I've got whiplash with Harry and Meghan changing their minds every three seconds about what their travel plans are.

Let's talk about this.I wanted to get you on because, you know, we cover a lot of stories to do with Harry and Meghan, and as we well know, the gruesome twosome, that couple are capable of really behaving in a deplorable manner.They do it time and time again.We all know what we're talking about.But if this turns out to be the truth, they've gone too far this time.This is despicable.

So, as of last Friday, you and I have been talking about this for weeks.Always sceptically, I must say, You know, Harry was bringing Meghan, Archie and Lilibet back to Britain from the 7th of July to the 11th of July, ostensibly to attend an Invictus Games party, a kind of countdown party to celebrate Invictus Games, which starts in Birmingham, our second city, in a year's time.So to attend that, But the backdrop was also that poor King Charles has not seen his beloved grandchildren, Archie and Lilibet, for four years.They last came, I think, for the Queen's funeral.And so he would get to see his grandkids.That was the backdrop to it.

So last Friday, and didn't I always say, I said a lot, Frankly, I will believe Meghan's setting foot in this country again when I see it.I was always doubtful about this.But the more the stories emerged, oh, yes, they're definitely coming, and there was this sort of tacit confirmation, yes, they will be here, I had to accept, well, maybe I'm wrong, she's going to come back, you know.Good, Charles will get to see his grandkids.That's nice.I like that.

Friday, last Friday, Friday, three, three, four days ago, they... suddenly ripped the carpet, the rug, if you like, from under...

No, no, no.On Friday, they privately sent an itinerary of their trip to the WhatsApp group that the Sussex communication team manages.It was Saturday where Harry leaked to the media that he, in fact, did not get the security...The meltdown begins on Saturday, where Harry tells some outlets, I did not get the security that I expected to get.that now I'm reconsidering bringing Meghan and the children, which we all know is just Harry and Meghan trying to manipulate the media and bully King Charles into a corner.

Yeah, I think you're absolutely right.What I suspect, and I take no joy in this, I think this was the plan all along.It was to sort of build King Charles up, and Britain, to the idea that our King is finally going to get to see his grandchildren again, and then to whip that away from the King and the nation by saying, well, you still won't give me that gun guard, police armed protection that I need, that I demand, so you won't give it to me, so nah, nah, nah, I'm not going to bring Meghan and the kids back now.Harry actually thought that if he could set up this meeting between his kids, Archie and Lilibet, and the King, that the security he demanded, or he's been demanding now for a couple of years, would suddenly fall into place.He'd get that automatic armed police protection he's always demanded, and everything would be hunky -dory.But of course, they've turned round, the authorities here, and said,

look, that doesn't make any difference.You're not getting an armed guard.Your British taxpayers are not going to pay for police protection for you, mate.You ran away.You're not a frontline royal.You're not getting it.

Soon as he finds that out, he breaks his father's heart by saying, well, you're not going to get to see your grandchildren after all.What a despicably cruel thing to do to the king.

Absolutely.I've said from the get -go that I thought that it was a setup and that if Harry didn't get his way, then he gets to continue to villainize his father, which he has been consistently doing between Spare, between the Netflix series, the same man that walked his wife down the aisle for the last six years.He's been critical of his father and trying to put the royal family in this really negative light.That was my initial instinct.I said, I don't think Harry is going to bring the kids over.He'll say, my dad is the bad guy.

But Tom Sykes from the Daily Beast says that this was all a way for Harry.Harry did think that he could manipulate his father into stepping in.having, you know, using his influence to get Harry approved for the security that he wants, which is armed protection waiting for him and shadowing him throughout his trip in the UK.And the ultimate objective being that once King Charles steps in and gives him that, then internationally he receives similar a response, security -wise, based on the U .K.'s reaction, and that this is a—the reason why this blew up Saturday was because there was an entirely bigger plot, and that bigger plot unfortunately dissolved when the king refused to step down.and use his influence to help Harry with his security.

And that's because there's two reasons for that.One, King Charles is a serious man.He knows where his power begins and ends.He has no power to make that decision.He cannot preside over government decisions.The decision on who to give armed police protection to, in terms of the royal family, is the government's consideration.

