Welcome back to another weekly vlog.This feels so weird.I have not vlogged in like a month and a half, almost two months.So, um, hey girl, if you've seen my last video, I would definitely suggest you go get caught up or you finna be real confused.Cause I ain't hiding no more.Not that I was really hot.

Nah, I was hot.Yeah, I was hiding from y 'all.Cause anyways, so today is a beautiful day outside.We're very busy.I just got back from my walk.Step, step, step.

Y 'all know me and my 10 ,000 steps.I'm not one of them.Some people be like, Oh, 15, 20, this, that, no.Ain't no doctor's not even first of all 10k is even being a bit overzealous.But yeah, I go out and do my walk Sorry to do my walks and my stretches and stuff.So now we're back at the house We have a little bit of a busy day.

So let me run you through what we've got going on girlfriend.So First things first.I need to wash my hair.It might not look that bad to y 'all.She's dead So I need to wash my hair and style my hair.So that'll be fun.

I absolutely hate washing my sew -ins.It's the worst thing in the world, but it's fine.It's fine.So I need to wash my hair.And then once my hair is washed, I have a contractor that's coming to the house to finally do my entertainment wall in the living room.And then also they're doing some stuff in the nursery room.

So they're coming, they're gonna be, I'm doing paneling.Oh my God.Unfortunately, they don't paint.He just does like the wood stuff.So now I'm like, okay, do I find somebody else to paint?Do I paint?

Y 'all know sometimes I like to be Barbara the builder.I don't know about this go around.I just can't really be bothered.We'll see, but I'm really excited for it.So he's going to do the paneling and then I have to get somebody else to mount the TV because they don't do that either.They literally just don't put the wood on the wall.

I said, okay, fine.So they're going to come today and do the measurements for that.So that's really, really exciting.Sorry.I'm like looking at where it's going to be at.It's gonna be going there.

So this wall will kind of be like coming together Because my house is like a done like I pretty much have all of my furniture in the house But it's still just so bleh all the walls just white I need to paint I need to like put some some zhuzh in here, you know So anyways, they're also not gonna put the sconces on the wall, but that's fine I can just hire somebody to come in like off a TaskRabbit and mount the TV and do the sconces and maybe even do the painting.We'll see chow.So anywho, that's that.And then after that, I have some filming I need to do for a few sponsorships that I have.Just one actually, I'm just filming.Oh, actually, no, I am filming two.

I am filming like two pieces of content for that.So that's really why I'm washing my hair, if I'm gonna be honest, because I would have pushed it out chow, but whatever.So I need to film that.That's my plan.That's what I want to do today.So let's get to it.

Let's go wash this hair child because my head is itchy Like I need to wash my hair really really bad.So let's go do that.Okay, so we are in the abode I'm gonna show you guys what I'm using and where I'm actually gonna bring you in in the shower with me. I'm gonna stop being lazy boots and actually take y 'all in and give y 'all a little montage of me washing my hair.Y 'all know I be getting lazy.So in my shower, I actually like love the shower products that I have in here.You know what, let me just bring y 'all in the shower, hold up.

Okay, so here we are into the shower.These are the products that I use.So for my hair, we're gonna be going in with the Clarifying Shampoo from Sacred.This gets your hair squeaky, and I mean squeaky.Clean okay, and this is what I need.I need to like really get into my hair I also have to have the hydrating shampoo here I'm gonna be using this on my natural hair, but I'm not gonna be putting this on my weave because No, you know, you don't need all that and then I'm gonna be using the hydrating concealer the hydrating conditioner This is also something that if I'm being quite honest, I wouldn't really care to

use on my weave But it is what it is.And then I do have my treatments in here So this olaplex I put in as soon as I get in the shower and I wet my natural hair I put this on my hair let it sit then begin the shampoo and all of that and then afterwards is when I put the k -18 after I shampoo my hair I Dry it a little bit and then I put the k -18 on let it sit for a few minutes and then go in with my conditioner so that's kind of what we're gonna be doing here wise and I might as well just take y 'all over here to my body care I'm not gonna lie I got a bone to pick with y 'all because why did no one tell me how good Cyclar was okay I haven't seen all the girls talk about it on TikTok.I don't know.It just something about it just didn't, I don't know.I just was like, I don't need another body wash.Like I got so many body washes.

So like I have a lot of just body care.And so I just like passed off on it.But during the like last Sephora sale, I was like, okay, you know what?I want to try it.This right here is the truth.I'm not even trying to play with y 'all.

I love my, I love Salt and Stone.I love my Salt's hair.I love all these different things, right?but they're this one this one and salt air I feel like are really taking the lead for me okay I need to see which one cheaper and that'll probably tell you which one scents of salt air far better though this thing isn't bad this is the sacred sand tall but I'm not gonna lie to y 'all put the salt and stone down no shakes on stone that's what I've been using for like months this so much better I feel clean but then it has this like moisture to it.Oh my God, it's so good.So been loving this, loving, loving, loving.

And then of course y 'all know I have my dove, my little dove.antibacterial soap in here.I don't think I need to use, no I don't need to use that today.I also have my topicals in here, but I don't need to use that today either, because I literally just exfoliated last night.Now, I have two different in -shower moisturizer kind of things.I got this honey in PR, and I don't know if I like this just yet.

