That was Hillary Clinton testifying for the House Oversight Committee last week for a private deposition. Now, first of all, notice the speed with which Lauren Boebert has the fear of God struck in her and immediately owns up and apologizes to Hillary Clinton. I'm going to show you a tweet of Lauren Boebert's in a few minutes where she cosplays as some tough guy, but the footage from this deposition is who she really is.

A warrior behind the keyboard, but a scared child when she's admonished to her face. Now, as I mentioned before, this was a private deposition, but keep in mind that Hillary Clinton wanted a public testimony, only to eventually accede to Republicans' demands because as they claimed, they didn't want a circus, and that's what a public hearing was. After all, these are serious legislators doing serious work and therefore can't allow for

petty distractions and theatrics. And yet, what does Republican Lauren Boebert do the second she sits down? She sends this image to Benny Johnson, who of course posted it. And in fact, that wasn't the only photo shared from what was supposed to be a private deposition. Here's another, sent by Lauren Boebert to Benny Johnson, with the caption,

Breaking the first image of Hillary Clinton testifying under oath about Jeffrey Epstein to the Republican Oversight Committee. This is the first time Hillary has had to answer real questions about Epstein. Clinton does not look happy. Now a few points here. As everybody who's watched my videos knows, I am in full favor of anyone and everyone who has any information about Epstein testifying.

Democrat, Republican, I don't care as long as you've got information from everyone. So I'm glad that she's there. I'm also glad that Bill went and testified too, as I think he should have been there. And I'm sure that Republicans are glad that he's there as well, so that they can get accurate information. But when you turn this deposition into a circus, so that you can nail your decades-long boogeyman, then it becomes clear that it's not about getting accurate information. It is about making a spectacle of Hillary Clinton sitting in the hot seat. And in fact, the deposition was then put on ice for that exact reason.

So what did you actually accomplish here, Lauren Boebert? You risked the deposition all because you wanted the optics of Democrats being in trouble. And you got it. And that's frankly all that Republicans ever wanted. And that was an edict handed down by Trump himself.

You know when Epstein was alive, nobody cared about him. handed down by Trump himself.

Not a Republican problem, a Democrat problem. And of course, Loren Boebert, he did that little clarion call by turning the Clinton deposition into a spectacle so that dear leader Donald Trump and his mouthpieces can glom on and pretend that her testimony is some smoking gun. Way to go, Boebert. You have helped Donald Trump cover for the co-conspirators in Epstein's pedophile ring

and instead turned this into a partisan circus. I'm sure the survivors appreciate it. And to that point of undermining the survivors, Lauren Boebert made sure to deliver in another big way.

In past public statements, as in 2017 speeches and interviews, you described Pizza Gate as a baseless conspiracy theory, alleging you and others ran a child sex trafficking ring from a Washington pizzeria basement. Have you reviewed any 2025-2026 Epstein files that were released that you

believe reference or relate to those specific 2016 claims regarding the

Podesta emails, Comet, Ping Pong, Pizza used as code possibly? I'm sorry, did you say something? You're asking her about whether she's reviewed emails in the Epstein files which relate to

the wacky Pizzagate scandal?

You can characterize it however you want, I just would like to know if she's familiar with any of them.

So, excuse me, your question is about whether or not she has reviewed any emails in the Epstein release files about Pizzagate. Correct. Pizzagate was totally made up. It was an outrageous allegation that ended up hurting a number of people that caused a deranged young man to show up with his assault rifle and shoot up a local pizzeria.

I can't believe you're even referencing it. You should be.

Well, the QAnon people believe there are. I don't know what QAnon people believe. Have at it.

But you've accused certain parties, and I think even right now today, of promoting slow walking or information in ways that fuels conspiracies. In your view, did any Epstein-Maxwell related investigations or file handling pre or post 2019 contribute to

or intersect with the spread of Pizzagate style theories about Democrat figures objection. I have no way of answer that is the most speculation

Have you or your representatives identified any Epstein file content that has been Misinterpreted online to revive those claims and what steps if if any, have you taken to clarify?

