morning everybody welcome back to another video how are we all doing it's half seven and i'm just making myself a bagel these bagels are really different actually to like a normal bagel they're not a bagel thin and they're not a normal bagel they're like in between um because i am let me get the jam first i am taking otis to daycare today today is his one day a week that we like to get him into daycare.Um, and we've also got a busy day tomorrow.So what I like to do is get him into daycare on the days where I know we've got a busy day the next day because he's always tired the day after daycare.So I'm taking him there this morning.I'm then going to attempt a scary run.Yeah.

Yeah.You heard it, a run.Now I'm scared of running.I am, I knew this would happen.It happened after the marathon last year, but this time I'm like, I'm not bothered.I'm actually, guys, I'm really enjoying not running, but I'm not running at all.

Like I'm doing the odd run here and there, but it's taken a lot for me to want to go and do it.And I haven't ran more than maybe what, like probably 5k since the marathon or since the backyard ultra.Um, yeah, I'm not mad.I'm not mad about it.I'm enjoying doing my strength sessions at the gym.I'm enjoying going on some lovely long dog walks.

It will come back, but I'm not mad.Dare I say even enjoying not running.which I've never said in my life to be honest.In my last video I spoke to you guys about how Dani and I wanted to book a holiday, well we actually booked one a couple days ago.We are off to Rhodes for four or five days, I can't remember, maybe five, four nights, five days, I can't remember how long.And I'm really excited but I'm not overly prepared so I've got a few like pampery bits I guess that

I'm doing today.You want to go for a wee don't you?I am getting my brows and lashes done and then I was thinking about getting my toes done but that's a really boring thing to bring you guys to do with me. I want to get Danny some congratulations bits because he's actually in Stockholm at the minute competing in the high rocks world champs so I don't know how he's gonna do but regardless like I want to get him something to say well done.What are you doing?Dogs chasing a bee around the garden.I will actually, um, I'm going to show you the garden.

Basically, let me get my bagel and eat at the same time.We, Danny, really, really tried to fix the lawn and get it looking like Wembley, as he said, but basically where we are on the land, we have like a real dip in the garden.So basically whenever it rained, there was just loads of water pooling.The dog was, um sorry Otis was going out in the puddles bringing loads of mud and we just thought longevity like this isn't gonna work much to Danny's dismay but much to those of you who have big dogs will understand we have gone for a grass alternative we have changed the flags it's obviously super muddy at the minute because they're not finished they're just walking mud like from around the corner this is going to be our grass around here a couple of dog poos on there that I need to pick up really sorry about that around here that's our hot tub which I am over the moon about.Honestly right I know it doesn't look like much but that transformation already it's going to make our lives so much easier.Also I remember seeing comments when we first got the house like about how the garden's small.

Actually what it is with our garden is it is so wide like if you were to turn our garden from this way to that way and it was just a long garden like that but a bit more narrowIt would look like a very normal sized garden, we'd just put each other around.And also we have loads of space down the side of the house, which is amazing.We're actually having a outdoor kitchen built down the side, like a proper barbecue and having pagodas and stuff down the side.So yeah, it would look, oh, and also that square thing that was in the middle of the bed, the flower bed, is gonna be a water feature, which I'm so excited about.So yeah, it's coming along and I can't wait for it to be done now.

Okay.Wanted to start running by half eight.

I've just pulled up to where I want to run from 20 past eight, 10 minutes ahead of schedule.Does that mean I just go or does that mean I sit here for 10 minutes and procrastinate?I want to do it.Oh my goodness.I'm going to set a distance or a target or a time for this because that I'll just put too much pressure on myself and then I'll end up walking.I mean, it's fine if I do walk.

I'd rather not.I would like to be able to run 5K consistently without stopping.It's not because I stop because I'm tired or because I can't do it.I stop because I can't be bothered to keep running.I can't explain.I am so bad.

So, so bad.But this is just a phase, I know it is.But also, have I quit running?Is that like me being really dramatic and I've quit running?Let's head to the canal.I've chosen to run on the canal today because I feel like it's my safe space.

It's like old territory and I do like an out and back.Yeah, once I'm out, I've got to get back.So, I don't know.Anyway, this jacket, this is a This is from my edit with my protein.I love it so much.Honestly, I live in this one and the other desert sand one.

