UK Politics is WILD

Breaking news out of the UK now, Nigel Farage has been declared the winner of the Clacton by -election, meaning the prominent right -wing populist will return to UK Parliament.

Over one in four people in this constituency would rather have Campinface as their MP than the leader of Reform UK.And I'm just getting started.

Well, at the time of recording this, it looks like the Joe candidate in the Clacton -on -Sea by -election is going to win by a resounding two to one votes.I'm talking, of course, of Nigel Farage.Man, how much was that the running gag in Parliament?for the last month, every single British MP.I think you should put your vote in the bin.I was like, what the hell, Keir Starmer?

Keir Starmer made a gag.That guy, the only gag that I could even see him doing is doing an impression of a piece of paper, which he's done flawlessly.But it has taken the world by storm.Bin face mania.Have you seen anything like it before?I think everybody liked the fantasy that he was going to win against Nigel Farage, which, look, even though this has been said by a bunch of smug UK pundits time and time again, what's really the difference between me and their accent?

It's sick that it was just meme on meme violence.That was an interesting election for that one reason.But I think that there was something that was much more interesting about the machinery behind this, which is that yes, count Beanface Brand, I think there's somebody, somewhere, in Westminster, I don't know, some backroom little bean counter orders must have realised, if we pull out all of the actual candidates that pose not a threat, Nigel Farage was always going to win that election, but a contender, andjust leave it to Pinface to run.It would do something remarkable to Nigel Farage's image.In case you don't know, I should probably just rewind very quickly.

Nigel Farage has been a very naughty boy, but when hasn't he?Always rattling a few cages, this time he stands up to the establishment.by not declaring huge amounts of money being donated to him by Crypto Bros. I think it was five million quid.Obviously, there has been investigation around this, and it could turn out that this is extremely unparliamentary behavior.And as a result of that, he ran as a publicity stunt himself, which is so good because it's a publicity stunt within a publicity stunt within a publicity stunt.He said, that's it.

I'm running.I'm standing down and I'm running again.This will be a vote of my integrity against the establishment.all of the establishment candidates pulled out of the by -election, leaving it to Binface to run.I don't think anybody ever seriously thought that he was going to win in the UK equivalent of the Beltway, but I don't think that people also thought that it was going to be as much of a global phenomenon as it was, and so I think what it did and it remains to be seen but it did definitely take away that edgy factor that Nigel Farage had of I'm the outsider yes I'm fighting against the establishment because it's like you're fighting against a joke you are the black mirror episode with the animated pig that that is happening again it's incredible that that show always predicts specifically UK politics isn't it first it was the pig sex scene and now this now this and it's always pig related somehow but That is a turning point because I think that the whole allure of Nigel Farage was that he's kind of like, you know, he's funny, he's out there, he's the one that's always getting the upper on the establishment, on the insiders, and it'strying to paint Count Binface, a man that does not have a face, trying to paint him as one of these no -face politicians that are in the background against the people.

It came off as a bit pathetic.Obviously, he was always going to win because I think that this is the whole thing that people don't understand about politics in general, which is that, oh, this massive national campaign is getting a lot of attention.Well, they're going to have to win every seat in the country.No, people basically just think what they think, and then they just keep thinking that.That doesn't ever really change.So if you are in a community that is going to elect Nigel Farage the first time around, they're not really going to care what he does.

Even when they say these, like, you'll have these polls that'll just be like, 63 % of people in Clacton -by -Sea are really, really disappointed with Nigel Farage.Yeah, but are they going to vote for Count Binfez?No, because that's ridiculous.They're not going to vote for the serious candidate.

Nigel Farage, right?

Like that's how electorates work.So it was never going to be anything close.But in terms of that national campaign, like the national image that Nigel Farage had, you would have to say that this is like damaging.It just made him less cool because he was trying to paint himself against that Joe candidate as fighting the establishment when the reality is his reasoning for it was the guy worked at the BBC for a bit.Doesn't really hold up that well does it?I think that the really interesting point is Nigel Farage couldn't paint it the way, I think it was just purely out of his own ego.

