So I don't know if you guys remember, we were house hunting just before we left. The plan was to leave for two months. It somehow became five. Something kept coming up, right?

We had trip after trip, and here we are five months later. So we're still house hunting. We are, like you've seen from the footage, exploding out of this house. There's no space.
A lot of stuff needs to be done.
And then, I mean, we only have a limited time because now we're also just going to Arizona next weekend to see Jack. River's gonna see his cousin for the first time.

We got Jack and River matching outfits when we were in Europe so we're really excited to yeah we've got them the cutest I'm I think I'm more excited to see Jack cuz I haven't had a small baby in so long I miss River being small and I'm excited to see the size comparison because I forget how small River was because he's so big now yeah well we could always have another baby too yeah you just have the babies it's not like you grow them for nine months go through the pain. It's not like you have to grow them for 9 months, go through the pain. Yeah, it's not like it's hard or anything. It's easy.

He's a real estate agent. So I've left it up to them. We just gave them our criteria. So one of them is natural light and high ceilings
in the living room, which I feel like is missing in our house right now. Another one is obviously we want it to be four to five bed bedrooms. Right now we're in a three bed and you know Ivo had to give up his office so I think a good ideally we would like five beds but I don't want to stretch we want a
bigger backyard we want space for River in the backyard and privacy. Hopefully we're also trying because we want Ivo's mom to spend more time with us we're looking for a house with a casita at the back so she can have her own space when she comes and then that way my mom can come as well and then you know anytimes families
over they have their own. Yeah like they have their own casita at the back with
their kitchen, bathroom, bedroom so you know. That's one criteria. Okay we made it to the first one. so so I love it. Okay, we're done with the first house viewing. We're on to the next. This is definitely high, high up on the list. It checks, it checkmarked almost every box except high ceiling, which is fine. I don't think you can ever find your perfect house. You have to like, I love it.

There's definitely like a few things that we'd have to work on and like invest money in the change like the hardware. I didn't like that all of it was black the other one had like cold hardware and the finishes of the other house were just better than this one so yeah even the fences like I just don't we felt like it wasn't as like baby friendly like there was so many like spots in the house that I feel that like river could get hurt so if we moved in
there we would also have to redo the fencing and stuff, which is like, I think like a big investment. So even though this one was like a little cheaper, I feel like we would have to spend more money to like fix things.
All right. Day two.
Okay. Day two of house hunting. We have two showings today and these are kind of up in the hills right? These are like not really where, it's not really the area we're looking but I don't mind them.
We haven't even been to this area actually. It's a little bit off the beaten path so but with you know when you're not so centralized like we are now when you move a little bit further out you get more space, bigger houses, acreage.
I was like, I wasn't really listening, I was like space. Bigger houses, acreage. I was on the list here, I was like, okay, this is amazing, this is huge, like almost double of what we're looking at. They have insane views, but yeah, the only downside is you need like, it's a 10 minute winding road up in the hills,
and if you wanted to walk to something,
that's not gonna happen.
There's no walking grocery store nearby, you have to take the car and everything.
So we gotta get you the self-driving Tesla. So you can just pop in the address and go.
But I don't mind giving that up for space because, anyway, that's what's happening. We did have two showings in the middle of the week, we didn't vlog them, just because the minute we walked in, I went and I looked at each other and we were like this isn't it just didn't feel like home yeah they were just didn't no
natural light just one hat was on a busy road and there was way too many
issues with each of us. We pulled up and literally it was on a main road and yeah my first thing was like if River gets up by mistake yeah he would literally be on a main road that's so dangerous yeah it's not good that's what's happening. So we're gonna take you guys along on day two.

Really excited to see these houses. I know. These are the biggest and I think best properties
we've looked at so far, so.
I looked at Iva and I was like, I didn't know this existed in LA cause we kept going back and forth. how we want in this price range, because it doesn't exist in LA, but apparently it does. Yeah.
