people are getting behind me.

This is connected with people so much.We had a caller yesterday who said, I've got four mates who've never paid any attention to politics and all of a sudden they're talking about fire the liar.Is it just a case of politicians misleading people so many times that eventually everyone wakes up at once?

Combination of a lot of things.A lot of people really hurting under this government since he's been in since 2012.There was a decline before that, but under this government, it's got worse.You know, the person that said, you know, I'm going to be upfront, honest, I'm going to do what I can for the people, make your life better, and all the rest of it, it's been nothing but worse.I sit on the floor of Parliament constantly with the Labor Party and the Greens combined together, and it disgusts me.Do you know they put through 220 bills in the first three years without debate?

just guillotined the whole lot.This is how deceitful they are.They don't even know what the hell they're doing.They put it up, their legislation, and they make amendments to the bills.They're destroying people's lives, standard of living, way of life, and it all started with mass migration and climate change BS.

And the budget that was just handed down that was full of broken promises, we now have an inquiry into those controversial changes and they've set up this inquiry so it only lasts the shortest possible period of time to allow the briefest penetration when it comes to analysis of what they're doing.

It's all a joke, Ben, too.It's headed by the Labor Party and the Greens, so there you go.What are you going to get out of it?It's all smoke and mirrors.There's no truth to it.Go out in the streets, talk to people, that's where you'll get, that's your inquiry on the streets.

Pauline Hanson's live in the 2GB Breakfast studio.Now be honest with me, when the Fire the Liar campaign launched and you saw $50 ,000, $150 ,000, $750 ,000, $1 .2 million, $2 .5 million, $3 .5 million.What were you thinking?

I was gobsmacked, honestly.Never thought we'd get anywhere near that money.We thought it might be by the end of the year, half a million or something like that by the end of this year.And it just kept ticking over.And from the bottom of my heart to those people out there that have donated, and I know you are doing it so tough to pay your bills, electricity bills and everything that's happening with you, but this is more poignant to youyou want to get rid of this Prime Minister and we're going to do everything that we possibly can to make it happen.

A lot of people have switched sides to join you.You recognise that?There are people who are supporting Pauline Henson now who supported another party for their whole life and then made the change.

Fully aware of it Ben.They actually come up to me in the streets.They embrace me. I said, you know what, I've always only voted Labor or the Liberal Party.They said no more.We've had a gutful of the two uni parties.We want change.

This country needs change.

Are you hearing from Labor voters as often as you hear from Liberal voters?Yes, definitely.Are you really?

Yes, yes.

People saying I'm a Labor voter and I'm switching.

There was a 96 -year -old from Victoria.He said, he said, I voted Labor all my life.He said, no more.He said, I'll never vote for them again.He said, I'm telling all my mates the same.So this is constant as well that I'm hearing from Labor voters.

Yeah, they've had a gutful.

You know, when the money started pouring into Fire the Liar, Labor was ringing around at the time telling journalists, this can't be real.The numbers can't be real.It must be fake.They're not real donations.

That's what he said.And did she though?Did she though?I remember that.So anyway, we got an independent audit done of it, which it's there for everyone to see that we put it up on our website.So people can actually have a look at it, but we got that done.

So it is fed income.These are actual donations.They've had to have the money taken from their bank accounts, put in, you'll get a receipt as well.So those people that are made pledges, it's not in this amount.

What will we see at the State of Origin tomorrow night?

Well, that'll be running during the broadcast?Yes.What does an ad like that cost?I don't know whether you do the purchasing, but what does that cost?

I don't do the purchasing, I don't do the admin of it.

What are you going to do with the rest of the money?If you've got $4 million here in the war chest, it'll be $5 million by the end of the week at least.

What are you going to do?Well, I'm targeting all the Labor seats.Labor seats only, I'm targeting them.And you know what?I'm going to ask the Prime Minister's seat himself.So there'll be advertising in his seat, and I want to get rid of Tony Burke, Chris Bowen, and Claire O 'Neill, Giles, all these people that have been incompetent, hopeless, bloody ministers that have actually made the country into the state it is now.

