This was a brutal coward punch on a pharmacist who has served the St Kilda community for the last three and a half decades.I'll play that for you right now.To make matters even worse, police never arrived despite the victim and his wife calling triple zero.They even called St Kilda police station, but still there were no units available.Victoria Police says that units were actually tied up with other incidents, including arresting a drug dealer.And according to the Police Association, there is more than 1500 police vacancies.
