Trump HIDES as Family Gets CAUGHT in Filing DODGING Service to Testify for BBC in Defamation Case

We got some breaking news that involves Trump's case against the BBC.The more this case proceeds, the more I think he will rue the day that he brought this particular case against this media company.He went to the well once too often, because who would have thought that the testimony that his children, Ivanka and Don Jr. and son -in -law Jared Kushner gave to the Jan Six Committee, the Select Committee, the video deposition evidence, supports a new motion brought by the BBC to obtain depositions, sworn statements under oath in front of a court reporter, like in a court of law with those three individuals.

And it turns out those three individuals don't want to sit for a deposition in the BBC case.And it looks like they're dodging service of process.Yes, they don't want to get served because or they don't want to be served.So they're cowards.And so they're not allowing the Secret Service or their father to accept service.And therefore, the BBC is asking the judge, the magistrate judge in the Southern District of Florida, to allow for alternative service in the form of mail service.
