So remember it was a couple vlogs ago when we went for that skin check -up.It was at the end of one of our videos.We got this like skin scab.So I've had one.It's one of three.so it's called skinhead no i think it's called aviclair oh aviclair yeah maybe we'll get um emily to get it but it's basically like a deep laser that is supposed to shrink your i think this is right i think it shrinks the oil pores at the right so that they shrink and then stop producing as much oil to then stop with which then cause breakouts to then cause the breakout yeah so you would need three sessions but i had it once a few weeks ago it was so painful guys i don't want to scare anyone but it was intense i like burst into tears twice she did like half my forehead and i was like i can't do it i can't do it i was like how am i gonna make it through this whole thing

But I think I think she did say to me maybe she was just trying to feel better But I think she did say that it it would never be as painful as this.

oh my god i'm a silver fox look at that look at that rut anyway when it just started to wear off i could feel it a little bit but it wasn't like pain pain it was just like someone's like scratching you a little bit but then it then it was over so quick because it's only like tiny tiny so pain was absolutely fine because she did like two layers of numbing cream and it took it took two hours which was fine and color i think is really pretty so she says it's gonna fade and like it's dark right now and they're swollen so i guess we'll see how they look in five days but a lovely experience i guess we'll see how they look but i i recommend because my lips without anything on are quite literally they're like blue they have no definition because i do have naturally small lips and then it's okay this is sofia's birthday present everyone this is sofia's birthday present you're okay I just got back just in time for Sophia's present to arrive.

Oh, this is like my birthday, even though I kind of do remember what I got.Oh my God.So I got an olive oil.Oh, wow.It's got ladybirds on it, and flowers, and a cactus, and lemons.That is really, really pretty.

That is actually gorgeous.And I think there should be another one of those in here, or like the pair.Here we go.Okay, look out.i've got styrofoam all over me but it's okay okay so i've got this set like so beautiful the one with the handle and with the flowers and the ladybirds i just thought it was just me loved it stunning so i actually want to like decant itolive oil because i have all the like i've got i'm gathering like olive oil things over there then they had these shallow bowls look at this it's got ladybirds and lemons and it's like really shallow it's almost like a like a plate with sides and i just thought that was just lovely because i i do enjoy you know if i'm gonna have like a salmon or something i enjoy a salmon and like a rice and like a bowl you know to the side so that you know when scooping is easier this one which kind of matches the olive oil and balsamic set as well.

I just love the ladybirds.There was something about it and I like the red because obviously I like the red and you know.Then I just got two proper bowls.I didn't get a huge big bowl this year because I have enough huge bowls.So I got this like lovely like pasta bowl, salad bowl size and it's just got lemons in and it's like turquoise.I thought that was really pretty and then this is like a similar, it's the same size but with oranges.

So I'm really, I'm really happy about these.They're absolutely stunning.Right, I thought quickly, before Love Island, oh my god, the styrofoam.

Sorry, I thought it was Madagascar.It's really nice.Like there's something about it.And the smell, I just, anything vanilla.It took me a while to get used to, like, because I never really liked that wet feeling on my underarms.But it's actually, I quite like it now.

It feels like, oh yeah, something's there.Next up, I've literally used this whole thing.This, I think, is my favorite tan of the moment.This is the Loving Tao Tan 8 -Hour Deluxe Gradual Self Tan, but it's dark.Do you know, like, most gradual tans are, like, white, and then you wake up tan?This goes on, so you've got a guide color, which I appreciate, because, like, it can go so wrong with the gradual tans.

But I love this.Like, last night, I just put a bit on my chest and neck, and it just, it was just nice.I've been using this cream.The Ole Hendrickson Strength Trainer Peptide Boost Moisturiser because my skin's been so dry.And I usually just use a serum or whatever, but this is just nice.It's been keeping me moisturised.

All right, I'll show you one other thing.There's a lot going on here to be honest.Oh, I got a water floss.I don't think I'll do that tonight.Cause I don't want, cause she told me like to avoid what like, you know, like with the washing.

And then I put, um juice box which is brighter like on the upper bit i've used both so let's see how this looks i might just do this with a bit of bronzer i might not do any concealer just so that i look awake and i like i really am loving the lips i know they're gonna fade but like i can't quite believe it i think it looks really nice i will tell you where i went so i went to i've also been getting lash lifts from this lady too she's called pale lash K -A -I -L, Kailh Lash.And it's just her.She's just got her a room and she's great.I've had two Korean lash lifts from her and obviously my lip blush.And she does also loads of other stuff like nano brows, like other permanent makeup.Like she said, she did someone's eyeliner, which Mark's just got actually.
