Who Throws Away a Car?

this guy just shook his head but look at this i came back to get my phone to look at this i've never seen a car in a dumpster before i don't know if this guy's gonna get it or not the whole thing in there it looks like a ford focus or something guys really double check and if he can do this or not the only other update is there was another piece in a different dumpster i'm assuming the apartment knows probably a good chance that this thing is stolen
