Good morning guys, welcome back to another video.Well, I must not want to see that.How are we all doing?

It is 10 to 8, Tuesday the 14th of July.

We are, oh ignore what I'm wearing by the way.I am about to go with my home gym to go on the bike for an hour.I've just taken Otis out for a little half an hour leg stretch, come back, gonna go to the gym for an hour and then I'll probably take him back out because that wasn't a proper walk.And then yeah, come back on with the day.I've actually I've got a few things I need to do today.I'm not crazy busy.

I've got a few work bits, but basically Danny and I, our garden is finished today and we are hosting our first barbecue tomorrow for the World Cup.We've got like 16, 17 people coming out, which is crazy.I don't think, to be honest, I don't know if our garden's overly big enough for that, but whatever, it'll be a squeeze.Some people can come in here if needs be.Just having two crumpets with jam.before I go on the bike.

So yeah, today I need to go to places like The Range and B &M just to pick up.I need to pick up loads because I'm doing the big food shop for the barbecue tomorrow.I've just made a list of everything and I keep reading this list of stuff I need to get from the supermarket and I'm like, I've definitely missed something.This is my big long list of barbecue bits.16 people, that's wild.Um, but yeah, I think I'm going to get all that tomorrow, but today I need to get things like plates, glasses, I don't know whether to get paper plates because oh my god that'll be so much easier but also I just feel like they do fall apart a little bit especially when you're cooking the amount of food that we are I'm thinking about getting like some cheap plastic ones that if we keep we keep if we don't we don't yeah I'm so excited for tomorrow I'm so excited to finally host like it's literally all we've ever wanted the finishing touches for the garden are going in today so we've got like some stones that are going on the flower bed some stones that are going around the edge all the grouting's being done on the paving and then that's it guys like that's literally it finished it's so mad the gardeners that we've had with us over the last I want to say like two months it's been, maybe just over eight weeks.

nine, 10 weeks, something like that.They've done the best, best job ever.Um, they've been so nice, been making them coffees every day.They were just really nice people.Going to miss them actually.Me and Danny were like, Oh, can we just keep them here to do like something else?

We find another job for them to do.Um, cause it's also been nice obviously cause I work from home a lot, having the company and like, It's weird, not like company where I chat to them, but just like having people just potter about there next to me and knowing there's someone else there.It's been really weird, but nice at the same time.Guys, thanks so much for clicking this video.I'm really, really glad you're here.I'm really looking forward to spending the day with you guys and I will chat to you when I'm on the bike in the gym.

Hey guys, I am coming up to get teammates in to my bike ride.I'm going to be behind you an hour.I'm going to be behind you an hour on the bike, but I've got some really comfy cycling shorts on.

So I'm hoping I can fit them in now.

I'm also watching on our portable TV that we picked up, a show called Million Dollar Nannies.Guys, it's so, so addictive.It's on Disney Plus, not the sort of thing I'd normally watch, but for something like this, it's really good.

Okay, I just did 45 minutes.

I don't know what's wrong with me with that last 15 minutes.It's like I've got mental blocks.Ah, 45 minutes isn't enough.And then I just don't do the last 15.And also, to be fair, the gardeners did rock up and Otis was barking at them.Granny is away today.

Um, well, just this morning doing a trail run.Um, so yeah, I just went in to see Otis and calm him down because He was getting a bit worked up, I think.Now we're just coming on a little half an hour leg stretch.Here he is, crazy boy.Crazy, crazy boy.

I'm trying to be good at the minute, really trying to be good.I've not been very kind to myself, I don't think, recently.Just been, I'm all for eating what you want, but I really have been taking that to the next level, I would say.So I'm just trying to, um, hiya.Thank you.

Also controversially, I don't know if this is controversial actually, I think McDonald's flat whites are so good like mcdonald's coffee is actually so nice and you think it wouldn't be i don't know what sort of coffee it is and how they make it but i really really enjoy it anyway i'm just at the retail park i think i went into the range the other day and there was some really nice bits but i also want to try home sense first because i feel like home sense might have some nicer bits but then also if i'm just doing cheap stuff the range would be better and b &m would be better um i'll park like smack bang in the middle of the three and then we can dip and dash between all of them i'm just trying to think what i actually need i need placemats for the table i want to get nice ones of those because i feel like we'll keep those i want to get some plate i want to get i don't need cutlery or do i yeah i might just get some like wooden plastic spoons wooden spoons wooden forks that'd be easy and that's that's fine to eat with isn't it I'm really excited.I can't believe we're hosting a big barbecue tomorrow.Like what the hell?I can't believe that the garden is literally being finished today and the England game is tomorrow.Like we have timed that to perfection.We really, really have.

