What we spent in a day at Disneyland (family of 4)

What we spent a day as a family of four in Disneyland.This day started off pricey because Matt decided to surprise us all with a trip to Goofy's kitchen for breakfast.Honestly, this is a Disney highlight for our toddlers because you get to meet lots of characters and they come right to your table.I'm going to be devastated when they don't think they're real anymore and no longer call them Chickendale.So for now, we are savoring the magic.The food is actually pretty tasty in my opinion, too.

I had a maid to order omelet and more Mickey waffles than I will disclose here.But this whole experience did come at a steep cost of $205 .97.mistake of taking our kids too close to the resort gift shop but it was fine because we let them each pick out one toy for the entire trip and one of them picked out this Mickey and Friends Pirates of the Caribbean set.I also got talked into some Mickey suckers for each of them but this felt like a win compared to the mega lollipops that are sold all throughout Disney.All of this totaled $49 .35.We did opt for the additional lightning lane passes for the day since it was absolutely packed.

For our family it did ring in at $83 .25.I caught Matt treating himself to a fancy coffee for $7 .21 and then he got the Boise's Chickendale pretzels because they were asking for popcorn but we don't care.give them popcorn yet, so this was the compromise for $4 .08.

I enjoyed my afternoon Coke Zero for $5 .50.We were all still pretty full from breakfast, so we just shared some soft pretzels as a snack for $13 .39.For dinner, I had a salad by the resort pool for a staggering $40 .48 after adding chicken and a tip.That one hurt.The boys shared a cheesy cheeseburger and a couple cuties, and Matt had chicken tenders and fries for dinner from Cars Land, totaling $29 .56.Then we treated the boys to a slushie to end the day for $7 .85, bringing us to the grand total of $446 .69.