The way that you should have painted that, I think anyway, Even though, what do I know?But it just seems intuitively right.You would say there was a cabal between all the majors.So you shouldn't trust them because they're all the same.But there was a cabal between all of them to withdraw all of their candidates to make me run against a joke.But he could never really get to that point.

could he he always had to keep it as no no he's the establishment and it's because doing that admits the absurdity of what happened that he just had one up on him and this is something that I think you see over and over again like People always talk about the tide turn for Andrew Tate.And I think that everybody agrees, on the internet at the very least, that the tide turn was that one photo where his eyeballs are a bit spaced out and he looks like a French bulldog.This is the thing that always undoes someone, I think.It's when they get humiliated.Humiliation is a really strong emotion.For one, the person that is being humiliated, which that was a month straight, of Nigel Farage having to front up to the press over and over again being like, are you going to put your version of him Nigel?

Once you are in that realm of absurdity, it's really hard to call your way out.So in terms of like his national image for his party, you can't say that this was, yeah, look, the global cabal against the establishment to position this definitely hurt him.Doesn't mean that he's going to lose his seat.Doesn't mean that reform won't win a bunch of states in the next election, but it definitely does mean that the electorate generally, when it comes to a national thing, we're just talking about the swing points, the ones that really determine the election.That little contingency of the electorate.goes with the vibe.

They go with the flow of things.And Nigel Farage, yes, there was that faltering back and forth.He has had massive problems leading up to this.And obviously it was just becoming electorally more and more difficult as he got splinters within his own party.But I think that this is the point where it's kind of like, well, yeah, he's also just lost that image now.And now his image is always just a bit like,

So it'll be interesting to see what happens with that.It's also very interesting, and I would like to note this, because I think that this is exactly what's happening in Australia, like you can see it with your Pauline Hansons and your David Pococks, right?You have these, I am fighting against the establishment type characters, and they're always funded by a billionaire.And so they can always run this sort of message of, oh, I'm out there saying what the majors won't.And the reason that the majors won't say that is because they're trying to cobble together a constituency because they're actually trying to govern.But in this day and age, because you can have one billionaire fund you exactly what Farage has when it comes to crypto, when you can see in all of these policies, massive carve outs for the crypto industry, massive.

It's just so transparent and obvious, right?But that's kind of what happens now.That idea that people had in their head back in the day of, oh the majors are just completely funded by corporations and that's all they ever take into consideration, it has been never truer than in these now times where with social media it's become so easy to target, especially if you have like a lot of money from billionaires being pumped into it, you can target specific demographics of the population and really hit them with exactly the message that they want to hear.And so you do have this very interesting new figure that seems to be emerging all over the world in different stripes and colors, but it is always just a billionaire funded firebrand that takes up a few points, say it's migration, say it's like, oh, I want to, you know, go after this one specific industry or something like that.And really, they do that so that they can run that campaign and the billionaire pay for it.It's not the same as what it used to be where they used to be somebody that was just like, oh, I'm running against the establishment and they clearly are just part of the establishment.

It is sort of just these like maverick weirdo billionaires creating their own little business.politician out of a vat that specifically serves them.This might be, and I'm interested in this globally because it's well done BinFace, maybe this is the way to combat this.The way to combat this is not look at how unserious this candidate is, oh yeah let's look at all of the facts.Maybe the way to combat them is, and again I'm not talking about the whole point of this video, I'm talking about the national election in terms of those swing voters that could go either way in every election and determine every election ever.They are vibe voters, they are not going to vote for the one that seems like a joke and seems ridiculous.

It seems.Time will tell and But this actually could be a really interesting way of fighting the tide, which is that, like, if you have a ridiculous candidate, the cure to that is to come up with an even more ridiculous candidate.