Like, they're perfect.Just throw them all together.for something like this.However, I am stripping off.It's nice weather today to be fair.God, I really am procrastinating talking about the weather, aren't I?

Procrastinating.I'm really quite nervous.I've also not got my headphones, which normally would be fine.Like I'm not a big headphone runner anyway, but I feel like today I really could have done with my headphones just to get me through a little bit more.Right one quick one more quick scroll of the phone.Look at Otis in the car this morning.

I'll drop him off.I miss him already.Right I'm going.I'm off.One more swig of water.Let's go run.

Guys I can't explain it right but it's like my body has forgotten how to run.Like putting one foot in front of the other feels so weird.Even my arms are just running.It feels so weird.Like what?It's like I've not done this in years.

This is so bizarre.This is the weirdest feeling.I've done a couple of runs on the treadmill, but nothing outside for such a long time.

If there's something that's going to make me want to stop, it's these little ducklings here.

Also the fact that it is literally 300 degrees.I have never been so hot on a run, even in like the height of summer when it's proper beaming down.I think it is just so muggy and sticky today.I'm going to carry on, but I'm sweating so much.I'm 2km.I feel fine.

My body feels fine.What is going on?I actually think I would have been running nonstop.if it wasn't for the sheer heat it's so muggy it's not actually hot look the umit's not a bit of blue sky to be honest.So cloudy, but the sticky heat of this is well, next level.

My goodness.I have hit 3k and now I'm turning around.I'm going to have 3k black black.Guys, I'm just having another little walk.Obviously I feel like I've not actually spoken to you while I've been running at all.Um, it started raining a minute ago.

That's the kind of weather I'm sure you can figure out what it feels like right now, but wow.

Like look at this wet patch on my arm.And I've not even, like in my elbow crease, I've not even been running fast.

I just hit 5K, so I'm just going to do another K back to the car to make me to 6K, then I'm quite happy.It's been a little bit better on the way back, so probably a bit more of a breeze, but on the way there, there was no breeze at all.Wow.Not a good day to sort of do my first run outdoors back, but that's fine.I feel like because it's been harder today, the next ones will be easier and not as scary.

I wonder if I'd have still come out on this run if I knew it was going to be like this.Probably not.

Going to start my watch.Here we are.This is what we've run so far.I'm going to do another K back to the car now.All done, back at the car.Did just under 6K.

I'm going to be so real with you guys.That was not it.That was so physically and mentally hard.Way harder than I thought it was going to be.I'm a little bit gutted to be honest, but so funny I said at the start, yeah, I'd like to do 5K without stopping.I must have stopped maybe six times.

But it's okay.I'm so pleased I did it, I feel so much better for it.It's out in the car.Water, oh my goodness.you need water it's not normal it looks like i'm being a bit dramatic but i'm not i swear i'm not okay guys i'm just heading over to get my brows and lashes done which is an essential i think before going on holiday especially for someone like me who's not a big mascara wearer and who doesn't like to wear like lashes and stuff i think getting an lbl is really one of the best things you can do um that's if they actually let me get an LBL because basically oh and I really want my brows laminated but basically they always say to me that like I don't take enough care of my brows and lashes which to be fair sometimes I do and sometimes I forget to like oil them and stuff so they actually said like look we're going to assess what they look like but if they're not in good condition then you ain't getting a brow lamination which I do really want because I feel like brow lamination just looks really good on my lashes on my brows.So yeah, we'll see what they say, but I'm going to quickly go and get a shake from somewhere called Plant Boost or something.

The plant blends I think it's called now.Got a new set on from Treats, which is actually a mix and match set.This top is part of the set, which I really like, but the shorts I'm wearing are also Treats, but it's a good set.Guys, I don't know what the hellionte is in the shake, but I do because I saw the list of ingredients, but that That is the nicest shake I have possibly ever had in my entire life.I think it's the coffee.So it's a shake called Earthy Nut, and it's got dates in it.