Those millions will go towards trying to kick those people out of their seats.

I think people look to their national leader as a person of character.And right now our national leader is a man who lies.And I absolutely think that people care about that.And it should be the case that you are consistent and when you say something on one day, on camera, recorded, that you can't then down the track pretend you never said it.Who's Richard Marles talking about there?

He's in fact talking about Scott Morrison.That was from 2021.But you have a listen to the words.You're not allowed to lie as Prime Minister.

I knew it was Scott Morrison, but it sounds just like our Prime Minister, doesn't it now?

When those lies were told in the lead up to the election, it sounded to me like the PM smelt a rat.That a lot of the journalists knew that he wanted to change negative gearing and capital gains, and they kept on pressing him and pressing him.That's why he sounded so frustrated by saying, for the 50th time, I promise I'm not going to go back on my word.Do you think he knew then, in the lead up to that last election, he was going to make these changes?They always do.

They have to.You see, the country's in a hell of a mess with the debt.They were in a trillion dollar debt.They have to do one of two things.That is, create productivity through businesses and production and that type of thing, too.Or you've got to tax people.

So this is why taxing, not only that, they're looking forward to a death tax.That's through the death tax.Testimonial Trust, and that's why this is headed towards death duties.So if this government gets back in with control of the parliament, with the Greens, you're going to have death duties or inheritance tax.

Do you think Anthony Albanese knew what he was doing before the last election?

That was on the cards because Bill Shorten brought this out as a policy with it.So I think it was in the back of their minds.He thought he's got a majority there.There's no competition.The Libs are on the slide.They never see One Nation as winning it.

They've copped hell of a backlash this time around.I think they know they've made a big mistake with this one.

131873, if you'd like to ask a question of Pauline Hanson, I'll take your calls in just a moment.You mentioned the Liberal Party.How are you getting along with Angus Taylor these days?

I haven't spoken to Angus since 2019 when he was environmental minister.to Bragg, who's the Senator for the state, then you've got Kovacic, she's another one from your state here.And then you have Dean Smith, you have, there's that many of them in that party.

However, if the next election was close and you had One Nation and the Coalition being able to form government, then all of a sudden you'd hop into bed together.

We're not in bed together.We formulate and put our numbers together to be able to go to the Governor General and say, we can form a government.Therefore, we can work together.

And who would the leader be?

Well, it depends on the numbers, doesn't it?

If you've got more numbers, it would be Prime Minister Pauline Hanson.

Well, look, like I said, Ben, we're not going to counter chickens before they hatch.There's a lot of work to do.But I've offered supply and confidence to Angus Taylor, to the coalition government, so that we can get rid ofthis toxic Labor government.That's my main aim.

Yep.Morning, Pauline.Congratulations on getting your newfound fame.My question to you is, even though we've got the two major parties and they're always there and we're not happy with them, we know that.If we shake this tree and bring your group in, even with someone else, how do we guarantee that we maintain the stable Australia that we have?How do we do that on an international stage, on a national stage?

because we've been very stable for a long time.I'm wondering what your thoughts are on that.

Well, I can put to you, Paul, why do you think we wouldn't be stable?You know, nothing changes.What changes is you've got a new role of ministers there that are actually going to push policies.Now, you'll know my policies before the election.I've been speaking about issues that I want to implement here in Australia.So your departments are still the same.

It's just you pass the legislation, said, OK, mate, this is the way it's going to be.Go out and start bringing it in.So you have to have those diplomatic relations with other countries around the world.It's not creating that instability.

You know, Anthony Albanese suggested today that you would struggle to deal with those other nations because you've got strong policies when it comes to cutting back on migration, he thinks that somehow when you would go overseas and talk to some of these other leaders, that they wouldn't be happy to talk to you.He's obviously never seen Donald Trump in action.I mean, Donald Trump is constantly saying what he thinks and speaking on behalf of the American people.He doesn't worry too much about what other leaders from other countries are going to say or think, and he does business with everyone.