So buzzing with that.Anyway, flat white.Really need that this morning.Not had a coffee yet.The men that are fitting the pergola.Is it a pergola or a pergola?

Because our gardeners say pergola but I've always called it a pergola.I'm sure it's a pergola.When they said pergola I was like I actually don't know what you're talking about.Danny calls it a pergola as well so I don't know who's wrong there.The pergola men have just turned up at the house to fit in.I thought best I just go because there was just a lot going on.

Otis is fast asleep after his walk.He's been so good at the minute.I feel like I'm in my loving him era.Not that I haven't always loved him, but there was a phase where I was like, oh my God, this is really hard.Every day I literally have more and more love for that dog.I think I'm obsessed with him.

All I want to do is just cuddle him and kiss him and just play with him and take him on walks like it's mad like I didn't realize how much I was born to be a dog mum until Until you get a dog you don't realize that.Oh my god.This is incredible.He's just being such a good boy at the minute I don't know though if it's because of the weather like I think um dogs and animals in general are very lethargic at the minute like us humans because of the weather but we'll see when it gets a bit colder and he starts turning into a bit of a nightmare again i'll think oh yeah it wasn't actually him it was okay i'm in b &m and i'm gonna be honest it's not the most promising in here i've managed to pick up some um place mats for the outdoor table we've got six there because we've got a table for six people and some cute little tomato napkins but to be honest that is everything i'm gonna get in here i think i'm gonna go to the range i was in the range the other day and there was so much more stuff so yeah there is an aisle of barbecue stuff but there's just not loads of options like there's like a couple of plates to choose from unless i've missed them let me oh wait hold on hold on hold on let me try down here hold on a minute hold on no i just no it's not what i want it's always the case i feel like i should have just come to the range first because i would have alsopicked up some england napkins instead of those silly tomatoes do i just grab them anyway and just get rid of the tomato ones they were literally two pounds and i feel like england napkins i mean do we even get england plates or is that just a bit i don't know i think what it is i don't want it to be massive england themed but it is england themed but it's because it's our first barbecue i don't want it to be all about england oh i don't know what should i do let me go look at the normal stuff first oh my god no no freaking way is there autumn stuff already i think that makes me a bit sad it makes lots of people excited and i am kind of looking forward to it being cozy and a bit colder but No, I'm not ready for summer to be over yet.Wait, these are so cute though.

Oh, I can't wait to decorate our house.Right, let me go and find these barbecue bits.I saw them the other day.I think I might have seen them upstairs, but I'll go down here and check first.This was the aisle I was actually looking for.It's got loads more options than at B &M, but I don't know if any will be right.

We'll have a little look.Oh, there's got to be something in here.I don't want anything too fussy though.I want something that we'll just want to use over and over.Maybe like plain stuff like this.Let's have a look.

Guys, I had to like immediately come back from the shops because, where can I put you?It wasn't an emergency.But basically we were having our pergola fitted and I was looking on the cameras, I was just checking, like I said, oh, this is where it needs to go, blah, blah, blah.And then all of a sudden I saw it being put up on the opposite side of the garden over the hot tub.I was like, oh.Maybe they're just building it there.

Guys, it was literally about to be bolted into the ground, drilled into the ground, where it wasn't meant to be.And I had no number to contact anyone, so I had to scurry, scurry back to the house to tell them where I actually wanted it to be.And it looks so good.It looks so, so good.I'm so buzzing with it.It's probably the most gorgeous pagoda I've ever seen.

I can't wait for the furniture to come.The furniture's coming in a few hours and oh my god.I just, I keep getting emotional about the garden.I know it's so silly, but I just never thought that I would have like, that we would have our dream garden.And we do.And it looks so good.

I can't wait to properly show you later.Anyway, I really didn't get much at all.I just got the placemats that I showed you guys.And to be fair, the plates I picked up were really quite cute.bit different and a bit out there, but fun.They're like all different styles like this.