So, touch back for my opinion on this.You just put it on your skin when it's wet.As you can see, I've only used a little bit.I've only used this like four times.So, I'm still trying to figure out if I like, like it or not yeah so i'll i'll i'll keep you posted on that one this is my go -to the vaseline um body gel or whatever girl this is my go -to i love to put this on once i'm done in the shower um but before i like completely dry off i put this on first it kind of just like locks in all the the moisture and then you go in with your body butters and all the things so i just like to keep that in the shower so let's wash this hair girl oh and i need to get a brush i always like to keep a brush and a clip in here whenever i do my hair wash day so I can do sections.So I'm gonna grab that and then we gonna start.

Okay, we are freshly washed hair out of the shower.I have a big towel on because all the weave.I actually ended up not putting conditioner on my extensions, only on my natural hair.I didn't even film that part because I'm trying to spray.Girl, please, please, please, please.So now we're gonna go blow dry, the fun part.

I fear you guys can see how messy this room is, but it is what it is.Okay, so we're fresh out of the shower.We're about to blow -dry our hair.I went in with the Kenra blow -dry spray.This is some of my favorite, I mean favorite hair prep products ever.Khalia used to use it all the time when she used to do my takes.

Sorry, my phone is going nuts.So we're gonna blow -dry our hair.Y 'all know I'm using my Dyson, and I like to go in with the round brush attachment.I just feel like the tension is better, and so it just gets my hair nice and blowed out hopefully this doesn't take long i hate blow drying my hair i almost forgot uh i take my sacred because i don't wash my braids unless like i go swimming or i'm like super sweaty i just spray this i take this and i just spray into the hair you get me my bad y 'all i just realized my camera wasn't even on when i did my blow dry but i ended up blow drying my hair it's still a little damp nothing too too crazy but i didn't use my attachments like i told y 'all i would i just rough blow dried i used the attachment for well i kind of used the attachment for my natural hair but i just like rough blow dried this hair because this hair is really like You see it's pretty straight.So I really didn't need that kind of tension if I'm being quite honest We're gonna go ahead and straighten my leave out.This is just a really teeny tiny little flat iron.

I got this on Amazon It's from this brand wavy talk after this girl.We're gonna make some breakfast cuz I'm hungry.Okay, I don't have a job, but I'm hungry Yeah, I want to cook before I sit and really like get into my hair.I don't knowwhy I thought, I always...Underestimate how long it takes me to wash and do my hair.

Okay.Yes, so i'm using this company called a thumbtack But it's not a company.It's um, it's an app very similar to task rabbit except for kind of more like legit contractors More like you can find plumbers like legit legit granted.You can find plumbers and stuff on task rabbit, too But y 'all get what i'm saying?Like my building requires us to have a certificate of insurance.So that's why i'm on here because they are legit contractors so they can provide all the like insurance needs and stuff like that and it's all approved now before y 'all start oh you could have did that paneling yourself you coulda you coulda you coulda coulda shoulda woulda i'm not gonna okay uh -uh one thing about it i i love a good diy y 'all know i love a good diy but all the measuring the the cutting the making sure it's straight i'm gucci i'm gucci i don't want nothing to do with it i'd rather i can i'll hang something up on the wall before i'm gonna sit here and measure out molding and nail it to hell no girl all them straight lines it's got to be level it's got to be straight that's something that's really got to be done right or it's gonna look crazy and the thing is is it can be diy'd very well and look good just not when i do it i'm gonna be honest with y 'all i know my capabilities I know my skill set and I know the type of patience that I have right now and it's not enough to do that Anyways, i'ma finish just pressing out my edges y 'all see how i'm doing that and then we'll go make some breakfast.

I think I want to make some oatmeal and Unfortunately some eggs girl.All right, y 'all the contractor is about to be here.He said he'd be here in 10 minutes So before he gets here, let's go over what we're gonna make for breakfast because once he gets here I want to show y 'all like whatever he says and whatever he measures So I want some oats like somegranola or oatmeal I want some oatmeal because I try to get a lot of fiber Trying should I say to get tons of fiber and then I'm also gonna have some eggs I have one little sausage patty in here that I'm like should I eat this up?That is a lot of food.Anyways, we're gonna be doing I'm just gonna make some boiled eggs Yeah, I don't need to see that.

So I got my big old thing of a quicker oats These are the girl is some oatmeal look any kind of oatmeal will be fine But this is the old -fashioned rolled rolled oats.I cook them on the stovetop I'm just gonna make them with water because I don't think I have any almond milk.It's fine.And then I've got my honey here, because I'm going to sweeten it with some honey.And I'll put some butter in it.And then I've also got some dates here.

So I'm going to fry up some dates, kind of like how I do for my little ice cream.But I'm going to put the dates in the oatmeal.I'm going to cut them up and put it in.They'll be really nice.And I've got some walnuts and a little bit of granola for some crunch, just to give it some texture.So that's what we're going to make.

This should be really, really easy.Like super -duper, duper -duper easy.Say, all I have in one serving don't look like You know what your eyes are way more hungry for?your stomach Anyways child, I didn't get to taste it with y 'all because then my under cell called me on the phone I was on the phone for like an hour Huh?Anyways child, so the omelette was good.I would suggest putting a little more honey or a little more honey Brown sugar some something in there because I need it just a little more just to make a little more sweet Y 'all have got to forgive me. I haven't vlogged in a long time.

