Video shows woman hit by snow-covered truck twice in crosswalk

A woman being hit by a truck as she crossed the street in Chicago. We did freeze that video before the moment of impact. It shows this red truck covered in snow. Run over a 67 year old woman right there as she crossed at Belmont and Pulaski a nearby business owner in Belmont Craig and shared this video with us. Now he believes the driver may not have seen her because the windshield was not completely cleared of the snow on the video.

When I look at his stop and then he started going again, that's when he ran over again on the second time with the rear wheel.

Now the woman was taken to Illinois Masonic Hospital. We're still working to get an update on her condition. The driver did stay at the scene and was cited for failing to yield to a pedestrian.