Let me get them out.I can have a look through them properly.So I've got 16 big proper plates that I just thought we can take camping with us.We can reuse properly.This one's cute.This one's really cute.

I think it's going to be my favorite.It's got a little chili on it.Lovely pink and green colors.Oh my god, this one's cute.A margarita.I'm going to make margaritas tomorrow as well, which I can't wait for.

Cute little orange one.Charbella.Lemon one.Oh, lemon's on.seen in total, got these bones.Otis, because we're really trying to find toys for him that he's not going to destroy in two seconds flat.

That's all I got, and then I need to come back, so I'm going to probably have to go back to the shops maybe tomorrow morning, I think.I'd rather come back and tell them where the pergola's actually meant to go.So funny.Yeah, these are quite nice, like the very outdoor zine.Oh, and also, I knew there was something else I picked up.Picked up some bunting, England flag bunting.

Not 100 % sure if we'll use, but we could always just put it around the pergola.Not too overbearing, maybe put it on the fence or somethingshe's like it's there it's not like the whole thing is England themed you know what I mean.Damn, this is it.He loves it.I completely forgot to say how really exciting it was happening today.

Not exciting to you guys but really exciting to me. I ordered a brand new Garmin watch because mine so so sadly broke I don't know why it broke the way it did, but basically like the button to like go and like start and run just stopped working.Like I was pressing it and nothing was happening.So I changed myself to a new watch.I got the Garmin Fenix 8.Really scary because that's like really big, heavy duty, busy, loads going on watch.It is gorgeous, however, a little bit worried that it was going to be too big for my wrist, but I think it's okay.

I've moved one of my bracelets I had on this wrist.over to this wrist and this is just going to be like my watch wrist which I quite like.I also really wanted a watch that I could get maps on because my VNU 3S it was so good but I couldn't get maps on so say like I wanted to input a route or like go to the Lake District and input a route and then just follow the route on my watch I couldn't do that whereas I can do that with this watch which I'm really excited about.Use this the rest of the week and hope I like it.I feel like when you get a new watch all you're doing is like trying to figure out how to work the new watch like all the different settings there's so many buttons there's so many things going on even that like front screen if you guys can tell i need to turn my notifications off because that's annoying like there's just so much going on so we're here i wanted to take my visitors with you today we've not actually done that at the minute my favorite ones to take i'm gonna be honest likeI do sometimes forget I think I'm gonna start doing actually I've just thought in my head I'm gonna put these in the bathroom because I definitely will take them if they're in the bathroom with me like I'd take them I would say like five days out of seven but the odd day I do forget.

My favorite one oh it's a fresh pack oh I must have been out with the other ones oh wait no is this still open yeah Or do I want to keep this for travel?No, I'll use this and then I can put these in there.But the multivitamin gummies and the hair, skin and nail gummies, those for me are like the two staples.Like if you didn't really know what ones to get, I would say like they're the best ones.Yeah, these ones are ideal if you're unsure what to focus on, I would say.I think they're like the best sellers on the website.

I can't believe it.so guys this is our finished garden I'm gonna give you a tour because we've just got the furniture to go in but I'll show you without the furniture first so this is down the side of our house obviously won't show you too much but we've had a built -in barbecue done I think this is fully finished isn't it there's no silver edging to go on here um oh yeah so all that's got we've got left to do pretty much in the whole garden is like groove um grout these bits what's it called point point these bits um yeah this just needs a bit of a spray and stuff but it's a built -in barbecue absolutely obsessed with it stanley's quite enjoying we've cooked on it for three nights already and then go around the back we basically had the stones changed to porcelain because they stain less and they're much easier to clean and with the dog and stuff and also like it just brightens it up it makes the space look so much bigger and then down the side here again we just need to get one more load of these stones just to go down the back of here that's all that's left to do um but all the stones run around the outside which i think is a gorgeous touch we're gonna have a big cornice over here which has just been unboxed now and then when you come around here i should have done it when all the rubbish has gone never mind and i'll show you when all the furniture's in place as well and here is our little pride and joy this water feature is is the best thing i've ever seen it's a beautiful incredible and it adds so much to this space like just the sound of the running water is so nice we planted some trees in this flower bed as well olive trees at the bottom here we wanted it to be like kind of like a separate bit so we've got some olive trees up there and then this bit was like the water feature with separate trees we picked everything so like we picked yeah we pickedlike the color of this.We picked up the color of the stones We picked that this we wanted this to be like white cladded kind of like bricks, but white We did actually go for astro in the end.Obviously with the dog.You guys know that we tried so hard to um, Have real guys.