So I'm off my game a little bit the contractor came there wasn't really anything to film because all he wanted to do was show me the samples for the molding and Then measure the walls and then he's gonna come back tomorrow and actually do it.There wasn't really much to see today I got us all excited about the contractor contractor ain't do nothing you just came to measure the wall for me real quick so they'll come back tomorrow and they're gonna do that so now it's time for us to film though because i do need to film like i need to get this done and you know what's so frustrating i had another sponsorship that i needed to do and it was about my hair but i miss anyways girl please please please okay let's let's Get ourselves together.Hey my girls.It is a bunch of time later.I finished filming I didn't use you guys like I didn't show you guys me filming because I've actually started filming my sponsorships on my vlog camera because the quality is just so much better and I say The thing is the industry is moving in this direction where everything has to be like extremely produced It ain't used to be like that before you could pick up your that was more the vibe They want it very authentic pick up your camera and go kind of vibe no baby they said commercials anyways so i finished filming it's so cold in my house so i had to put a sweater on to be honest it's not even cold i just i'm cold so i'm making dinner now because i'm so hungry and i'm making something we've made before oh i didn't get a green pepper dang that's okay i'm making peppers and sausage or sausage and peppers sausagepeppers and onions.

I've made this for y 'all before This is such an easy go to delicious ass meal If you've never made this make it you just need you some bell peppers and onion.I have a yellow onion that's my preference for this meal and then Some kielbasa.Okay, you can get any kind of like smoked sausage.Is this smoked sausage?Is it smoked?Yeah, yeah, yeah, it's smoked.

I'm pretty sure it's smoked.I like the kielbasa because it's kind of a, it's like a little spicy.Um, and then I just put it over rice.Time for my rice.Going on the stove.I only had brown rice.

I really wanted white rice.I'm not gonna lie to you I don't know when you look at the calorie difference white rice and brown rice literally be neck and neck So to me why bother with brown when I couldn't have fluffy white rice, but i'm pretty sure there's probably some other nutritional benefits For having brown rice, but whatever.I cleaned out my cabinet the other day and I got rid of my white rice So we're having brown rice.So that's what i'm doing.I'm gonna cut up my bell peppers.I'm making a lot because whatever i don't eat like i'm gonna cook all the sausage i'm gonna cook all these bell peppers all this onion i only cooked a um cup of rice just because i don't like leftover rice it just don't hit the same but yeah so whatever i don't eat i can just eat tomorrow or the next day or the next day so i'm watching youtube oh my god y 'all i came across the story time from this young lady tisha nicole what's crazy is i've seen her tiktok version of this and now i'm seeing a youtube video she's doing a story time about i found out one of my wedding guests was actually my husband's mistress so i'm like watching this she's a good storyteller too so it's like really entertaining and then i also was watching open thoughts y 'all know i love me some funny marco open thoughts with um funny marco and marlon wayans hilarious i just i Funny Miracle is so fun.

The name is so fitting.Anyways, girl, let's cut this stuff up and get to cooking.Y 'all have seen me make this, but I'm gonna let y 'all see me do it again, because it's so fun.minute Pieces of sausage going on the stove, but i'm hungry.So i'm gonna eat.This is what it looks like It would be prettier if I had green bell peppers, but lots of rice.

This is a big old bowl I know what you're thinking elite.That's a lot of food eaten since I had my um oatmeal this morning.So i'm Gonna eat i'm gonna eat this chill out.What time is it?Love island's not coming on yet.Oh, wait What time does love island come on seven or eight?

I still have a few emails.I need to catch up on anyways Technically I haven't like finished finished work, but it's all good.We need to have an early night Anyways, the contractor said he's coming back tomorrow around 9 a .m which means I need to get up early because I need to get my walk done and Everything by the time he needs to come here and I really wanted to go to Brooklyn tomorrow So I wanted to take you guys with me.So We need to get up early like 5 a .m.

Early.So it's kind of good that it's early likethat It's seven o 'clock now because that means I'll eat and then get showered cleaned up and then oh, you know I don't even got a shower. II have not left my house period.I forgot to wash my hair there I'm not getting back in the shower.I showered earlier today and I ain't left the house.

Yeah.Yeah.Yeah.Yeah.Yeah, so nevermind I mean, I still gotta wash my face and stuff, but I don't have to be in the shower delicious and don't y 'all come for me about my sausages.I like them burnt.

Every time I make this, somebody is always commenting like, I like my sausage just as well done as the next person, but damn Aliyah, I like them crispy.Hey y 'all it is two days later actually since I last talked to y 'all girl.I've been up since 5 a .m It's only 11 a .m.Which it's been a long morning and you're probably like, well, why are you just not picking us up?

Your girl had to put in work.Okay, I'm in work work work.We're working all morning Do y 'all see that my kitchen y 'all gonna see it cuz we've got to clean it up together my house first Look at my dining table girl Oh, did y 'all hear that?My dining table, I have chairs now.The chairs came yesterday.I haven't gotten to show them to you guys.

And also the paneling got done and I know I didn't pick y 'all up.I asked him if I could film and he was like, no, we don't want to be on camera.And I said, period, not a problem.So I will show you guys the paneling that we did and then I'll show you my dining chairs.But first things first, we got to clean up my kitchen.So this morning I had a sponsorship for Peacock.

They have this new show called Well, by the time you guys are seeing this, oh, I don't know.Will it be out by the time y 'all are seeing this?I actually don't think it's gonna be out by the time you guys are seeing this video, but it's called The 5 Star Weekend, and I think, who's in it?Regina King, I think, is in it.Not Regina King, Regina Hall, girl, Regina Hall, I knew that.Okay, anyways, Regina Hall is in it.

