good morning everybody welcome back to another vlog we are i'm in the car with rachel right now if you could see her she's literally holding up my camera for me because i can't prop it anywhere but we are about halfway if not more halfway on our way down to bournemouth so I got sent a DM offering like a hotel stay so we thought we'd do a girls weekend down in Bournemouth neither of us have ever been before we've seen the hotel and it's beautiful it's got a spa but so obviously I want to go there and yeah we just thought we'd have a nice girls weekend so we left this morning right now it's 20 past 12 we left at like 10 this morning yeah we're about halfway we just stopped we've got some matches when we get there we're we're booked straight in for lunch which we can't wait for because we're really hungry so yeah I just thought I would start now and then we'll continue driving here she is guys Bad boy whippin'.

um and then have dinner in the restaurant here as well because the restaurant looks really nice.i think there's two separate restaurants from what i gathered online.

it's so cute.i'm loving seeing everyone outside like in their robes.

i think it's really cute.it's like a painting you know?like where like everyone's it's really sweet we are literally right right by the sea sorry it's going in and out of focus but it's just become cloudy which is a shame but the sea is the beach is right there we're in the restaurant it's quite busy though i've got like a spa menu because i think we're on the spa package so there is a set like a set menu for choosing from the spa so we think we're gonna do that i think i'm gonna have the chicken milanese and Do we want to show the Duck Parfait for starters?The Sober Punch sounds nice.What is it?Pineapple juice, grenadine, and something else.

Main course has come out.Got a little bit of everything.milanese.sorry for the terrible update but i have had my massage as you can probably tell by my hair which was so nice i had a full body massage it was just lovely really very relaxing and then rachel had her massage so i've just been chilling in the relaxation room and now we're gonna go check out the pool because we've not been there yet there is a little steam room sauna a really lovely pool you can tell the lighting is so nice and then over there is a hot tub we're just chilling on one of the lounges i kept falling asleep during my massage like genuinely i fell asleep about four times so i'm trying really hard to stay awake here but it's super relaxing back from the spa my sd card on my camera is full somehow so i'm gonna have to film the rest of this trip on my phone which i don't really like doing but something I can do about it.We're just getting ready to go out for some food.There is a restaurant in the hotel, which looks so nice, but it's fully booked.

So we can't go there.So we spoke to the girl on reception and she recommended a Chinese restaurant that's nearby.And we've looked up online and it does look really lovely.It's like really fancy.So we're going to go there.My hair as part of the massage, she did a scalp massage.

So my hair is obviously full of oil, but don't have time to wash it right now so i'm gonna slick it back and i decided to do a side part i don't really know why but i just fancied it so i'm gonna do it i'm hoping once i put my makeup on that it will look a bitmaybe a little bit better oh i just stopped filming and then rachel said to me she was like oh when i went into the relaxation room when you were having your massage a woman said to me um am i okay to pump and rachel's like yeah i don't mind so she started pumping and when she said it i thought she meant pump as in fart do you mind if i have a little golf love do you mind might even do some body pop does this look stupid obviously i've not got any makeup on yet is it messy at all if you say so so odd because when i woke up this morning my skin had flared up all here but now it's kind of calm again just random how it like comes and goes because also i've had makeup on been lying face down having the massage been in the sauna you'd think that would make it want to flare up did you say you'd use the Kylie skin tint was that you I really want to use that.To be fair, the foundation that I use is pretty much like a skin toner.It's good.I am going to put you on to this foundation because it's really good.I'm talking to you and to the camera both.

Yeah.Once I get to 200k, Rachel reveals her face, face reveal.The foundation that I've been using for quite a while now.I don't know if it counts as a foundation because it's Well it does say foundation to be fair, but it's very light coverage.I would say this is more of a skin tin.It's this Shiseido one.