It is their, within their remit, not King Charles.And secondly, King Charles just feels it would be wrong for him to use his influence in that respect, to try and persuade...

Well, especially after Harry lost a court case.Exactly.to then swoop in and say, no, we don't like that.That's privilege.That's the type of thing Charles is trying to avoid right now with the Andrew Mountbatten Windsor scandal blowing up to the side.He does not want to look like anyone in his, he's trying to be more transparent about you know, their finances.

This is the last thing he wants to look like anyone.He is helping anyone have any special privileges.But I do think that there was a bigger strategy at play here.And the Kumbaya theme that Harry and Meghan were trying to sell, that Meghan and the kids were going to meet with King Charles.The kids actually haven't seen King Charles since Queen Elizabeth was alive, since her platinum Jubilee.Meghan did see King Charles during Queen's funeral.

But it's been a significant amount of time since the kids have seen King Charles in real life.But I don't think that that was ever really the objective, because otherwise, why not quietly go off to Scotland and see the King, you know, under the radar, where you're not going, why announce it?Why tease it?Why build this hype around it?Why leak stories?Because the ultimate objective is

for Harry to get his way, and he's not.And what we're currently seeing is, in my opinion, a mental breakdown over not getting his way.

Also, I think he's so intellectually challenged that he doesn't understand where the power of the king stops.I mean, the king essentially, you know, it's always... important to stress this to a lot of your fellow Americans, Kinsey.The King does not rule this country.He has no power.This is a democracy run by the democratically elected government.We have a figurehead who is our constitutional head of state, His Majesty the King.

No more than that.He has no power.Harry, I don't think, understands that.I think Harry thinks his dad can go around telling the government to do is that and the other and I actually think that Harry's so stupid that he thought well if I get if I tell dad I'm bringing the kids back and then I turn around to him and say hey dad I've just found out you're not gonna give me any gun guards therefore you're not gonna see your grandchildren unless you do something about it I think he thought that that would work, that the King would get hold of Ravik, would get hold of the government and say, it's about time you gave my son Harry the armed police protection he demands.The King was never going to do that.

I just have to stress that, like, you know, I don't mean this in a cruel way, but the King doesn't miss Prince Harry.The King does not recognise this.Prince Harry.You know, the king is not going to bend over backwards because he doesn't even know who this new person is that has developed over the last few years, capable of writing such a hateful book, capable of writing, capable of participating in a docuseries, which accuses the royal family of years of racism.all of the chaos that they've stirred in the last few years.But I also wonder, and we had this conversation on my podcast, how much the evolving government has negatively affected Harry's plans.

Because he has been communicating with Yvette Cooper.He has been scheming, in my opinion, with the Labour government of ways to come back.That's why Invictus is in Birmingham next year, honestly.And so I do wonder if Keir Starmer's resignation has negatively affected some of Harry's polls.

Very good point that, Kinsey, because you're right.Yvette Cooper, the current foreign secretary, Keir Starmer's foreign secretary, was supposed to be pulling a few strings on Harry's part, trying to get him the security he demands.But she's likely to get sacked.and Andy Burnham's socialist government would probably be less well disposed towards this runaway Royal Harry than the current one.So you're right.Maybe it was the changing of the guard, the government, that made Harry have second thoughts about their trip to Britain and whether or not to bring Meghan and the kids.

But a last word, if you will.Meghan, by the way, in the middle of all this, has not missed an opportunity to advertise the fact that, drumroll, there's some lavender honey that will be available on her as -ever online store.That's good to know, isn't it?

Well, I thought what was so kind of just disgusting was that this post popped up within minutes of the Princess of Wales posting that she'd completed the nationalPeaks Challenge.And in that video, the princess is emotional, like, you know, just on the verge of tears discussing how she's doing this to raise funds for the hospital that saved her life.And then Megan's like, surprise, buy my stuff.I mean, it's just read the room.You know, she can never let the Princess of Wales have a moment.

Yeah, absolutely, Kinsey.Kinsey, I'm so glad I got you on this because I think, you know, we've covered some low points when it comes to Harry and Megan.But if the king doesn't get to see his grandkids after this build -up, then this is the lowest of the low.