Yeah, it just wasn't working the way that our garden was shaped.We had a massive dip in it.So there was pooling water all the time.Sorry, Otis is going mad because he wants to come out and play, but there's someone here setting up the furniture with us.This is amazing, I love it so much.All the way around to here, we've had lights put in.

Round to the corner and then here we have our hot tub, which we have used, honestly guys, like every night since we've had it.We've had it for about a week now and we're in it all the time, like way more than I ever thought we'd be.Yeah, I'm absolutely over the moon with this space.It's made it feel so much bigger.I'm going to go see the dog because he's going mad and then I'll show you when the furniture's all in.Good evening, guys.

I think I'm going to carry this vlog on tomorrow.I wasn't going to, but I've definitely not filmed enough today.I've been so busy with the garden.It's so nice.I'm going to show you properly in a second.But Danny and I just nipped out to actually go to B &Q to grab a jet wash.

And we really wanted to grab some gas canisters because we've got two little tiny fires that go on the tables, but they need gas canisters and they didn't have any gas canisters.So we're going to try and order some for tomorrow for the barbecue.I also just popped into the supermarket to just try and like lighten the load of stuff that I need to get for tomorrow.So I didn't get loads, I just got like some bit of stuff that doesn't really need to go in the fridge.And I also didn't get my meat because I want to get my meat tomorrow and go somewhere nice to get my meat.So I just picked up some onions.

I got the burger bun rolls, some brioche rolls.Yeah, brioche rolls.And then I also got some just like soft white balls so people can chew, which is what I was going for.Some crisps for some crisps and dip.I got four bags of new potatoes because I'm going to do a big potato salad.A big bag of limes because I'm making frozen margaritas.

which I'm so excited about.There's a lot riding on my frozen margaritas, but I've never made them before and I've told my friends that I'm making them and they're all like really excited for these frozen margs.So they're like, ah, no, that hurt me a lot.Go and see your father.He does this thing where he just like puts his paws out like this.

We haven't got his stuff up yet, we haven't got his nails cut.His nails are so long and so sharp.

It's something like, I have to try and get our attention.It's like he's not doing it to be mean, he's doing it to be cute.It really hurts.A big, big box of Coke Zeroes.I do need to pick up some more soft drinks tomorrow.I don't think that'll be enough.

It definitely won't be enough.That's the first bag down.Second bag, I got some more crisps.I just got a big array of crisps.I'm not sure what everyone wanted.These crisps.

Oh my god, guys, these are the best crisps ever.I'm sure a lot of you agree.I just think they're so, so good.Three packets of Zip.for crisps and dip, just this Tex -Mex selection, and then just a classic dip selection.Three of them.

I also got some Pringles in case they sound really broken.Black ones, more new potatoes, some pomegranate seeds to go in the salad that I'm making, and then just some mayonnaise.I have the rest of the stuff on my long list I'm just going to get tomorrow, but Yeah, I just wanted to make tomorrow a little bit easier and get some stuff done.I went in there whilst Danny was in B &Q doing some man bits.I went and did the shopping, so...I also need to clear the fridge out as well to make tomorrow easier, which...

Easier said than done, I think.This could be a two -person job.Oh no, this is actually a lot.I'm going to bin this, because that's a load of rubbish.I made a potato salad a couple of days ago, and that's all that's left.So I'm just going to bin that, I think.

Just pop the bits in the fridge for now that need to go in the fridge.And I'm going to do a proper clear out tomorrow.

I'm going to show you the garden.

Guys, it actually could make me weep, honestly.I've just opened our door, and this is the view.I'm going to test the water.Oh that garden, oh my word, look at that.Otis absolutely loves it.That pergola honestly has made my day.

It's so nice.I don't know if you can see as well, the LED lights under there.But yeah, all our furniture is from a company called Maze Living.And I'm so, so pleased with it.So, so pleased with it.I didn't expect, I think it's so hard when you're picking furniture online and things online to see the quality of it.