Anyways, so it's this show, Coming to Peacock, and they reached out, and they wanted me to do a video for them, and it was so fun, a lot of effort, a lot of time,pieces but i think it came out so good so i basically like had to like make a dinner party essentially and so like i went all out like i decked out my dining table i cooked a shrimp scampi i was cooking shrimp scampi at seven in the morning Okay, it's good as hell.I mean eating.I just been eating it on me ever since I made it anyways So that's what I was up doing this morning y 'all.So that's what my kitchen is a mess So we have to clean all of this up because the house is a wreck It's a wreck and then we will go over the little home updates that we've got going on which I'm really excited about and And then we'll figure out what we need to do for the rest of the day.I know I have a meeting at three o 'clock We'll see what we're gonna do for the rest of the day.

I don't know.I want to go like do something But it's supposed to thunderstorm, but it's blue skies.Maybe we'll go for a nice little walk or something I do need to go for a walk cuz I didn't I didn't do my walk this morning because I woke up and I was like I gotta get this done cuz it's due today Yeah, it's supposed to start thunderstorming at 2 p .m.We'll see we'll see what happens and it's hot as hell outside Anyhoo, so let's get to cleaning up this kitchen cuz y 'all it is bad.It is bad.

It is bad I also have to clean up like take all this off the dining table The dining table is pretty but I don't want it to stay like that.So we got to take it off State of this kitchenCleaning is done when that candle got lit, like I made it seem.I was being way dramatic, so I took a nap.Oh, we're gonna clean up?We took a nap, and then I cleaned up, but I needed that nap.

I haven't up since 5 a .m., and I did not go to sleep early last night, so I was tired.Cleaned up, everything's put away.It really was not that bad.In my mind, it was just so much more than what it really was, but I'll chill.

I repurposed the flowers and just put them all over the house, so now I literally have flowers in like every crevice of the house.because i made like seven bouquets for the table.i lit my sacred candle for this is the first timei've ever lit it here when i went to the sacred party and they like did my hair they had that handle going and i was like this smells so good and they gave us some so i'm finally getting to like light it so we'll see How it does in the house, but um, I want to give you guys the home updates now So in the living room we or should I start with the dining table?I might as well start with the dining table because you guys have seen that so like let me show it to you Come on.I went back and forth on chairs You guys know I did like a poll in a vlog a couple of vlogs ago asking you which Chairs I should get and then I ended up getting none of those chairs because I felt like I don't know I ended up getting these Because number one I was just over it.

I was like, I need chairs like i'm tired of everything being like half finished half done I actually got these on wayfair and they're these like cb2 dupes They look just like if you're familiar with this chair from cb2.I love them.So let me show you so I put you guys over there So the lighting is okay, but they're basically this kind of like saddle colored brown and then this like natural wood very neutral, which is Is it really my vibe per se in here but but but I have big plans for the dining room So I still need to get a rug in here, obviously And then let me kind of shift you so you can see my vision So as of right now you guys know it's the dining table and then I have my big mirror right here well this is gonna go into this room here which is my filming room now because i've moved everything around because this room is bigger so this is this is like a full bedroom like it has an ensuite it's really big and prior i had my filming office room in my third bedroom i don't know if i told y 'all i have a three bedroom so i have a lot of space so i had my filming room over there but that room is kind of small like it's meant to be an office but it just didn't make sense to put all the baby stuff in here i said put it over there and this is gonna be my room so now i can put this mirrorin there so then it'll be like my filming outfit of the day.So, so cute, right?Well, I'm still working on this room.

This room still got a lot of junk in it right now.It's a work in progress.But that's what's gonna happen.So this is gonna go and then I'm gonna put the credenza that I have underneath my TV.That's gonna go here.right and i'm gonna put some artwork on the wall some like really pretty something with some deeper colors not just like beige like something with some burgundies and you know in that space so this is gonna come together really really nicely and then Whenever these flowers are done, there will be a better centerpiece for the table here.

But for now, this is fine So that's what's going on over there.

But now let me show you guys the paneling that I got done.Okay, I have you guys pretty far Away, so you can see the whole wall.So I just got some single like paneling done we were gonna do double like basically do this twice within each but i really wanted my tv to fit inside of the molding um and i don't even think it's going to once i put the real frame and put it up on the wall but you get what i'm saying so anyways the molding or the paneling is up it makes it gives just so much more to the wall we still have to paint it we're gonna line wash this wall kind of like Like a beige -y, brown kind of color.That'll be nice and it'll give this wall some texture and just kind of like a pop.So this is gonna go center on the wall.So yeah, so the TV is gonna get mounted.

I'm gonna put my nice, big trim on it.You guys know the frame that I have for this TV.And then I'm putting some sconces here on each side, a singular sconce on each side.Ah, it's gonna be so gorge!And then this credenza, like I said, is gonna go over there.now I want to I think I'm gonna get like a lower entertainment table thing to go here I haven't quite decided yet but I do kind of want to like hide the And I know I told y 'all no baby stuff we're not doing no baby stuff But I do want to show you the paneling that we did in this bedroom as well So because it's really really nice and if I wasn't doing something else in my bedroom I would have did this kind of paneling in the bedroom.

So in here we did paneling top and bottom So I don't know if you guys can see there's paneling here here and then there's like a molding across the wall hopefully y 'all can see i think y 'all can see that so what we're doing in here is instead of painting like i'm doing on that wall well i still have to paint because you have to paint this white like this is like rough finished So this needs to get painted, but then we're putting like blue, like wallpaper.Like it's like, it's really pretty.Like, like some wallpaper girls, some cute little baby wallpaper.And it's going to go inside of each of the panels.So on the bottom and then on the top it's going to be sewed.So yeah, that's what we're doing in here.