Ben, that's exactly what it's about.It's about representing your people and your country.You know, to be the leader of this nation, my firstand main concern is for the people here, not for someone from Europe or any other country.And this is when I went to Brussels for the United Nations, no, for European Union.They said, we're not going to trade with you until you bring in climate change.

They were telling us what we have to do with our country, our laws.

We've got to be making our own mind up.Let me go to Philip.A question for Pauline Hanson.Your call, Philip.

Pauline, I'm a Liberal supporter all my life, but I'll be voting for you this time around 100%.You're a fresh breath of air.The only thing that worries me, are you going to have enough strong candidates when the time comes for the election to fire the liar?Are you going to be able to get a team that quickly and are they going to be strong enough to get rid of this fire the liar?

Yeah, look, we're actually putting out for candidates now, there's 1 ,500 or plus have applied for the next election.The vetting process is going through at the moment.Can I tell you, we've had a suite of people that have come in.Here I have probably the most prosperous businessman in my party from Western Australia had a company of a thousand employees.He's actually our senator for WA.You've got Barnaby Joyce who's been the Deputy Prime Minister three times.

He's actually been minister of many positions.Then you actually have Malcolm Roberts who's an engineer.So he's actually been on board.So all these people, even David Farley, head of Cotton Co, CEO of that international companies.So the people that have on board, I will be announcing some other candidates who have credentials behind them that are really, really good.So I'm getting the right people around me that will be able to drive this.

Getting Barnaby Joyce on board was a game changer, wasn't it?

We were going up in the polls before Barnaby Joyce came on board, but it was it gave us credibility to the party that he left the National Party because he said they weren't representing his values and he they shut him down.He didn't have a voice so he came across and he saidas a pig in mud.

How many other Coalition MPs would you have had conversations with about a possible switch to One Nation?

Very, very few.Less than on my hand.

It's not like you're chasing them.

I'm not chasing them, Ben.I don't want them.

And have you had people from the business community and other walks of life in Australia who've reached out to you or the party or your Chief of Staff, James Ashby, and said, This is someone who would consider a run for One Nation at the next election?

I have had very prominent people that have come forward, wants to stand for One Nation.You'd be surprised who actually wants to.But they're not going to get it just because there's celebrity status of who they are.They have to give something.to this country, they have the calibre and they're there for the right reasons.You don't just sign up someone because they're a great footballer unless they can actually produce.

Now, I've got in front of you an image that I want you to have a look at.This comes from one of our listeners, Jase.He owns a trucking company and he sent us a note saying One Nation can advertise on my trucking business for free.If it means that the liar is thrown out of office, he's even made up a mock image of what his trucks would look like with Fire the Liar on the side.

Oh, wow.That's absolutely fantastic.Thanks, Jason.You know, you have no idea how this makes me feel.It really does.It's that people have woken up, that people now want change.

They're sick and tired of being dictated to, controlled, run down.COVID told us that.You know, you are nothing out there.You're going to do what we tell you.You're going to sit back and cop it.Well, people aren't going to cop it anymore.

And this proves that it's a grassroots campaign because you've got people like Jason saying, I'm happy to donate the side of my trucks to put up the One Nation posters.You might have other truckies who might be contacting you today saying, we'll do the same thing.This is not something that is coordinated from above.These are ordinary Aussies making up their mind that they're fed up and they want to do it.

something.And I'm getting it all around the country.Talk about the farming sector, school teachers, you name it, nurses, everyone, that are just, you know, want to change their life.People are crying out for, they want someone who cares about them and cares about their future.And I'm going to tell people, it's not going to be easy to get it back on track in this country, but I want to open up for prosperity.I want to give our kids a future.

Let me take another call.This is Natalie talking to Pauline Hanson.Hi Natalie.

Hi, how are you going?Pleasure to talk to you.What is your stance on migrant medical professionals, doctors and surgeons?Will you send them back home or offer them a chance to stay if they're not an Australian citizen?

