So effectively what the AFL is saying is case closed, done, dusted.Well, I'm not entirely sure it is because there will be many in the wider football community wanting some answers.Namely, who at Geelong agreed to this?Was anyone in the Geelong Medical Department privy to this particular deal?What role did the AFL have?The AFL says there, and we take it on its word, that it knew nothing about this.

But surely there's got to be repercussions at some stage.Surely this is not case closed by the AFL and surely everything needs to be done now to ensure that every club is on notice, to ensure that the health and the welfare of players is of the utmost importance.