It's gonna be so cute.Don't ask me about my bedroom wall I don't know what I don't know what I'm gonna put on this wall yet.I know I need to put some art I know and I know I want to do some not sconces but pendants I want to do some pendant lights in here for sure, but I just the priorities.the same guy who did my curtains in here love them I ordered the exact same ones you guys know how much I love my curtains okay so we're gonna put that in there and then like I said the task rep is on the way we're gonna do some self -care tonight and then there's a new episode of Love Island tonight I'm not I'm not talking with y 'all about Love Island okay because the way y 'all behave last season it's actually shocking to me like the the the way that people behaved behind a reality show last season because i've been watching love island for years y 'all know y 'all know we've been watching love island for years uk us it ain't never been like that before i said whoa this is getting a little too serious we acting like we acting like this is the presidential election oh baby please So, I'll just keep my mouth shut.It don't matter.Like, it's literally not that serious.

But I am excited to watch tonight's episode.I've enjoyed this cast.I feel like, yeah, I just, I don't know.I love it.I like seeing the girls.I love, I just love it.

So, I'm not gonna lie, this season do make me feel real old though.I don't know how y 'all feel, but they just so young.I say, you know, I never really be feeling like Auntie ever.Actually, I'm lying.As soon as I start talking to the young kids, I'm like, yeah.Yeah, we're not going to be doing much tonight.

I'm not even going to be cooking.I'm going to eat that shrimp scampi that I made at 5 o 'clock this morning.That's all I'm eating all damn day.I might order some cinnamon rolls, because I'm feeling that.But other than that, I'm not doing nothing else.So I'm just going to wait for him to get here, just chill out for a second, make sure it's almost end of day.

So I need to check my emails, make sure I didn't miss anything before the end of the day.And then we're going to plan our day for tomorrow.I know I really want to go home.walking we haven't done like a nice new york walk together in a while so i think maybe we do that tomorrow morning also it did not rain at all like it said it was going to which is so annoying but whatever so i'm thinking tomorrow morning maybe we get up hella early and like go walkbefore all the crowds the only issue with walking early you guys the cafes here not all cafes but the cutesy cafes where you want to try the matches and the things they don't be open until eight nine o 'clock which y 'all already know how i feel like that is so insane so it's like what am i supposed to do walk without a coffee That's crazy.Yeah, I'm gonna stop rambling y 'all can tell I missed you guys.

I just want to talk talk talk to you now All right, guys, it's time to wind down for the night.We're gonna do some skincare I've already laid out all my products, but we're gonna be doing a face mask So the order in which i'm doing things might be a little bit different than we normally do because you guys know what?I like to do my skincare before I get in the shower.I don't understand if I don't so let's Just get started trick that I like to do to get my mascara off I put the micellar water on the pad and I just kind of like hold it on my eye closed basically like I'm like soaking the mascara off first before I start to like rub it off and I find that this helps everything come off just a little bit better everything is off I used two cotton pads I usually use one for my face makeup and one for all my mascara now if I got on like a bowl full beat another conversation for another day now we cleanse you guys already know how I feel about my youth people cleanser so this is what I'm gonna be using and you want to make sure you're washing your face for 60 seconds it's so crazy a storm just came through so bad it waslike thunder lightning It was so loud, but it's still kind of like daylight out So it's really pretty and now it's passed and it's so beautiful outside like that storm passed so quick So pretty and of course to dry my face.I'm using my clean skin club.

It's just gonna kind of suck everything out Or at least that's what i'm hoping for now that this is all on i'm gonna shower And by the time I get out of the shower, this should be stiff.I shouldn't be able to move my face Okay, and i'll either rinse it off in the shower or when I get out and shower is complete I know it doesn't look like it because i'm back looking exactly the same but The mask didn't dry the way that I thought it would and it's been like 20 minutes So i'm gonna take this off now because i'm about to finish my skincare and get in the bedThe sunset is looking so pretty.Anyway, so I'm just gonna I should probably wet this.Yeah, I should probably wet this I'm gonna wipe this off and I'll be right back mask is off.My skin does feel like it's been Which is what I wanted.

Um, so i'm going with this Lancôme tonic comfort.This is like a Hydrating toner.It's kind of like a milky toner.I really like these y 'all know that I love a good like Milky toner.It just feels so good.I'm good moisturizer.

This is very similar to the dewy skin cream Except it's just a little thinner kent moisturizer, and I don't know.Oh, I thought I was out I mean it is kind of empty but I really like both but it's just so easy being able to pump it.So I put it all over my hand and then I just work it in.The sun is going down.Oh my God, the sky is so pink.I'm pretty, I wish I could show you guys.

One thing about it, if I wanted to be with the girls who show out of their windows, my content would do numbers because it's so pretty, the views.And then to finish off our skincare, I'm gonna be going in with this Rode Peptide Lip Boost.this is different than the like tinted lip peptides I like this way more than those this is actually probably my favorite lip product ever I wear it all the time but especially at night when I tell you I wake up this is still on my lips Like moisture is so good.It is so good.I don't know why no one talks about this one Everyone always talks about like the colored ones like the tinted ones this so good so good And I was using the edam.I started I finally got the edam that everyone was talking about and I really like it It's nice, but I like this more not gonna lie.

