Petting parrots

You should not pet a parrot like this. Parrots are super hormonal, and they keep a bunch of their organs underneath their wings. They're organs for stimulation. Gettin' freaky, gettin' excited. And in the wild, with other birds, friends, they pick at other birds' heads. So petting another bird's head, or a bird's head, is safe.

Because friends do this. This is normal for friends. But birds, they mate for life. And what's not normal for friends is touching the rest of his body. That sends signals that we are more than friends. The odd, like, touch is not gonna do anything. But if you're continually sitting there, like, stroking the bird, it will confuse them. And then they'll try and get freaky with you.
