VISA BOMBSHELL: Is Prince Harry Being 'CHUCKED OUT' Of America?

Welcome back.Niall Gardner, foreign policy analyst, former Thatcher aide.documents and close to 2 ,500 pages relating to Prince Harry's immigration application.We are calling for the release of all of those documents to the American people.I've also called for President Trump, for Secretary of State Marco Rubio not allowed into the United States.And so, did Harry lie?

Was he given preferential treatment in order to enter into the United States?These are important questions.No one should be above the law, and that includes members of the royal family.And if Prince Harry lied on his application, he would face up to five years in US prison and also deportation if he were to be in the United States at the time.And so these are very serious questions.We're asking here for the right of the American people to see exactly what Prince Harry put down on his immigration application.

It's as simple as that.

has far from gone away.I mean, it sounds to me like it's, you know, building up to some kind of crescendo.Oh, absolutely, yes.

Yeah, the fight definitely...I believe that ultimately we will prevail on this.The State Department, I have to say, has been very cooperative back into the United States.And so there are very significant consequences, even if Harry...I have to say that I do believe that this very important issue of Harris immigrating to the United States.It's one of several key factors that are in play.

After all, this is a very sudden surprise decision.Say that again.Even the King did not know about this until last Sunday.Extraordinary decision taken bythe Sussexes.And you have to ask, why have they made this incredible decision?

After all, they are monumentally unpopular in the United Kingdom.They're increasingly disliked, of course, in America as well.But this is a shock decision by them.So there must be something in the background with regard to why they made this decision.I do think the visa issue is an important issue across the Atlantic.

Extraordinary.It was a source of great worry to the Prince.Now, obviously, in a way, he's getting out of Dodge, as they say in America, coming back to Britain.But that's a fact.

And we will see the truth when it finally emerges.And so the campaign continues.The legal fight continues.And if anything, we are going to be furthering our efforts to see the release of these records.

So, currency will be ordered?

Yeah, so if the State Department decides not to release the records, then it will go back into federal court.I see.There have already been two previously.I need to say the Biden administration was very non -cooperative over this, but the Trump administration has been far more cooperative on this issue and so our hope is that they will release the records.If not, then it goes back into federal court.

However, behind Donald's jokes, there's a serious issue here.Why has the Heritage Foundation pursued this with such gusto?

Yes, very good question.So the Heritage Foundation is the leading voice in Washington and the United States for strict enforcement of border controls and security, and successfully done.And so Heritagethat no one should be above the law when it comes to entering the United States, and that includes Prince Harry.Also at Heritage, the Heritage Foundation has great respect and admiration for the British royal family and for the British monarchy.And this is a very important point, because Harry and Meghan have been absolutely appalling in their attacks upon the royal family.

It's an absolute point this morning, great big double spread.There's more to this.Well, folks, there you have it from B, that he was building up to being told, you lied.on your visa applications.Is Harry escaping?Is Harry getting chucked out of America?

It could be because we've been searching.I'm still with Niall Gardner from the Heritage Foundation think tank in Washington, who's just revealed sensationally, I would suggest, that the reason Prince Harry and Meghan are coming back to Britain could well be that the visa issue that has haunted him since the first day he set foot in America, the question of whether or not he might have lied on that form about his drug taking, continues to haunt him to this day, and it could be that he's aware.They take that very, very seriously.Five years in a federal jail.potentially.Is he running away?

Is he getting chucked out of America?Absolutely extraordinary.Niall, let's go to show some more mundane reasons, financial.This morning, a judge issued £9 .5 million to the Daily Mail after their ludicrous lawsuit completely failed, accusing that paper of phone hacking, illegal methods of information gathering, 97 allegations thrown out with utter contempt, no evidence to support them.£9 .5 million with the expectation that they will be ordered to pay another £20 million.million, so that's £30 million.

We think the money problems are one of the reasons they're not cutting the mustard in America.But they are going to have this £5 million a year security bill.Now, as we know, Harry's been suing the government, desperately trying to get armed police guards.The king or the royal family are unwise enough to let that issue proceed.There will be hell to pay.

There will be hell to pay.

People are struggling with the cost of living.

We're counting £5 million of British taxpayers' money for their security.Their financial empire in California, Montecito, is collapsing.They have succeeded in building up this huge, vast financial empire that they dreamed of.And they've been, I think, increasingly humiliated in America.The American people don't want them in the United States.And look at the American press today getting out of America.

We don't want you.And unfortunately, they're heading to the UK.And they're going to have all kinds of extortionate demands.And no doubt, Harry is going to be going with his begging ball.He wants to ensure that he's got some money from his father while his father is still alive.And needless to say, of course, Prince William's absolutely furious.

It's not just Prince William, though.They're having this Balmoral Summit right now up in Scotland.The whole family are there.And you're right.Of course, William is incandescent, as is Catherine, the Princess of Wales, because Meghan actually called Catherine a racist, called the King a racist.Spiteful little book spare, which levelled all sorts of accusations and allegations against both of them.

So they're incandescent with racism.rage, but I'm also hearing that Prince look very hard.They do a lot of royal engagements, particularlyAnne.

She literally does about 600 a year, two a day.It's incredible.

So they work their backsides off.And they too are furious that it seems that whatever is being said, the King will turn a blind eye to this sort of working, half -working royal arrangement.The King has got to be careful here.He is being too soft towards these two.

say in this as the future king.And Harry's behavior, Meghan's behavior is the royal equivalent of sort of small boats crossing the Channel.It's that migrant crisis from America.It is a new migrant crisis with Harry and Meghan coming over because they were very, the late Queen.

And Prince Philip.Those two made the final years of both Prince Philip and Her Majesty the Queen Elizabeth II hell.That's wrong.Those two people in their 90s, their last, both of them, their last years were painful because of this couple.

This is unforgivable and when they do end up in the UK they should be put into exile.frankly.They do nothing for Britain.They hate Britain.They have been immensely destructive people and they should be kept as far away from the royal family as possible.

And the King, as I say, sympathy for him, you know, his own cancer battle and, you know, who needs this while you're fighting cancer.But he's got to be careful.He should gauge the mood of the people.78 % of the people in this country say they don't want these two here.Basically, we don't like Harry and Meghan and we don't like half -working Royals because what they're going to do is, even though they won't do official charity engagement, they're useless as well.

Yeah, absolutely.And they will be up to no good in Britain and the British public are outraged.They don't want them here in the UK.and this can only end in tears.I hope the King is going to put his foot down here.

He's got to, because the people demand it.William knows it.I think Anne and Edward know it.I'm not sure the King does.I hope this baromoral summit persuades him that he needs to be tough with these two, because they're playing...So you've got a piece in the Daily Mail tomorrow?