So.good morning guys we are about to head out for the day it is 8 30 in the morning and we are all dressed cute i wanted to be out a little bit earlier than this but it's okay the cafe that i want to go to doesn't open until 8 a .m on a saturday anyway so it's whatever it's perfectly fine i figured what we'll do is we'll go get a matcha we'll go walk around we'll do our little thing y 'all know how i like to do and then we'll get some lunch we'll do a little solo lunch date i should bring my candle i got dressed because it is like Really nice outside and it's really hot and I'm just so over wearing workout clothes all the time So I put this little it's actually a dress I wore it as a dress when I first wore it I wore this in I can't remember but I've worn this as a dress before but today I'm wearing it as a shirt with some little capris underneath just because I don't want my booty all out I ain't gonna lie like it's really cute but and I washed it and it kind of shrunk up a little bit That's my fault and I'm big as hell.So it don't matterthe way it's supposed to but anyways, so I just have it kind of tucked in the front It's like to give it like this little baby doll look and then I didn't feel like doing my hair I'm actually about to take this sewing down I think like I'm kind of over it.Like I don't know why like I'm itching to wear a ponytail.

So Yeah, so I just had a scarf around my hair and I just did my edges so they look kind of cute But yeah, that's that and then I just have on some black leggings and for shoes I wanted to wear my tabby's but because we're gonna go walking I knew I was gonna regret that now the tabby's are comfortable They're fine, but not when you're doing 10 ,000 plus steps a day.Those are like if you're going out in the city You're just kind of like out and about bippin and boppin cool.So but like purposefully going to go walk after a little minute, I ain't gonna lie, you know.So I have on my little Nike Airwraps.These are the Skims Nike Airwraps.They're very similar to the Tabi, so they still have the split toe.

They still kind of look like a ballet flat.So they're still like dainty and tootsie, but they're very, very comfortable for walking.So I don't have to wear like a sneaker.Do you get what I'm saying?For perfume, I'm wearing this Giorgio, what is this?I think it's called anniversary or something like that.

And then these straps just keep falling down.I don't, listen, I don't even need the straps.My titties so damn big right now.The strap could just, the shirt gonna stay up.the strap is pissing me off anyways y 'all let's go um we're gonna start so we're gonna be going into brooklyn again because i have truly discovered that we've been here before the place not i don't know if it's pronounced not go or naco or naco i say naco i've realized that is my favorite matcha latte in all of new york like i know the girls quick little rant quick little rant quick little rant if you don't care about matcha and coffee and all that and just don't matter to you listen I know the girls like they be putting all these cool little matcha places and I go to them and they're let me not say they're terrible but like for example that rhythm zero place I think that is probably the most overhyped matcha that I have ever had in the city ever had because it has raving reviews and I can understand why the girls like it because it's a really sweet deserty matcha ish but even even for a sweet treat matcha it's not it doesn't taste good to me i don't know anyways so this place you guys know i really like interlude in tribeca that is like still ranking very high for me and then nako i think has taken the cake so what i didthem is their Nako matcha latte iced and I do get it extra sweet which I know sounds crazy because you're like you don't be liking it real sweet I don't like it real sweet but they're very traditional so like they're a regular where to serve that I need a little this is just straight matcha which is fine if that's like what I'm into which usually it's not though I need a little bit I need a little something so I get it extra sweet with almond milk and it is so perfect it's like the perfect matcha truly like and it's very consistent i think that's another thing that i really appreciate is consistency every time i go it's good i don't go and i'm like oh you know today you know how like sometimes you go somewhere and like certain baristas you be like okay You having a bad day?

I'm gonna make a little to -go water before I go because it be hot outside, I be so thirsty, and I can't be passing out on these streets on the journey to the coffee shop.So...I'm gonna do that and then yeah we about to head out so let's go.I don't know if you guys can see but it's so beautiful outside.It's definitely like spring summer finally in New York and it's crazy because it was a crazy thunderstorm yesterday but now it's so pretty outside.I love walking over here because it's much more

residential than Manhattan.Well, let me not say all of Manhattan, obviously, but you get what I'm saying.Yeah, it's just so nice.You guys can see that strap is down my shoulder again, whatever.I'm using my DJI and my mic, by the way, so this is awkward for me, but I'm gonna do it.We're like a block or two from the cafe that I like.

So we'll be there shortly, but it's just so pretty over here.When my lease is up, okay, I'm saying that as I just did renovations, but I love it over here.Little weenie dog.We're pulling up and it's so busy.It's always so busy on the weekends.Yeah, like all these people.

So this is a cafe, it's called Neko.Keep in mind, they say they don't let pets inside, but I've seen people bring their pets in so many times.iced Neko matcha latte with almond milk, extra sweet.

and then one olive oil cake.

