Good evening.It was forecast to be a day of showers and periods of possible rain, but it's ended with flooded roads and commuters facing long delays on crippled transport networks.A weather system has brought falls in excess of 200 millimetres, sparking flood warnings, halting trains and contributing to deadly conditions on major roads.Matt Johnston, there's been a terrible incident on the M1.
