Update from Ukraine | Awesome! Ukraine is up to Encircle Russian Army in Lyman
Hello my friends, let's start from our favorite topic, military maps review, well maybe not favorite for every one of you, but I start my videos from those kind of the maps, and this one is presented to us by Russian military blogger Rebar, where he tells that Ukraine goes on counterattack in Liman direction. Now I'd say that here we have fantastic news from multiple of the directions. So here is the Liman city itself, or Liman town.It is something between city and town as for the size. And in the southern area Ukraine went on counterattack liberating two of the villages Dubrovo and Osirna. This is the upscaled image of this rectangular here.
And definitely Ukraine is successful.I am shocked actually because before Ukraine didn't have lots of the resources in Liman because supply lines were cut.But it seems like somehow Ukraine managed to get more forces, which are enough for the small counter -attack operations. It seems like Ukraine put couple of dependent bridges across the river Osiris -Kidonets.At least we had this information published by also Russian sources roughly 3 days ago.And here we have the result.
Ukraine sent more armed forces and we already have all of those arrows of the Ukrainian counter -attack towards Novoselovka, Derilovo and Stavki. Before there was nothing from this side.Ukraine was, I would say, even struggling in Liman, barely keeping that settlement under control. And Russia constantly attacks from Torsk. This is their main supply hub, where they keep their forces, drone operators in the basements. But here it seems like the situation turns upside down for Russians in multiple of the directions.
I mentioned Dubrovo, also Ukraine counterattacks in Liman, here we have the data about it.And also two of the main assault vectors towards Shedrihovo village, yeah that's the name.and there is the great risk for the Russian army to basically be jammed in all of those villages more to the west. Moreover, I would say that there is already a supply crisis for the Russian armed forces there, and how they are going to resolve it, honestly, I am out of clue.Because there is simply a single road that goes to Shydryhovo from Zelena Dolina and the rest are just small filled roads and Ukraine targets everything that is going to those villages.Russia is in a deep shit over here.
Well, in general, the situation is kind of interesting because Russia still has lots of their resources compared to Ukraine.several times more. But Russia itself created this very long frontline and it cannot be successful elsewhere.
So they concentrate some of the forces in Kharkiv region, in Donetsk region, of course, and Hulaipole. So where the Russian military command puts the most of the efforts they're successful. The rest of the frontlines, if they barely lose initiative, Ukraine immediately gains it.So the weak spots are out there, and this huge frontline actually plays good role for Ukraine.
On one hand, yes, also for Ukraine, it needs to split the forces, and Ukraine has less of those, but Ukraine is in defense.Ukraine built significant defense lines, and Ukraine is using more advanced drone technologies, more massively, let's say. That's why Ukraine could be successful in some of the spots, like, for example, Le Mans direction.I was sure that Russia would occupy Le Mans this year, but now I have doubts about it.You know, Russians cut the main bridge here, that went to Sloviansk, it was the main supply artery for Ukraine. But now, with this counterattack, and Ukraine pushed Russians away from one more road, from Osirna, and Ukraine basically clears the way
supplies from alternate connection. So supplies might go from Ozerne and Svetohirsk, where there are some of the bridges left. And also, as I've told you, pontoon bridges.Russia destroys those regularly, but Ukraine puts them again and again. Now Ukraine must do it to keep Le Mans under control.and guys just a short reminder please don't forget to press your like to this video just do it right here right now while you're watching this video it is damn important and also subscribe to the channel we are on the way to reach 1 million subscribers also if you have this opportunity you may support my job on patreon the link for it is in the video description right below or join membership of youtube channel by pressing button join thank you guys you're making this content possible and Let's continue with the video.
And guys, again, here we are speaking about the Russian maps.Russian maps. This guy, Rebar, is affiliated with the Russian Defense Ministry. And Russians, as usual, they publish the good scenario for them. And if they show this picture, it means that the actual situation could be even worse for them in this specific direction. But in some of the areas, they, of course, counterattack or attack.
