Is it true that US Senator Lindsey Graham said to you on a conference call on May the 1st, 2024, quote, this court, the ICC, is for Africans?

In fact, he went further.He said this court is for Africa and thugs like Putin.It is not for democracies like Israel and the United States of America.

I listened to what he and some other distinguished members of the United States Senate had to say.And we were guided by the law.in terms of what we had to do because all of that came in terms of the context of him hearing that we may be imminently applying for warrants.