I think that this is all very reasonable. Well, first of all, I don't follow the crazy conspiracy stories that are online. I regret that anybody does. I find it quite sad, but also disturbing that people would believe some of what is put forth like Pizzagate.

So I have taken no steps to review anything that might have any connection to something which I think is totally bogus.

I want to be clear about what's going on. Republicans are in a deposition to ask questions about a very real sex trafficking ring. In that deposition, they spend their time asking about a fake trafficking conspiracy theory about the basement of a pizza place with no basement? Again, the real trafficking ring is right in front of us. Pam Bondi has the full Epstein files.

Donald Trump is implicated in said Epstein files. They are covering it up in real time. And yet Hillary Clinton is doing a deposition? Somebody who's not even in the files and not accused of anything? What the fuck are we doing here?

And look, even Hillary is clear-eyed about what Republicans are looking to do with this whole sham process.

We offered that. They want to pull us. Why did they want to pull us into this? To divert attention from President Trump. This is not complicated. This is so obvious and they keep trying to divert. Look at this shiny object.

We're going to have the Clintons, even Hillary Clinton, who never met the guy. We're going to have her there. Let's focus on what's really happening here. You have an attorney general and a justice department attempting to hide information that should be made public.

So look, the sad part here is that there is bipartisan consensus around bringing everybody in to testify. That includes the Clintons. As I mentioned before, I don't care what political party you're in. If you've done something wrong or have information about those who've done something wrong, there needs to be transparency. But yet again, Republicans have proven that they would rather exploit Epstein's horrific crimes to curry favor for themselves politically.

They turned the Clinton deposition into a spectacle because it was more important for them to own the news cycle with their favorite boogeyman in the hot seat than wait for whatever information is revealed. They WANT the partisan circus because it's about helping Trump, not about helping the victims. And sadly, that much has always been clear.

The entire last year has been blatant evidence of a cover-up, from the Attorney General saying the files were on her desk and ready to be released a year ago but were conveniently never released, to a bunch of right-wing influencers waving around fake binders, to Ghislaine Maxwell being moved to a low-security prison after meeting with the Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanch, to Lauren Boebert being summoned to the Situation Room to get her to take her name off the discharge petition, to Marjorie Taylor Greene outright bailing on this administration over the blatant coverup,

to the DOJ missing the disclosure deadline by more than two months now with three million files still unreleased, to the files that were released having victims' names exposed but co-conspirators' names hidden. I mean, how much more obvious does it get that this White House is focused on protecting Epstein's accomplices, and yet we're supposed to sit here and pretend that Trump and his pals are somehow not implicated? In fact, don't take my word for it, even the survivors themselves aren't buying the

con that's being sold to them by this DOJ. The girls and women who were abused by these criminals have been repeatedly neglected and re-victimized by our own government. The recent release of materials highlights this, as the names of many powerful individuals remain redacted, while the names, personal data, and even images, nude images, of many victims were released. Rather than apologize for this failure,

this DOJ has doubled down on denial and distraction. We are tired of the games. When those we elect to office misuse their positions, it harms us all. We are here to remind our elected leaders and other Americans that there is always a choice.

You can sit by and watch the abuse of power as so many wealthy, educated, connected individuals did in the Epstein case. Or you can do the right thing, the courageous thing. You can speak out the way my sister Maria Farmer did because of her concern for her younger sisters.

You can speak out the way Virginia Roberts Dufresne did, after she looked down and saw her daughter and knew she deserved safety and protection. I know that courage is contagious because these women inspired me to find my voice. And the more I've used it, the more I have heard from others who are speaking out about

their own experiences of abuse and standing with us in demanding true transparency, the whole truth that survivors and the American people deserve.

So I hope Lauren Boebert takes what those survivors are saying to heart because she is helping turn their plight into a circus because she can't manage to put sex trafficking victims above her blind, partisan fealty for five fucking minutes. And that will be her legacy. She put on full display what her priorities are. And when it comes to pedophiles versus their victims, Boebert is on the side of the former.