But I was reading the reviews and I looked on their Instagram and it all looked really positive.And I'm so, so chuffed a bit.So we got these fires from there as well.There's little stones that are meant to go in the top and then the gas canister underneath, but we don't have the gas for it.And then come around here.Yeah, our barbecue all done.

We've got a plug -in fridge as well, which I think is just going to come in really handy because our fridge is big, but like, I don't know, especially when we're hosting, it'll be nice to have drinks out here.Danny can have all his beers and stuff in there.Online, for some reason, this sofa said it was smaller than it was going to be, so I picked the sofa, and then I also picked, over here in the corner, this chair to go under it too, but the chair doesn't fit as well as the sofa, so I've just popped the chair here for now.Danny's cleaning the hot tub.He absolutely loves it.It's so good.

Otis, unfortunately, has taken a liking to Potshub, which we just really need to keep an eye on because the water in it can make him quite poorly.So just, yeah, need to make sure he doesn't drink any of it.

The water feature lights up and then we've got lights all, oh, thanks Otis, all along the flower bed.Morning everyone.I'm literally doing what I've always ever dreamed of, like having breakfast in my garden at my garden table.in my garden on a nice warm morning before going to the gym like this is so wild i could not be happier right now i'm just having a bowl of weetabix with some banana before going to the gym i actually need to leave in like five minutes because i'm meeting my friends out in 15 minutes to do a bit of a high rocks workout this morning actually i'm i'm kind of looking forward to it it's not really a high rock uh uh no we got on the new one roll for his food yesterday and it's like really rubbery and I feel like he really likes to eat it once he's finished his food.Anyway yeah we're doing the high rocks workout this morning and I'm looking forward to it.He's only running lunges and warbles so yeah it should be fun.

It's going to set me up for a full day of party prepping, party planning.Definitely needed to like work out hard this morning I think to like because then I'll just be in a better head phase and I'll be able to put my all into the day.Anyway, good morning, guys.I'm going to bring you along with me today as much as I can for party day.I keep calling it party day.It's football day.

It's World Cup day.It's semi -final day.Guys, I'm buzzing.

Been to the gym this morning.

Really, really tough workout.Like, I can so tell that I haven't done that kind of workout in a really long time.We did like eight minutes on, two minutes off, four times.Um, really tough.And I'm so glad I did with the girls because it's the sort of session if I was doing by myself, I'd have been like, nah, too hard this.I have been to the supermarket and done my big food shop.

Why do these look so wonky in my head?Um, we're just organizing things.Danny's putting all the drinks outside in the fridge.I have absolutely rammed the fridge.All our meats on here.Potatoes, I've just shoved them in there to be fair, because they were in the sun.

I don't normally put them in the fridge, but I just thought I would for now.All the fruit and veg at the bottom.Sauces, crisps and dip, halloumi.To be honest, the stuff is everywhere.I have kind of just rammed it all in.

Got some gherkins.

I don't normally buy gherkins, but I thought gherkins in a burger, so yummy.What else?What else?I need to shower.I've not showered since the gym.It's been a couple of hours.

I feel gross.I feel so minging.But I want to do all the admin first and then get ready when everything's pretty much sorted.That makes more sense, doesn't it?Yeah, I'm so excited.There's so many people coming, honestly.

My main concern is the space in the garden.And like I said, it's not the biggest.We've got loads of seating, plenty of seats, but we've just not got Loads of space.That's fine.We'll make it work.Current scenes look like this.

Don't know why that bottle of Whispering Angels, that needs to move.But I am prepping the potato salad.We've got two and a half hours, I think.What's the time now?Uh, two and a half hours till, shush, shush your father, till people arrive.So I want to get some jobs done.

That means I've got less jobs to do when it's getting closer to Christmas.time.I'm making frozen margaritas, mum.I'm also on the phone with my mum.Yeah.Isn't it?

I know, look.Look at my big machine that I've got to make them.Lovely.Oh, I'm a bit disappointed in these potatoes.I'll just coat them in mayonnaise.

oh dear guys oh dear not the result we want today Keep saying it's Danny, I feel very responsible that we didn't win because we hosted the barbecue.Why is it our fault?