No, we need that professional people in Australia.We're lacking doctors and I hear it all the time from rural and regional Australia.So no, we need those professional people.I'm not cutting off immigration altogether.130 ,000 a year, about that number.You look at it every year, every couple of years and see how it's working.

But you can't keep going the mass migration, which is 1 ,370 ,000.75 a day.On average we've been bringing into Australia one day it was 1800.We can't keep going down that track.

You're not talking about rounding up law -abiding people and sending them off overseas.You're talking about limiting the numbers of people who come in from 2026 onwards because we've had too many.

Yeah but these are permanent residents.That's got nothing to do with your palm workers and those are the ones that are on visa holders that are applying to work for companies and businesses here because they have to get jobs in Australia because we can't get our own people to work.

Hi, thanks for taking my call.Paula, I'm just wondering what your policy is on illegal tobacco because I'm absolutely sick of seeing these stories about firebombing, illegal tobacco gangs.It's quite clear that the price is just way too high and that's why people are going to the black market.It sounds like the government's in a bit of a dead end right now.

Correct.

What would you do about it?

What a stupid thing the government's done.constantly raising the excise tax on it, and it's going up again in September, cut the excise tax, cut the guts right out of it so you don't give them an industry out there for this, for these.

So you take the tobacco tax and put it on the chopping block and bring it under control.

You have to because it's become a business out there and that's why all these thugs and criminals are out there because it's worth money to them.You cut their supply.And also, Ben, what you have to do with customs, you have to do with checks.There's only one check on one contract.out of every hundred coming into the country.We don't have the customs check.

I'll tell you what, we have stuffed up the smoking policy so badly we now have more people smoking because the cheap cigarettes have come in.We don't collect enough tobacco tax to pay the health system to look after all of the smokers out there who have health implications from smoking and you've got all of these criminals who've made millions of dollars and they're driving around in Lamborghinis.

That's right, the government doesn't want to address it because the amount of money they were getting out of the tobacco tax which was around about $17 billion.It's just that money, they're not making that anymore.

We know you've got lots of fans and look I can show you some of the text messages that are coming in right now from a whole range of people but it sounds like the celebrity chef Neil Perry is not a Pauline Hanson fan.He's been asked about you during an interview.This is Neil Perry, the celebrity chef.

Do you think Pauline could be Prime Minister of Australia?

I wouldn't, I think so, but if she is, I won't be living in Australia.Neil Perry reckons you'll leave the country if you become Prime Minister.

I've got too many other bloody good people out there who want me to be Prime Minister to make a change to their life.So one who doesn't, good.

I'll take him to the...I don't think I've ever been in his restaurant.I do my own cooking, Ben.Everyone loves my cooking.

How's life away from politics before we let you go?Family and everything else okay?

I don't have a lot of time for family.I have a couple of days home.Over a period of six weeks or so.It's just full -on been at the moment But when I do get home, I enjoy do my gardening or reading watch good movie and do some knitting So I'm still knitting jumpers for some friends out there and people that I think highly of and is there love in your life?No, there's no love in my life.I haven't got time for a love in my life.

You wouldn't find room if you found the right person?

You never know, but I tell you what, like a lot of people, to find that right person out there, I probably think I'm a hard woman to keep up with.And you know what my former partner said, didn't want to come shopping with me.He said, try and go shopping with her, you don't get anywhere.

Oh, is that right?Because everyone stops for a chat?Yeah.And are you happy for people to come and say g'day if you're in Sydney today as you are?I always do.

I have people pull me up, absolute strangers, that just say, can I give you a hug?And I get that many hugs and warm wishes from people.It's just amazing.My daughter says, I've never seen anything like this.She said, how many other politicians do you know out there that gets hugs from people?

You are a survivor.And that's one of the reasons I think you've done so well.It's like that game on the TV show Survivor where they hang onto a poleand it's just who can hang on the longest?And look, politics is more involved than that but part of the equation is being able to hang in there no matter what people are doing, no matter what they throw at you, you just hang in there.

But Ben, it's being true to your own values, morals and principles and standing up for what you believe in.