So I got my normal latte and then I did get the olive oil cake but it's like really really busy so I'm just gonna have to wait a little bit for the drink.So I just had a seat.Not a lot of seats and it's a laptop free zone so keep that in mind if you're ever wanting to like do work in here.It's not really conducive for that.Alright you guys so I got my matcha and I got my cake.I came outside and sat on a bench because the stairs are oh my god you would have thought that i was like recording these people like tmz anyways so let me show you everything

but this is the mancha my only complaint is that these are they just look like such small cups but i'm pretty sure it's still a 12 ounce drink but that's the drink and then i'll show you the olive oil cake this is the cake look at how oh my gosh it's literally just an olive oil cake but then it has a miso orange glaze like on the top best olive oil cake i've ever had in my life like every time i come here i have to like fight myself not to get it because it's so good it's like not too sweet if you like olive oil cake then you'll really really like it or at least i really really like it and then here's the matcha it is a iced matcha latte with their house made black sesame no i think it's earl gray now i don't know i think it's earl gray earl gray syrup and a little bit of salt it is so good like it's my favorite i always come here like you just it's always consistent it's just so good so now that we got all this we will go walk now the piers are like right behind here so we can go walk and it'll be really nice look at how nice it is down here it is so pretty everyone is just like out riding their bikes like getting walking around running it's just so nice there's like it looks like volleyball courts or something over here I don't know, it's just so cute.And this is at like 9 .30 in the morning.Because I want to get my steps in, I'm gonna go down to the furthest pier and I'm gonna walk all the way around that one, walk all the way around the next one, all the way around the next one.Just do that until I hit my steps.This is volleyball by the way, beach volleyball, which is so nice.And then there's like a little water park for the kids.

Hold on.I'm actually not gonna record where there's a bunch of kids, but there's like this thing called a water lab and it's like a bunch of water fountains for like the kids to like splash around in.So cute.And then you can also, I've learned that you can take the ferry like in and out from this pier so i think next time we come that's what we should do because it looks like it's much closer like to the cafe than the train yeah governor's island ferry oh that's going to governor's island i've been there this is the pier and then the ferry's gonna come in and it's taking all of these people to Anyways, guys, we're just gonna get our walk on.It's so beautiful out here.I'm just having a blast.

Just look at how pretty the water.Okay, obviously, it's not like clear water, but it is beautiful.And then like seeing the city, the skyline all behind it.Oh my God, I just love this area.It is so, it reminds me a lot when I used to live in my last apartment on the Upper West Side, because I used to walk on the waterhighway all the time and the west side highway is really like this like it's right on the water and then obviously it doesn't have like piers but actually there are piers over there i don't know There are absolutely peers over there, but it was a little bit different, but people were just always outside always Running walking just like so much like community Even if like I obviously do not know any of these people so they're not necessarily my community It is like I think that even if you're not necessarily like interacting with people like I'm not I might have a small conversation here or there.

Hi, how are you?Excuse me, that kind of a thing.But I think just like being outside, seeing people just be people is so nice.Like this is probably one of my favorite parts of my day is when I go out for my walks, like out around the city.But this area specifically, I just love because it's just so like to the basics, you know, like people are just out here.Like there's people over here playing soccer.

Everyone's running.It's inspiring me.Like maybe I should be a runner again.Not right now girl.Maybe later but You get me.It's just so refreshing to me. I love it and it's not too hot today.

It's hot.Don't get me wrong It's still early, but there's also like a really nice breeze that comes like off of the water so it's not terrible it's maybe like 78 almost 80 degrees it's not too too bad and then if you can get in the shade i'm not like in in the shade but i'm trying to be so if you can be in the shade then it's really good but yeah it's just so nice out here like it's literally i just love it over here i love it over here and i don't know if you guys can see way off in the distance that is the statue of liberty and look there's people fishing catching fishthe end of the pier they're fishing oh my god it's so cute oh and if you're wondering where my matcha is I drink it all only one pier and it's already gone the downsides of being a chugger like I feel like I can drink a drink in 30 seconds and it's gone.The city just looks insane.Oh my God.Pier number two, done.

And now we're headed to our third pier.The only downfall of this walk or any walk for that matter in New York is when I have to pee.Luckily, like over here, they're not as bad as like in the, in the UK, like in Europe.Girl, no free bathroom.Okay.

They do not play.

You cannot come in here and use the bathroom.New York is like that as well, but not as bad.I find that like if you're nice people will let you come in and use the bathroom but there are some bathrooms at the end of not the next pier but the pier after that.We definitely have to go to the bathroom but it's just so pretty and people are like having birthday parties and like picnics and stuff.It's adorable.

Now the stretch between this pier and the last pier is a little bit longer but it's also really pretty.It's like there's rocks and like It's a little like wannabe beach.It's adorable.And there's also like tons of benches and areas to sit.Like if you're not exactly like just wanting to like walk it straight or if you just get tired, there's tons of benches like all along the piers, all along the spaces like in between the piers.There's also like little grassy areas like right up there where you can like lay down, read a book, have a picnic.

Like today, I guarantee you later there will be people like with blankets and stuff laid out, like having picnics and just like enjoying their time.I think I'm sweating.Already third pier down, one more to go, and this is the one that has the bathroom.It's not the nicest bathroom.Beggars can't be choosers.And I have to pee so bad.

This one, this pier has like basketball courts.Like this has all the like courts.So like basketball, tennis.I think there's like paddle, pickleball.Girl, I don't know the difference between all them.At the end of the day, all them sports where you hit a ball with a racket, It's all tennis in my mind.

It's all tennis as far as I'm concerned.But apparently it's different.They got all of that over here though.So that's really nice.Oh look, it literally says roller hockey, pickleball, fitness, handball, roller skating, ping pong, play turf, and basketball.Oh, so everything but tennis.

