Hey guys, welcome back to another video.How are you all doing?I'm actually introing this video after I filmed everything.I'm introing this on the day that I'm going to post it.Today is Tuesday and I'm going to get the video up for you guys today.this video i basically just wanted to intro it now because not that it's a bad video i just feel like i have done so much in it and there's never really a point where i sit down and chat to you guys about what i'm doing um i just feel like i'm here then everywhere i've been to three different countries in this vlog and it's a little bit hectic but i really enjoyed it i've i've loved the last week honestly from my birthday celebrations to the shoot with my protein to doing a little hierarchs, it's like a hierarchs in this vlog as well um yeah it's been so fun and i really hope that you enjoy following along my week i do however feel like the week that i'm about to show you guys really caught up on me because right now i am in the trenches i i'm not full of cold or anything but i just feel so run down i feel like any little thing that i'm doing is taking so much of my energy and i've had a real headache and i just feel like I think I deserve maybe just a couple of days of just slowing down and not doing a lot because then in a couple of days we actually have the backyard ultra which I'm really looking forward to but that's also going to take a lot out of me but I'm just going to let this video do its thing and let you guys enjoy hopefully and catch you on the flip side I think you're about to go and watch me what's the next clip oh yeah it's when I arrive at Bayman Lodge with my family to celebrate my 30th birthday hello where's Danny Danny's nearly here he's he came in a different car here we are everyone look at this oh my goodness oh my god i'm overstimulating oh my goodness oh yeah look at this oh my goodness talk about the

Hello guys Slightly different location to where you last saw me. I am now in Lanzarote back in Club Lusanta.If you know me, you know I like a bit of Club Lusanta.I'm actually here, me and Danny here, we are here for a shoot with my protein the next two days well not even two days we're literally shooting all day tomorrow and then we fly back Friday morning it's currently 6pm on Wednesday and we go back Friday morning so very very quick turnaround but what a place to shoot um I absolutely love it here this is the view from our little room when I say little it's our actual little room I've always stayed in the villas actually I don't actually know what a normal room looks like it's been very fortunate to always have a villa this is our bedroom and then we've got two bathrooms here And here.And here.And...literally got here like oh look absolutely exhausted that's because I am um we got to the room like five minutes ago and we're going to very quickly just head out for a little 5k plod I think just to stretch the legs and then we're going to go to the buffet for dinner at half six so instead of just sitting here in the bedroom Scrolling on our phones for half an hour.

We're gonna go and loosen the legs off And then I feel like dinner will taste even nicer because we've been for around so I'm very aware that I didn't film too much at My birthday weekend stay because it was just a bit chaotic like I don't think I actually spoke to you guys I was just like filming little segments of what we were up to but honestly that was like one of my favorite trips ever I think I was a little bit apprehensive about it prior to it because I just think like I don't know the idea of all your family coming together is always a little bit like but It was just perfect.It was so nice.I loved every single second of it.I don't know if you can tell by the sound of me, I'm actually full of cold.I don't sound too bad now, but it's when I wake up first thing in the morning, I'm really not good.So I'm hoping it doesn't affect me too much tomorrow because it's a really, really full on hectic day tomorrow.

I absolutely love these days normally.I'm just hoping that this, how I feel, doesn't affect me too much.I'm also due on my period tomorrow, which not the best timing, but we'll make it work.That's what we do over here.Good morning.

I was working out though, I've not actually been even remotely ill since like November, because I remember the last time I was poorly was when we moved house.So, my time's due.

I've done really well.I've done a lot of the stuff, you know, being healthy and everything.having any problems.I'm just going to put my face in a little wash as well.

Me munching mid -brioche.But guys, I just want to get the camera out whilst I'm walking over to meet everyone this morning.Because look at that sunrise.Oh my word.That is possibly the nicest view I have ever seen.And look, no one's out this morning.

It is so peaceful and so lovely.Wow.So plan right now as I'm walking over to get my hair and makeup done.Um, and then we're gonna go to breakfast and then we just start shooting I guess.Full day of shooting.I think we start at like nine, finish at five, um, which should be fun.

Especially if the weather's gonna be lovely, which I think it's looking like it's gonna be.So that's great.I'm just trying to find that room because it's a bit of a maze around here.If you've been to Club Santa before, like honestly, I feel like even though this is my third time being here, I still get a little bit lost.Gorgeous hot sunny day.I actually can't show you much of me because And I'm revealing something exciting.

But this is perfect, like honestly.What a place to be shooting.I'm so happy.So, so happy.The team are amazing.Weather, amazing.

I think when you sit down and there's food in front of you, You're gonna be like, now I'm hungry.

I don't know how you're doing it, because you like, you know, you need to fuel yourself.

I met a guy on the plane yesterday.He says he drives here in his motorhome.He's lived here for 19 years.

So we picked up three to try because there was three different flavours left.

Pistachio and lemon.

This one's matcha.matcha and something probably white chocolate and this one is beetroot red velvet yeah beetroot and white chocolate it wasn't matcha and white chocolate let's try this one first this is the one you're most excited about right yeah i don't know about this one i'm not sure about the lemon though big chunks it's very lemony that don't you think it's just on my palate it's just on my palate now they all they i think they're all gonna taste the same do you it tastes more like lemon i couldn't taste The pistachio in that one?