Do you?I don't know because I'll be honest, I like it.got sent it ages ages and ages ago we isaac and i both got like a joint big package from shiseido um and i popped it away in my makeup drawer and then i saw that it was like more of a tint so i was like i'm gonna try that and it is really nice this is terrible lighting for you to see but i'm wondering i've got hair on my face i'm wondering if you can see that it's just really like light and glowy it's also really easy like it just goes on really nicely and quickly which i like maybe now is the time to give you an updated makeup routine so i get a lot of questions but i'll spam through it yeah next i do my charlotte tilbury bronzer obviously you can tell i like this girls girls girls i just can't say no bronzer done i still use the cosis concealer i love this and i put this under my eyes but i leave it just because I think if you leave concealer for a little bit, it goes, it like dries down a little bit and you get more coverage.So that's why I do that.And then whilst I leave it, I do my blush and my brows.

For my blush, I use loads of different cream blushes, but right now I'm using this one from Maybelline.

Again, I've had this in my drawer for ages and just fancy trying it.It's really wet.I don't know if you can see, it's almost like water, but I like that.It's actually matte.which I don't know if they do dewy ones, because I prefer dewy, but this is still nice.But because it's so watery, like it builds up really nice.

I really like it.Hopefully you can see.I'm doing this in terrible lighting.Brows, I'm just using this e .

Brow Pencil and I just fill in the ends of my brows here, like where I have gaps.I don't do it like very neatly.I'm not good at brows.then i use the spoolie end and then clear brow gel this is a clinique one that i'm using right now blend out my concealer i don't use a sponge anymore i use the this one is the little puff that came in my tear tear foundation but i usually use that one that i showed that i put in the giveaway the pure soul ones but right now that's at home because i need to wash it i prefer that sort of, well it is still a sponge, but not like a beauty blender like I used for my foundation.I think that it keeps more of the coverage that you can see.Coverage stays more.

I've also stopped bending my concealer so high because I find that I go quite cakey.

I like to blend it more down here.and then I bring it in on the insides.

Next are lashes and essence mascara, obviously.And this is way easier now because I've had the lash lift.Nearly done.Now I just set with the Huda Beauty powder.Love this.I just put it under my eyes, like down here.

I also pack it on my nose because I've got a really oily nose.And if you are oily, this is one of the only products powders that I found that doesn't, like I don't go oily then for the rest of the day, which is mental for me because I'm very oily.

And then I don't think I brought my setting spray, Rachel.Can I use yours, please?

I remember learning about it at that event.It was really interesting.I have them in the fridge because I like them in the morning.They are super hydrating, and to be fair, once you take them off, like, you're like,eyes do look glowy they are super affordable when you actually read about the ingredients that are in them they are high high quality ingredients that Bulgarian rose like seriously i mean you get loads in a pack i don't know how many specifically but lots like there's lots of applications and i think i want to say they're like 14 pounds something like that maybe even less i mean the main thing i'm like wow is the smell now i am not the hugest rose fan like i like rose don't get me wrong but i don't go mad for it the smell of those eye patches are delicious.imagine like a turkish delight, a rose turkish delight where it's like sweet.

that is what they smell like.they smell divine and as soon as i put them on i'm genuinely like... it feels like a spa day.like they're so nice.isaac's got trying his cress whitening strips that we got from america like a year ago.i'm sure they're fine.anyway right i'm going to go to sleep now and i will see you tomorrow morning.

i don't know how i can't remember how to play it but let's play that okay guys just an update from me i was just saying she's laying waste to this uh picnic here but i thought hang on there's something missing and look what she's actually hidden from me no round the corner

i just moved them out of the way because we weren't tucking into them yet so i just put them there hello guys it's now the evening and i'm in bed already it's so early but actually feeling really rotten today it might not have seemed like it earlier in those clips but that was actually our second attempt at going out so we got ready in the morning to do that to go out and have a nice little like m &s piggy bits picnic and it's the first day of my period which is brutal for me like i was literally struggling to walk couldn't even think straight like everything he was asking me i was like i I don't know, I was saying I don't know to everything because it's like an actual like cloud up there.I think, I don't know if it's, that's actually what's going on or like there's just the amount of pain I'm in.I can't think, I don't know.So anyway, we turned straight back around and I had a bath, took some ibuprofen and stuff.So I felt a bit better, like it kind of went a little bit and then now it's kicked back in.I'm just about to start off campus.