Like, for example, Pokrovsk and Myrnograd directions, where Russia moved with the grey zone, advancing to Krasnoyarsk.Well, they have their own names. And this is the zoomed -in image, Krasnoyarsk, they put a couple of the flags, they are here behind my image. But it doesn't mean that Russians have established the full control over the settlement because Ukraine is constantly operating with the drones, so the flag operations they do not end usually well for Russians, it's kind of rare that they keep the ground for long.
But of course the Pokrovs direction is one of those where Russia has an advantage. However, yeah, they put lots of the things into the red zone, like for example Shakhova.Shakhova is in a grey area.and Teretsko -Safivka, it's all under Ukrainian control. There was no confirmation that Russians managed to occupy those two of the settlements. Moreover, Russians recently tried to move to Shakhova from two of the places and their convoys were caputed on the way.
So it's all entire gray zone, very close to Shakhova. But yeah, those are the Russian maps. They show that they're advancing.Okay, sometimes they definitely do.Also for example in Mirna they show that they have this attack vector and the new territorial gains near to the road O0525.Ok, the fight for Mirna actually was confirmed by our soldiers around 3 days ago, but whether the Russian soldiers managed to get to the settlement and occupy it, well we see that even Russian maps they show that it's in a grey zone.
Alright and here I would say it's the border between Dnipropetrovsk and Donetsk Oblast and Ukraine has an advantage in this particular direction in multiple of the areas like for example Ukraine pushed Russian forces from Novopolivka it happened I would say at the beginning of this month, maybe at the very end of the previous one, Ukraine has a couple of the counterattacks towards Iskra, towards Poddubne, and in Poddubne there were some of the fights.
According to our information, Poddubne went into the gray area.Well, here they show actually. The fight now is ongoing for Mirna. Also, Ukraine tries to cross the river, and the fight for Khmer, I would say it's imminent. It is going to happen, I think, this autumn.Well, Russia tries to seized those Ukrainian counter -attacks near Voronezh, they went with a counter -attack.
But the rest of the frontlines, like this part, without any sort of the major changes, the fight is ongoing mainly in Komovo.
hotspot. And we may also see it from the recent update published by the Michael73.His military map is here with all of those attack vectors. So Myrna.I am not sure whether definitely the fight is there.According to my information it is happening.
Pydivne, yes, is in a grey area and Ukraine propelled forward close to Yalta and Zaporizhia.I wonder if the river has been crossed by Ukrainian army.Well, maybe. If Ukraine definitely crosses it into the settlements, there is a huge risk for the Russian army group in Khamar.Ukraine may try to commence the separation from two of the sides.I would say using a Russian classical club tactics to jam Russian forces between Ukrainian army, Ukrainian strikes and the river.
So Russians basically will be forced to leave Komar. And from what we see with this counter -offensive, I think Ukraine really goes according to this scenario. From what I know, the Ukrainian airborne brigades, regiments are fighting here. They're very, very capable.Alright, let's go to the interactive map of the micro -sensory analyst and he says or shows that Russians try to go to Aryhev.

Get started freeAnd definitely I may confirm that two days ago Few of the Russian soldiers made it, bypassing Malaya Takhmachka.
But the destiny of those Russian soldiers, it is well known.Basically, they went to the local house, it was the daytime, they were spotted, and later on, kaboomed. But it tells that Russians managed to cross quite a lot of territory, yeah, lots of the distance, across the fields, bypassing two of the settlements, actually, Novo Danilovka and Takhmachka, Malaya Takhmachka.and they went through the road in a re -heath, they were completed partially on the road.in Malatak Machke and the rest of the group found its end at the street of Lesa Ukrainka, one of the writers, famous writers of Ukraine. This is exactly the same house.
So yeah, it's possible to infiltrate into the kill zone, into the drone zone, but for what reason? To have more losses? That's why you will not see those kind of the operations from Ukraine.Well, at least not for this long distance.Ukraine also might try to infiltrate, but Ukraine does it with the help of armored vehicles to protect the infantry. Also, those infiltrations, they are very well organized.