No, no, no.I think there's pistachio chunks in it.You see there?That's pistachio.Matcha and something else.What did you say?

Matcha?I can't remember.Yeah, nice.

That's my favourite so far.Really?I can't taste it.I like the lemon.I can taste white chocolate on that one.

Same.Red velvet and white chocolate.I think all I'm going to be able to taste on this is white chocolate.If I can taste beetroots, can't I?You can't.Beetroots are completely flavourless, I think.

That this vlog really is the most all over the place vlog ever.Three different countries in this vlog.Started off for my birth, for my birthday, Baylor Lodge, great.Just got back yesterday from Lanzarote with my protein, great.I'm now packing, literally about to leave the house in the next 10 minutes to go to Helsinki to compete in Mixed Doubles IROX with Danny tomorrow morning, and then we're coming back tomorrow evening.Oh my goodness, guys, what a whirlwind, but we literally decided to go to Helsinki yesterday.

We haven't qualified yet for... um also sorry i've not even spoken to you since the shoot this is what happens with me and blogging i feel like i film all these things and then i don't ever really talk about the things i just feel like i'm filming littlesnippets of the day and what's going on and we never actually sit down and chat.I definitely am due like a sit down chatty vlog because I feel like I'm not stopped.But yeah, the trip was great with my protein, fantastic, shoot couldn't have gone any better, absolutely loved every second.Now, still full of cold but we did purchase a mixed doubles ticket for tomorrow morning because basically guys, we obviously Danny's qualified for World Champs, High Rocks World Champs by himself but me and him haven't and I really want to like I know it's not that deep and I know I don't need to race at World Champs but if I'm gonna go anyway which obviously I'm gonna go to support Danny I would love to do my best to try and race there and it would be the first year that I wouldn't have qualified.Our ability has stayed the same, if not got better.

It's just that everyone else around us is also better and the sport is becoming bigger and more popular.So it's just making it way harder for us to qualify.Like I really, this, the fact that we're literally flying to another country to try and qualify, like, yeah, maybe a bit OTT from us, but you don't know until you try.And I feel like I don't know.Listen, we could be flying there to come 10th or like top 20.We actually need to win to qualify.

There's 159 people in our age category, so we've got to beat 158 people.Like that's wild.I don't know about this, but we've done it before.We did it at London a couple of years ago.Also, I don't think there's as many roll down spots.I don't know how it works, but basically it used to work, so like, say you came 5th, and the people who came 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, neither of them took the world champ spots, or they've already qualified, it would roll down to you.

But I think it only rolls down to the top two people now, I could be wrong, but I'm sure that's what Danny said.So, I'm gonna take these two Lemsips, because, guys, I'm still, I'm still full of cold, still on my period, but we're gonna go and do high rocks anyway.What makes this even funnier, ooh I just spilt water all down me, is that Danny is currently flying, so we landed back from Lanzarote, he then flew to Portugal for a stag do for one day and he's currently on a flight from the stag do to Helsinki.So he's been on a stag do yesterday, like he had a day of it yesterday.So really we're not in the best position to try and qualify.I'm full of cold and on my period and he is probably feeling a little bit worse from the stag do.

But so be it, so be it.I'm just, this is my bag I'm taking.

I'm taking like, I'm taking Danny's rucksack.I've got all my stuff in it just for one night.I've got my race outfit, race shoes, wash bag, change of clothes, my Kindle, charger, portable.Oh, is this the right adapter?That's a good point, let me just check that's the right adapter first.They're in there, passport, in there.

This little bag from Aloe is my lifesaver, honestly, like I take it everywhere.It's just a little bucket bag over the shoulder, so handy.Passport, I want a face mask, that can, probably does need to go in there, that can go in there.Don't need a hairbrush, need that lip balm.Need some mints, need a tampon.Need some tissues, don't need that, don't need that, my camera's on charge.

And also, there's a mixed doubles race that's already started, which I'm tracking because They're the people that we need to go quicker than to qualify.So, I don't know, I don't know.They're looking fast, I'm going to be honest.They're looking like they're going pretty fast.There's only one pair that I can see so far in our age category.Yeah, I'm feeling good.

My cold is kind of like, it's definitely a lot better.It's definitely going.Still don't sound 100%, but I'm just, I feel so much better in my body than I did a couple of days ago, which I'm really happy about.

My outfit for today.

Let me pop you up, yeah.I've got on Some Gymshark shorts, which I've not worn these in ages, but I feel like they go really nicely with the outfit I'm wearing.It's like baby pink on an active sports bra.You can see my really bad sunburn through the back.And then I've got on like matching baby pink socks with my shorts.I don't know.

I just feel like I really, really like this outfit for today.But I'm just going to finish getting ready.Make myself look so presentable.And then we're going to head over.I need to have a banana.I need to drink water.

Carry on tracking that race.And I'll be finished in about 10 minutes.

Cream and hairspray is the best I can do.

Quicker than a 56 .40, because one of the pairs in our age group has already got a 56 .40.down like loads of spots but now it only rolls down like one spot.We're going to go out there and have fun with our under.I'm actually kind of just looking forward to racing.Home scenes.Looks so good.
