over at the 110 banner and it is raining a lot today so luckily we do have a lot of internal stuff to do now as well as all the external stuff to do so we can choose whether we're getting stuff done inside in the dry while it is doing rainy type things outside.But first thing I must say without going any further whatsoever is thank you so much to everybody for everybody watching the videos all the positivity everyone has been so so supportive all the way through and especially moving on to this new project now and putting it out there so everyone's seeing it i cannot thank you all enough for all the love the support that's coming through and just thank you so much yeah it's um It's really been quite an overwhelming few days, you know, because this has been going on for so long.Like I said, we sold our house, we moved out, we're homeless for months and months.And admittedly, living in the static, like I said, has not been a bad thing at all.But, you know, there's a lot of variables, a lot of up in the airs and nothing's done.And then to finally get to that point where it's over the line, it's like, ah, and then like the excitement of like, putting out them videos all the support for me it's just been absolutely insane so thank you thank you thank you so the plan for now is internally we're not going to do too much to start with we've got a huge amount of work to do externally and in my mind it makes sense while we're in summer even though it's just

it down today, British summer time, as we're coming into it, we want to get as much of the external works done as we can, like the big priority.widening the driveway for the 110 that is like numero uno up there we also have a couple of boundary fences to put in and stuff like that because originally this house this was the main house and then there was four cottages that come off the side and they were like originally servants quarters and then i think they got extended to again and it was all under one ownership up until recently and when Barry passed away the estate got divided up and we've ended up with this house which had the access there so that's how we got that we've not got that but we do have to put some boundary fences in but internally we're not going to do too much to begin with because I actually really really like it as it is and I know it's a bit tired and it's a bit old but there's a part of me that I don't really want to change that much.I want to just enjoy the house as it is for a little bit while we're doing all the outside work.Just going to want to, it's just cool.That's it.There's so many original features and there's so much history with it.

It's not one of them houses where it's like a sort of 30s, 40s, 70s where you just go in and you go knock all the plaster off the wall, knock everything off, strip it all back and then start throwing it in you.We've done lots of them.This is not going to be like that.And don't forget, it's not this any it's not just this is it we've got all the other projects and plates that are spinning and this is not the main project the main the main projects is getting that access done then we've got the big set of bands to build at the back there and then we've got access here access onto the bottom 50 we've got all of that everything that we've been working to this has just come on on top as well you see so this is just going to be externally get everything sorted and then internally we'll probably do some build videos which are going to be going out i'm thinking i'll probably work on the house like saturday sundays but i don't know if we'll do them daily what i'd like to do is just try and get a bit of progress thenboom, put a nice little video out.But it has been a really mega busy few days.

So on the outside of the property, we have got a fair few jobs to do.There's a new boundary to come in here because this is all set up.As you can see, we've got some issues with the rendering over there.You can see where we've got gutters that haven't been behaving themselves.So I've got to sort the gutters out pretty quickly because I'm fairly certain that is what's causing the damp in the dining room.and you can see there where the renderings just come off and it's down to the scratch coat.

We've got a ladle net, so I've got that to deal with pretty quick.Got the new boundary to sort of going through there.We've got a new, probably put a fence up at this time for that.Like I say, we've got to take all this out of here.It's a shame that one's going to have to go, but here's what it is, because the new line's going to come through there.Think that little tree.

I think someone said that was a twisted willow or something like that.

We really want to try and keep that if we can.

We're going to start moving all this out of the way.That doesn't need to be there anymore.And then we've got another boundary in the back garden.So as you can see in the garden, we've got some insane amount of plants.Just makes me feel happy.I walk into it and I just feel, I know it's a bit chaotic and there's grass everywhere and there's weeds and it's not really being looked after, but you just see all the life of the plants just coming through.

And I'm like, I like that.I don't know why I like that but I do like it and I'm sure I'll understand this a bit longer down the line why I like that.Yeah so work -wise, like I say, we're just on with the boundaries.We do need, we've got a nice stow more here, this is running through.That needs to be, that's the old boundary there which is low.one because this garden was all at one point one garden all belong to the house there but it's been divided up at the house sale now so that boundary there is where our garden stops so we're going to get a nice feather edge fence running through there dig that out, get that boundary in, and then we're pretty done.

It's just going to be kind of, not going to do too much to it at the moment because we've got an awful lot on.All I'd like to see done at the minute is we're just going to get all the paths, the patios cleaned up.Andy's going to help us with the law, going to talk all that out.Got tons of weeding to do, and just try and make it.Like, we'll take down all the fences and stuff, but don't want to change it too much until we've lived in it for a bit.

Yeah, comfrey.And it's an old sort of English remedy.They used to boil the leaves, like stew the leaves, and you use them for sprays and everything.And then also another great use for this is what a lot of gardeners use, like people who like growing nurses and what have you, they make their own fertilizer up and it makes a really good liquid fertilizer yeah yeah so we're gonna i mean we've got good roses now yeah we're gonna have even better roses look at that wow and the bees like it yeah i'm going back to another video so when i was filming on the hives up there oh yes yeah so someone said i think they've got wasps in there they weren't wasps they were honey bees and these are bumble bees yeah but i didn't realize until speaking to Andy today that bumble bees don't make honey no these pollinate the flowers and I mean, you get different types of bumblebees.

So we're just going to get these clean just because it's just nice isn't it when things are clean you know it means you maybe can't wander about with my wellies on like i'm used to but i'm sure it'll be all right i'm sure i'll see well tell me off too much so we've got a chap coming to do that later so we'll see him uh i want to also get these bits and pieces that don't need to be in the house we're going to gather all them get them out there i have been steam cleaning the floors admittedly it's a mega slow process so I'm going to chat to the guy with the carpet cleaner and see if he's got something faster.If not, I'm just going to have to carry on with it.

It's a really nice key that, isn't it?Oh my days, what a day that's been.So it's been a very, very, it seems like it's rained all day.Yep, Andy has pushed on amazing.We've got a few bits done.I've got a few bits done outside.

Andy's done loads outside.got part of the bathroom floor cleaned got part of this got all the carpets cleaned in there started cleaning some stuff up on the driveway so a little bit all over the show while dealing with a few emails for everything else that's going on but what a good day what a really good day so i hope you enjoyed everything like i said there was loads of stuff thrown in there that was um collected over the last couple of days when we couldn't show things and didn't want to just not use it because there's some really good stuff in there so yeah bit of a catch of one and then tomorrow we've got some see how the weather is probably got some more stuff to do here maybe even have a look a little look proper look in them garages eh show you what's in there get that all emptied out and um yeah and that's friday and then we're going into the weekend so it's just gonna keep pushing on and at some point i'm gonna have to get the digger out and we're gonna startdigging that front out because there's a lot of difference in level there so that's all got to come out we've got to take that wall down so i think next week we'll just be pushing on with that front getting all that going getting it out of the way starting to set out for the new entrance for the top 60 come on amazing But, like I say, I cannot thank people enough for all the beautiful, kind, warm comments coming over.You're all absolutely amazing.Thank you from the bottom of my heart.Thank you for all the support, the encouragement.
