Who benefits more from the U.S. & Iran cease-fire deal?

This two-week ceasefire is a big win for the United States. This two-week ceasefire is a big win for Iran. No, this is clearly a US win based on our negotiation tactics. No, it was better for Iran. Okay, both of you, sit down. Let's try to see who's winning by addressing this objectively.

On Tuesday, we reached a ceasefire deal. That includes plans to reopen the Strait of Hormuz. Okay, that's terrific news! This allows ships to get through the strait, which will bring down oil prices worldwide. And we didn't have to agree to an unconditional surrender which the US has demanded for weeks. Okay, let's say this is a win for both of you. Also, as of Wednesday, our Revolutionary Guards, which were labeled a terrorist organization, are still restricting the amount of ships and requiring they pay a toll. Okay, point for Iran for continuing to use the Strait as a source of leverage. So what are you both going to do with these two weeks?

Also on Tuesday, President Trump posted that Iran's civilization will die tonight, never to be brought back again if we didn't reopen the straits. You threaten to end their civilization, which is several war crimes, if they didn't open the straits?