And yeah, by the way, we have some of the great news about Scalier Brigade, Sirsky's favorite, that was organized to mid -grind mobilized soldiers and other soldiers. This is 225th Brigade or regiment, yeah, it's a regiment actually. So, according to the recent information, it will be transformed, reformed, and it will shrink down to the smaller unit, maybe to brigade size, and the soldiers will be sent to some other units. This is good. This is what should have been done long time ago.So, this encouragement of, hooray, let's go, those Russian -style attacks, this is being cancelled.
And from now on Ukraine will gradually sometimes move forward in some of the specific spots which are profitable for Ukraine, but in general the idea is to stay more in defense, to lose less soldiers, less resources, and let Russia mid -grind its army in those infiltration attacks.I think this approach is way way better for Ukraine. And yeah, we may see less of the arrows for me to discuss with you.Oh, Russia takes more territories with those infiltrations.Look! And it seems like, oh, Russia is attacking all the time.
But Russians have significant advantage.however this month they lose less of the soldiers because they commence less of their attacks they don't have enough soldiers that's why I think that they will announce a new mobilization and Magyar calls about it he says that this month was terrible for Russians because they lost lots of the supplies on the way so they're unable to organize attacks normally, as they used to in July.
In July, actually, Russia lost the record number of the soldiers, but this month, if statistics continues, if nothing extraordinary happens, Russia may lose 16 % less of the soldiers compared to the previous months, simply because they don't have enough supplies to commence those infiltration or mid -wave attacks massively.
And Konstantinovka direction, well, there are no any changes except some of the new vehicle losses for Ukraine.
Yeah, it happens. But also Russia has vehicle losses behind the front lines and at the front lines too.And this is what is happening my friends.Really close to the front lines, further away Russia is in lack of the supplies.I think this is a Ram X2 or 2X drone.which has kind of the good zoom camera.
So it follows Russian. What?Look at this quality of the picture. This is amazing. This is so, so nice. And those Russian soldiers, they're not making it to the battlefield.
The guy here, he doesn't know where the drone is coming from. You see, it is coming from behind, but he looks like, where is the drone? He has the machine gun, there is the turret in his hands, but he doesn't have any sort of the tools to define the direction of the drone incoming. And it's impossible actually to define it, because the drone itself doesn't have the connection to the drone operator.
It flies on its own without the real controls.well maybe there is if we see this image here there is the transfer of the visual signal But yeah, Russians are just in lack of this electronic warfare, in lack of the drone ident systems as Ukraine has for example.Well, I am not sure whether Ukrainian systems may show the direction where the drone is coming from, but Chuika at least it screams like the drone is incoming, drone is incoming. But this guy was just looking at one point for lots of the, like all the time he was looking at one spot.Guy, it should've been done like that. And they're protecting those trucks in the convoy, but they became the targets number one themselves.
And guys, just to recall the major event that happened two years ago.It was the start of the Kursk operation.Well, as many Austrians are saying, like, for example, Clement Molin, who is the great expert for the war in Ukraine, He mentions that Kursk operation was a big mistake from Alexander Sirsky, back then commander of the Ukrainian army. The operation was conceived as a raid to Russia, intended to force the Russian redeployment from the east while capturing prisoners and destroying part of Severn -North force that was attacking Kharkiv. For a week, Sersky disappeared to take direct command of operations, even as situation in Pokrovsk was becoming catastrophic.
The first week of the operation was a success, indeed, Ukraine propelled like really a lot deep into the Russian territory, despite low numbers of the strikes, yes.But at the same time, Russian resistance in depth proved stronger than anticipated. At that point, the Ukrainians should have withdrawn, and I also mentioned that.that Ukraine went there and if they are unable to get to, for example, nuclear power station to get it under control and to exchange for the Zaporizhia station later on, that could happen.a strategic plan of this operation, yeah?