I don't know what else got in it like almond butter banana loads of stuff and then I said I would be able to add a shot of coffee and she's added a shot of coffee and it is so good oh my god literally sat right outside the place so that's where I just went in and got my drink and then where I get my brows done is up there and it's 25 plus so I'm gonna have a couple of sips of this and then go upstairs my lips have never been so pale in my entire life You're gonna go there for a second and I'm gonna pray and hope that I put something I can put on my lips Okay, right feel like as well with dark lashes and brows.You just instantly look like a different person I'm absolutely obsessed with my brows and lashes by the way guys.I've just pulled up in my local retail park and Because I want to nip into a few places, B &M being one of them, Boots being another and possibly HomeSense.I'm sat around lots of people having a McDonald's in their car and it's making me think, yeah I could do a chicken mayo, I could do a cheeseburger.I'll tell you what I do need to do is go for a wee because I'm not going into the shops and eating the toilet because I feel like that is a recipe for disaster.There's something about I saw a TikTok of someone saying this and I was like, something about going into all these shops like TK Maxx, HomeSense, B &M and instantly needing to go to the toilet.

That is me to a T. Apparently it's because you're so relaxed in there.That's what someone told me.Um, oh my God, it's so hot today.What the hell?Guys, I'm going to walk over to McDonald's I think and go to the toilet and then we're going to head into the shops.I want to go into Boots because I think I'm in Boots.

I think that photo shoot I did with Arborian, there's pictures of it in Boots.Um, I'm not entirely sure.My auntie said that she went to a Boots in London and there was a picture of it in there, but I don't know if that's, if it's just like certain stores.So I think we'll go and have a look.A bit awkward if it's not because I'm pretty sure it is.Guys, I don't think Arborian is stocked in here, which is a shame.

I actually want to get something to slick my hair back with, and I've seen so many people, like when I've been on shoots and stuff, so many people use this Eco Styling Gel.I don't know if that's what I want.I want a really, really sticky one.Max Hold.This is what I want.L 'Oreal Max Hold.

Maybe I'll get that.Guys, I think what I'm going to do is just go to the Trafford Centre instead because I've got it in my head now that I really want to find this thing in boots.And I can literally get everything that I need in the Trafford Centre.Is that going to be hell today?Maybe.I'm at the Trafford Centre.

There's also loads of sales on at the minute, which is excellent.So yeah, I'm really excited.I'm gonna try some bits, I think.Look how cute these tops are.These are so nice.What the hell?

I might get some bits for my holiday next week.Oh, this is like their tennis range.Okay, maybe not then.I am going to Wimbledon, which It's very exciting.Oh my god, guys, the girls in Lululemon are so nice.Look at this.

So guys, that shopping experience was lovely, but something about shopping that is, makes you really hungry.And I've come to Yo Sushi, I've only been here once or twice before, a very, very long time ago.I just fancied it, I think it's because it's quick and you don't have to wait and stuff and you kind of don't have to order like you can kind of just eat what's in front of you.

I'm gonna have a look at the menu anyway, but I don't think I'm gonna order anything.

Okay guys, I picked out three bits so far.This is the spicy katsu roll, which is so good.This is like some popcorn shrimp roll, which to be honest, that looks a bit mean.And then we just got some prawn crackers.I'm overwhelmed, I feel like it's all going so fast.I need to press pause when it goes round.

Okay, I am just in the men's shoe section and I want to get Danny some holiday shoes and I feel like he's not really got any nice like summer shoes so I'm gonna get him some Birkenstocks I've just been asking the lady like what's a cool pair to get for guys and she said these Birks so I'm gonna get him these and I hope he likes them I feel like I don't know he's never been like inclined to get a Birkenstock I feel like that's because he wouldn't want to buy them himself but I think if I get them for him as a present then he's definitely gonna wear them I'm just having some testing done on you and Mel.

Guys, I've just nipped into MAC because I wanted to pick up some more of that dewy skin tint that I told you guys that I really liked but basically it was a bit too light for me, the one that I got, so I've just come in to get a new shade of that but whilst I'm here I'm also just grabbing some bronzer and some blusher because I don't, well you guys know, I don't have good bronzer and blusher and it's all run out and the lady's very kindly sat me down and doing some testing on me, so it's that and that.Yeah, that's lovely.Okay, so that was no filter.Okay, we'll do no filter then, please.Thank you.And then whatever the bronzer was.

I'm so happy with them But yeah, I ended up going and sitting at the MAC.Basically, I went to go - I'll show you what I got from Selfridges.Basically, I wanted to go and get some of this dewy skin tint that I've spoken to you guys about before from MAC.This strobe, I think it's called strobe.But I had the shade Light 3 and it was - I put it on today and it was just too light for me.So I've got Medium 2, which she colour matched me for and that was great.