So I just sat here and told y 'all all that stuff is tennis, and they don't even got a tennis court.What?Okay, I don't know girl.By the time we get around this, I should be at like, think like six or seven thousand steps and then we'll walk into Dumbo and we're gonna find somewhere to eat over there cuz I'm getting hungry and I'm thirsty I need some water or something look at everybody playing I just love this like everybody playing basketball go sports so yeah our final pier it's getting a little toasty so I'm glad we're almost done with the piers because Big mama is a hot chef and I just want to say I really like these sunglasses, but Because the sides you guys see like the sides are so thick.It's kind of like blocking my peripherals So like I can hear stuff happening behind me, but I'll be like gonna be like You know what I mean?Cause like when people be coming up behind me, I do be like, okay, what you finna do?

Like who, who are you?Where are you going?Obviously some people are just walking and minding their business.So I don't like to like whip my neck around, but I have to because I can't see out of my peripherals with these sunglasses.

I'm a tap water girly.If you know, you know, I don't.I mean, I will drink bottled water, obviously, but I drink water right out of the sink.So when I go to restaurants, tap water me.And then I ended up ordering the eggs arrabbiata, which are really similar to like a shakshuka.So, y 'all know I love a shakshuka.

So it's like poached eggs in the sauce.I got them kind of more well done, though, because y 'all know I don't really like runny eggs.And then I also got the salad.So should be out soon.Food has arrived.So this is the salad.

It looks really good, it's like baby kale.There's apples, radishes.I didn't realize there were gonna be pomegranates.Pomegranates and avocado.And then it has like a light lemon olive oil dressing.That's what he said, so we'll see.

And then here are the eggs, arrabbiata.They look just like shakshuka, like literally identical.So, I'm gonna try the salad first.Okay, you get first bite.Mm -hmm, this is exactly what I wanted.what I wanted.

Very light, very refreshing.If you do not like kale, you will not like this.This tastes like a vegetable, by the way.Like, this is like a true, like, this is for the real salad eaters, okay?So if you're someone who prefers a really, like, kind of done -up salad, you're not gonna like this.This is very light, very simple.

Literally tastes exactly like what's in a kale.Oh, I would prefer a little more apples.I'm not gonna lie.Anyways, really good.Now let's try our eggs.Okay, they cooked them nice and like kind of well done for me.

Hey guys, so we are back from our little venture Okay, we had a really good old time baby after I ate I said gotta get home cuz one thing about it It's a nap time.It's time to take a nap.What's crazy is we did just so much I feel like and it's only 130 in the afternoon.So we still have like the whole day ahead of us, but I'm like, okay Well now I'm tired now now I'm tired So i'm about to just chill out for a second.I need like 30 45 minutes of just like silence And then uh, we'll kind of figure out what we want to do for the rest of the day.I feel like I want to

make like I don't know what I want to make for dinner But I feel like I want to make like a really nice dinner like a nice dinner And like a nice little beverage, you know, you know, like really like cutesy stuff for the night.I just don't know So we'll see i'm gonna take a few minutes to myself though.But this morning was so good.I enjoyed our little walk I enjoyed being out in the sun.I met so many of you guys.I met like three of you I said so many and then it's literally just three, you know, I had to add a little razzle dazzle I think I want to take my sewing down tonight There's just so many options, but i'm definitely about to sit my ass down.

So ttyl good morning It's the next day and we're gonna do a little sunday reset.I need to do some laundry I need to make my bed.I need to throw out some food out of the fridge.So let's get to it sheets in the washing machine so i need to wash them but i want to share with you guys what i use to wash them because i always talk about the lay lux stuff i've showed you like the room spray but i've never showed you how i actually use it in the washing machine so i put all my sheets in the washing machine i am very lucky and blessed to have a full size washer and dryer in my new york place i wish it's not a whole laundry room it's just a laundry closet but it's fine so for soap i just use a laundry pod i like gainBefore I started using what I'm about to show you, I personally love the smell of Original Scented Gain, but it's also just soap.I'm not too picky in that space.

So I've got my washing pod.So I throw that in there.Now this is where things get really good.You guys know I have the rose glaze Spray from Lelux that I spray my sheets with every morning.However, when I wash my sheets, I also use these Scented laundry beads so they look like this.They're just like any other scented bead like for example, I also have these unstoppables, right?

Now.These are wet dryer sheets So when you take it out of the package, it's wet and it's scented so good girl.Trust me It's worth the investment.If like I said, you're into the small little like mundane luxuries in life It's nothing is necessary.It's normalso it doesn't serve a purpose outside of smelling good And making you feel good.

But you know, yeah Because i'm doing some traveling.

Okay, look at all Of this 10 fish that I have you guys know I like the sardines, but i've never tried um this smoked salmon Which I don't like smoked salmon, so I don't know how i'm gonna feel about it in a can And then I also have like mackerel and smoked trout.I need to try them.I've tried the tuna.I like the tuna So I think i'm gonna leave that because I think it should be fine So I think the only thing in here that I need to throw away are my dates my nuts and maybe my granola everything else can stay this is where we're gonna have some real damage in my fridge's defense i've been trying not to buy a lot of perishables becauseI knew I was leaving soon.So The cheese has to go you guys this.

Oh my god.It just leaked everywhere Oh, I think it's spoiled now.But anyways you guys this tzatziki is It's so good and what's insane is this is made out of cucumbers and I dip cucumbers in this tzatziki and eat it.It is my favorite snack.It's so good.So good.

Okay, so quick intermission from what we're doing in there to the laundry.So I got my sheets in the dryer.And then I'm going to take One of my lay luxe dryer sheets.This is in the scent rose glaze.You can put two One the more you put the stronger the scent obviously, uh, but one to me with how many beads I put in is usually enough so i'm just gonna take it out as you can see it's It's wet.It's almost like a face mask in here.