The major goal what this operation is for because the tactical success was achieved very fast the first week but if you are not achieving the strategic one with this nuclear power plant at least you should withdraw the forces like what's the use of keeping them there and from today's perspective like Looking two years ago, we may understand that.Like, I agree with Klemen Molin here. The Ukrainian presence in Kursk lasted nearly 8 months, resulting in too many avoidable losses.Meanwhile, Russian forces were entering several strategic towns along the Avdiivka -Pokrovsk axis, Novohorodivka, Solidovo, Ukrainsk, and fell without facing significant Ukrainian resistance. And moreover, for this operation, Sirsky used the best of the best equipment. Those strikers were everywhere, Leopard tanks, capable Ukrainian attacking forces.
and it led to significant losses for Ukraine.Well, not as significant as, let's say, in Bahmut or during the major counter -offensive operation of 2023.But looking back, I understand and I told back then that it was probably a mistake, yes, and I'm telling you now that it was a mistake.
Yeah, back then I was also cheerful that the Ukrainian army made it, you know, the first time the clear superpower was He was attacked by non -nuclear power country and was forced to retreat. There was also the beef between Ahmad army that was protecting the border and the Russian FSB, Russian generals. They were accusing all together each other about the reckless behavior that they left positions, all of them. And Ukraine definitely wentin really fast but behind there were some of their Russian army reserves and Ukraine simply wasn't capable to extend the supply lines that fast and Russians accumulated the forces and little by little with the counter -attacks they pushed the Ukrainian army away and moreover they're now occupying Ukrainian Sumy regions Starting from this course cooperation. So they gained the momentum and now several of the Ukrainian settlements are still under Russian control.
It is all because of the Kursk.

Get started freeSo yeah, Ukrainian army was presented for the long time in the Kursk region. Many units took turns there during this period.
The Russian army achieved 45 % of the gains made in Donbass between October 2023 and 2026.For the comparison, since the beginning of 2026, only 7 % of the gains from that period have been achieved. So, Klemen says that Ukraine is now concentrated on defense, and that helps a lot for Ukraine to secure the ground and to cause Russia even more losses, right?Over the nine months of Ukrainian presence in Kursk, the Russians captured eight small towns, Vuhlydar, Velyka Novosilka, Kurakhove, Girnyk, Kurakhevka, Ukrainsk, Solidovo, and Novorodivka, approaching Pokrovsk and Myrnograd and entering Turetsk. So, yeah.the forces were used, I would say, even recklessly.
Hopefully, with the general commander Drapaty, who is in charge of Ukrainian army command right now, it's not going to happen like that.Well, I am sure about it.Drapaty is not just a great guy or something, no.He is way more competent than Sirsky. He thinks differently and he already reforms Ukrainian army from inside. And this information coming about the terrible command in those specific brigades
that everything has been refurbished, reformed It is encouraging in a way.Yeah, I think the major transformation is still not possible without the proper defense minister like Fedorov.Like Fedorov, not Fedorov exactly.Because Ukraine needs those reforms. We'll see.About Hamara, whom Zelensky sees as the defense minister, well, I'm not sure.
I watched some of the interview of Fedorov recently given to Sternenko, the biggest Ukrainian drone volunteer.Well, Fedorov doesn't exclude that he might become a defense minister after all.And what is interesting that Fedorov still wants to help Ukrainian army as far as he can.You see, we are now in this transition period where the team of Fedorov is partially still working, he says about it.
Moreover, Fedorov is directly communicating with Elon Musk.
He finally wants to not push Elon, but to cooperate and try to find the variant of how to use the Starlinks against the Russian ballistic missile launchers.Well, Elon Musk wants to connect it to Donald Trump, but we know the attitude of Donald Trump.Basically, what Zelensky now says that our Western partners, the United States of America in particular, They want to not to let Ukraine to have the air defense capabilities. And they see it as the pressure on Ukraine, you know, to push Ukraine for capitulation negotiations or something.Well, this is really inhumane, because with ballistics, Russia hits everything, especially usual infrastructure, you know, civilian one.So if it is true what Zelensky says, this is definitely a terrible stuff.
and there is no difference between Putin and Trump in this case.