I wanted to ask, I spoke about obviously like quite a few vlogs ago, suffering with like the bloating, the tiredness, like all of that stuff.And I had some really, really helpful DMs from you guys.but I have now lost them in my requests and There was one specific DM I had from a girl and she gave me a specific place in London that I think was for, I can't remember the type of like medicine, but I know like on their website when I clicked the link it said like acupuncture, they did like acupuncture and stuff like that.I don't know how mum had gone to it.If that's you, please DM me again.Basically my bloating is just, I'm sick of it.

Like, I didn't really want to be doing this whole thing now, but whatever.I'm sick of it.it it's actually making me like really unhappy like i've obviously spoken about it i'm going to the gym i'm eating well i'm doing all this stuff and like i said in my last vlog like i'm losing weight but i'm not seeing any results because i am just so insanely bloated all the time and i'm so sick of it today like with the picnic i'm like i know if i'm gonna eat this i'm gonna blow and like i've got things coming up in the year like holidays and stuff with people and i'm like i'm dreading those holidays because i'm like i know i'm gonna hate how i look on those holidays so what am i gonna do just not eat well no that's absolutely ridiculous like i can't do that but like that's how i'm feeling i'm so frustrated and i just don't really know where to go from here if anyone has dealt with anything Similar and has some sort of advice of like where to go from here because I don't know Obviously, I know I mentioned I saw that woman but and I've had so many questions on what her details were I don't know if I want to give them out because Like I said, she did it holistically and I don't know It's the same with anything holistically when you look at online, isn't it?It says like it can't really be proven because it's holistic and not medicine medicine the title of the bookthat was done Can you, can you tell if I have a food intolerance test from that?Do you know what I mean?

Or is it, is it accurate is basically what I'm saying.And I wouldn't want to give that information to you guys and spend your money on it if it's not accurate.Because I've also seen so, so many specialists say that you can't actually test for food intolerances.Something to do with, and I'm probably going to say this all wrong, but something to do with when they test for food intolerances, it measures a certain, amount of this is probably the wrong word but let's just say i'm saying this amount of antibodies or something in your body something in your body that occurs when you eat this food a lot of people that i was watching used eggs as an example if you're someone that eats loads of eggs you will produce that certain type of x anyway that will show up in your food intolerance test whether you're intolerant to eggs or not you could be completely fine so apparently that's why loads of intolerance tests are just not accurate because you actually can't test for a food intolerance apparently and like i said before another reason i don't know if i want to give out is because with the food intolerance tests this is the second one i've done and the first one was one of the online ones i did which apparently i all i keep seeing is they're just a complete scam and to be fair the results from that compared to the results i got from women are two completely different things completely different things for example on the one i did online i was like a hundred out of a hundred intolerant to black currents i mean i've had blackcurrant, blackcurrant squash was my favorite growing up, do you know what i mean?yet that didn't flag at all on her intolerance tests, you know what i mean?just like, is it accurate?

so then if you're gonna cut out all these foods and be super restrictive with your eating, especially when it comes to things that make you happy like gluten or dairy and stuff like that, is that gonna get you anywhere, you know?it's not good for you.but i have seen that getting like allergy blood tests can be helpful which i would quite like to do anyway but anyway i'm waffling now just if anyone has any advice or has dealt with this before or has seen someone more specific like a specialist or has gone down that sort of route that you could just basically help me because i'm at a point where i'm just like it is making me really unhappy yeah i'm sure so many people feel like this not a very cheery way to end off my vlog but i'm not feeling that cheery but we'll see how i feel after off campus actually maybe i'll check in after an episode of that i'll check in sorry what i've just gone onto our prime and it's randomly logged into someone else's account in my bedroom i'm literally about to fall asleep but i remembered that i would give an update i am enjoying it i'm on the second episode and i'll definitely stick at it i feel like things have picked up a bit more in this episode so yeah i'm enjoying it more but anyway i'm super super tired i'm literally falling asleep so i'm gonna bring this vlog to a close thank you so so much for watching i hope you all have a lovely week and i will speak to you soon bye
