Princess Eugenie welcomes baby girl in Portugal | The Morning Show

Well, exciting baby news for the royal family this morning with Princess Eugenie and her husband Jack welcoming their third child.

Yeah, we're joined by entertainment editor Peter Ford.Pete, she already has two boys, this one a baby girl.

Yeah, and born in Portugal, where Jack and Eugenie spent about half of their time.Jack's work is centred in Lisbon, so that's why they happen to be there.And so the new baby girl, who joins her two brothers, she is now 15th in line to the throne.So she's still a way down.I mean, the odds are incredibly remote that she's ever going to get there.But they provided that picture for us.

So we still haven't settled on a name.Now, do you reckon that Do you reckon, Kylie, there's any chance that Fergie might sneak in from Switzerland?We know she's reluctant to go back into the UK.But Switzerland, that could be pretty easy to sneak in undercover.And in all seriousness, I mean, it must be hard for her, given the circumstances, that she can't be a part of this because of everything.

She's usually one of the proudest grandmothers on earth and trumpets the arrival of her new grandchildren.Correct.I think the decision probably to have the baby in Portugal was planned, Pete.She's had the other two in England.Yes, that's right.I think just that bit of distance.

Yeah, so watch and wait and see.But yeah, so that's lovely news there for Jack and Eugenie.
