Or you could also use the app when you're going to the gym and they're gonna ask you the specific Equipment that they use at the gym So you're able to copy them each workout includes a video demonstration and the progress tracking and they guide you throughout the whole exercise Those are how a team chat so you want to ask them questions and you're gonna share your progress and you guys can motivate each other So this app is perfect
