Everyone says money buys a better holiday.Well, let's put that to the test while we're in Rome.We're going to see Rome on a budget and then we're going to get a private tour.Ooh la la.

So we got up at 4am and we ended up hiring bikes and riding to the Trevi Fountain.By the time we got there, there was only about 30 people.So we got all our photos, all our videos done in like 20 minutes.And the best part about getting up real early is it isn't even that hot and there's no traffic on the road.Also, if you go to the Coliseum, go up this road and follow this dirt path and you get the best pics 735 steps and let's just say I'm so glad I'm doing it at this time because doing it at lunchtime or any other time when the Sun is Directly on you would be horrible now the private tour doesn't start to 1 p .

m.So like okay Let's go back to the hotel and have a little nap girl by the time we got up It was 10 times hotter and the worst thing about this is we are touring inside the Coliseum So there is hardly any shade the tour guide was so nice.She was trying to stop in the shade as often as possible But girl it was horrible.I literally had to use my top as hell Now, you're probably thinking, Kat, if it was a private tour, why didn't you just book it for earlier in the day so it wasn't as hard?Well, that's the thing.We actually couldn't.

So this was a $500 tour.And let me just say, if you are a history nerd, you would have loved it.Our tour guide was amazing.She was answering all Jonathan and Deja's questions.Like, they were learning so much about this place.Me, on the other hand, I did not have to see the inside of this place.

I was happy taking my photos at 5 a .m.and learning from ChatGPT, which, by the way, was completely free.So I guess there is no right or wrong way to do Rome.It's just whatever makes you happy.