And then I also remembered that I've pretty much run out of my powder bronzer and I've had it for about six years.So it was time to get some more powder bronzer.So I got this Skin Finish Sunshark matte bronzer in the shade medium rosy.Let's have a look at this.She put a couple of shades on me.It's like this.

Nice shade that.So I got that and then I also got a powder blush because I've got a really good cream palette that I use, a Maybelline Mitchell cream palette, but my powders were limiting.Oh, I need to open that window, it's hot.So I got a peachy pink shade in, it's called No Filter, it looks like that, but it was quite nice, so I'm really happy with my little bit.Oh, and I got some free testers.Ooh, I got like an orangey lip balm.

That's quite nice.

It's a bit orange.I'm not sure about that.Very orange.But the lady that helped me was so lovely.Shout out to her.She was telling me that she's like started a TikTok and stuff and she does product reviews and she was super sweet.

So yeah, really enjoyed that experience.Oh, I've got another tester strobe.I think this is just like a new moisturizer that's coming out I picked up I ran into H &M because I really want to try Jorts.I think I think I can do it I think I can I think it's very my style like you're not very girly quite like tomboy But I just don't know if I'm cool enough to pull them off.I might actually just try them on now These are the ones that I picked up.I didn't try them on but I can always just retire them because I've got H &M in my town Yeah, pick these up From H &M.

No, they're way too small.That's a 10 guys.No, they're way too - they're way too tight.Way too tight.I do have quite a wide waist to be fair.So like I am a size 10, but I would say actually in the waist I probably am more of a 12 because my waist doesn't match my body if that makes sense because I have no waist.

So my body is a 10 but my waist is probably not a 10 and these are very high waisted.I just really don't like anything being too tight around my waist.Like if it's ever so slightly tight or if I feel ever so slightly uncomfortable I won't ever pull them out of my wardrobe.Like something has to be so baggy for me to wear all the time.Like look at these.I can obviously do that with a drawstring but like I get quite bloated so and like if something's already tight before I'm even bloated

then it's a no.And then my bits from Moone Lemon.So from Moone Lemon I got this lovely new water bottle because I love my Stanley's but they are just a bit big whereas this it has a flip lip a flip lid it doesn't leak I'm assuming I mean I hope it doesn't leak.I love that it's got a little handle as well and it's just more an appropriate size, I could fit in all my handbags, I could probably take this away on holiday with me.This blue sports bra.I also got the blue running belt as well, which I'm really excited about this.

And then I think whilst we're here, I did a big ASOS order as well for my holiday yesterday.

This is actually kind of expensive for a beach bag.I think this was like... 90 pounds, but I've had an issue before when I buy like really dirt cheap beach bags.They don't really last I don't really take good care of them.Whereas I thought if I buy one that's a little bit more expensive I will Obviously I wouldn't wear it with this.I wanted just a good sized one.I like the slouchiness of it.

This is disappointing This has come with makeup on before I've even tried it on I really want to get that mark out because I don't have time to Reorder stuff and I feel like I'm gonna really like this outfit.What is going on with the colour?Because that's two complete different colors, that's cream and that's why can you say I'm gonna be honest now I'm looking at everything.I actually don't know This next outfit again super casual not entirely sure When I'll wear it, but it looked nice on the model and I'm really like blue at the minute The vision was there and I knew sort of what I was thinking with it, but it does absolutely nothing for me like so baggy and it needs to be tighter here.

I think that other blue set might go back as well, to be honest.And the yellow, I don't love it.I think what it is, it's because I'm trying on holiday stuff at home.I think if I was on holiday with a bikini on, this would feel so different, but this just doesn't feel right.Like nothing I've been trying on feels right.And there's something in here as well.

I think this is just a belt for an outfit that I got.Yeah, I got a really nice maybe outfit coming for one of the evenings.And I wanted some brown kitten heels to go with it.So I managed to get some of them.They are so small.They're really nice these.

Oh my goodness.They're from Topshop.They're like suede.They cost more.But exactly what I wanted.Perfect.

Happy with them.I think it's just some sunglasses.I have no idea why it's coming in a different package though.
