Yeah, because you're a left -wing hack.You're not a reporter.You're posing in this room as a journalist.And it's so clear by the premise of your question.And you and the people in the media who have such biases but fake like you're a journalist, you shouldn't even be sitting in that seat.

She's presided over an influx of right -wing propagandists diluting the real reporters in the press room.And she was the face of the decision to exclude the Associated Press from some official events in retaliation for their refusal to change their style book and call the Gulf of Mexico the Gulf of America.

And it is a fact that the body of water off the coast of Louisiana is called the Gulf of America.And I'm not sure why news outlets don't want to call it that, but that is what it is.

But none of those was the reason she left.In a statement on X, Levitt said, And it gets a bit more intense than that.A source reportedly told CNN that when she took a month off in May, following the birth of her second child, Trump would often contact her and, at times, ask when she planned to return.young family rather than for all of the manifest reasons she's terrible at being press secretary and is a malign force in the universe.Who will replace her?Anna Kelly would be among the obvious choices, to the point of being a bit boring.

She's among Levitt's deputies and would keep continuity.Stephen Chung, the White House comms director, is one of the most combative people in the White House.In fact, he's one of the most combative people on planet Earth outside of the UFC.He might be a bit noisy for the role and it'd be kind of a sideways move for him.I'm not sure he actually wants to be on telly that much either.But many of the top bets on America's prediction markets are going on Alina Haber, a former Trump adviser and lawyer.

She stepped down as acting US attorney for New Jersey after an appeals court found she'd been continuing in the role despite her interim appointment having expired and the administration failing to get the Senate to confirm her.She's one of a string of interim Trump administration prosecutors who've had their appointments challenged.Also this week, we found out what kind of hair gel Pete Hegseth uses.

Here, I think.And while you're about it, hit the subscribe button and the little bell icon so you never miss an important or hilarious update like that ever again.Anyway, the judge let him off the hook and earlier this week we saw the newly unsealed rewritten lawsuit.It accuses the BBC of a brazen attempt to interfere in the 2024 election because... about 300 Americans might have seen the Panorama episode with the slightly dodgy edit.His $10 billion lawsuit is predicated on his reputation and political standing having been damaged by showing footage of him saying things he actually said.

You don't concede when there's theft involved.

Anyway, the docket includes a deposition from Richard Cooper, the BBC's Director of Digital Distribution.He revealed the programme had been watched 570 ,000 times on iPlayer.But of those, only 285 are from IPA,that could have been based in America.Not 285 ,000, 285.And 34 of those were from Florida, where the case is being heard.

And somehow it gets even funnier.Cooper said the US -based IP addresses didn't necessarily mean the viewer was actually in the United States.For example, of those 34 streams from Florida, most were traced back to an IP address in Slough.via the cruise ship company Carnival, which has its HQ in Florida.That 285 is also over the entire period the documentary was available online, which is about a year.And only a week of that was before the election.

In case you're wondering, if you assume all 285 viewers were American voters, which they weren't, the damages Trump is asking for per view comes to £35 ,087 ,719 .30.In proper money, that's £25 ,974 ,385 .96 each.

Here's the thing about Trump's escape from Turkey that nobody's talking about.So by now we're all familiar with the Mission Impossible style caper that saw Donald Trump use three planes to escape from Turkey.Long story short, remember a few weeks ago when Trump decided not to fly home aboard Qatar Force One?

Why aren't you flying on the new Air Force One?

It's flying to Europe to one of the big bases, two or three of the big bases, where we can show it to the people and we'll be going home by normal methods.

Because there was a credible threat of an assassination attempt from Iran.

I have a lot of threats, I have a lot of threats that you don't know about.

And instead they flew home on the old baby blue Air Force One.Turns out that was a lie and after Trump boarded Air Force One he was whisked out of another door into a catering van which whizzed across the airport to a different plane in what many peopleare now calling the ERA's tour manoeuvre.Air Force One was effectively a decoy.If you want to see this explained in more detail using a selection of my son's toys, you can watch that video up here.It was a decoy carrying the oblivious press corps, several staff and cabinet members, only some of whom were in on the caper.

And from there, we learn some fascinating elements of the hierarchy of the Trump regime.Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Treasury Secretary Scott Besson both flew in the decoy plane, knowing Trump wouldn't be there, in order to protect the line of succession.For some reason, former Fox News host turned Secretary of War Pete Hegseth, and for an even less defined reason, Natalie Harp, Trump's personal assistant, known as the human printer, because she's the one who brings in printouts of flattering news stories every day, were on the secret plane along with the President.Also, can you imagine if an Iranian missile had taken down Baby Blue Air Force One, leaving the whole world for a while thinking Trump was dead, and the travelling press corps, half the cabinet and Stephen Miller along with him, only for Trump to sweep out of the secret plane yelling, surprise!Like a pantomime Dane coming up through the trapdoor and a puff of smoke, he's behind you.He was behind you the whole time.

Another fun fact, Air Force One isn't the name of the plane.It's the call sign for whatever plane the president is on.And the decoy kept the call sign during the caper.That means possibly for the first time ever, or at least the first time it's been documented, Air Force One did not have the president aboard.
