modernize all our US public libraries, and cover a decade of teachers' out-of-pocket classroom expenses or covered the daily nutrition benefits for every American that relies on SNAP for each day of the war. Answer me this Mr. Brown, yes or no, is it in our national security interest to allow weapons to be used against civilians? We're not using
