It's 5 .49 in the morning.Let's see how quick we can get today done.While Nat, on the complete other end, is going to be doing some in -person interviews for the coffee shop.And a whole lot of other things you're going to see on her POV.So, let's get a little good morning from her too.

Great though Cheers Where I'm just drinking straight -up shots of espresso in the morning because I actually can't keep my eyes open while I'm speaking to you right now Today is officially a one of our interviews for our manager and for some remaining baristas So I'm meeting with everybody starting at 2 p .m.And then tomorrow's a full day of interviews as well.So I need to wake up The past three days of our life have been so busy, so chaotic.It has been actually probably some of the hardest days ever.My body's like really physically exhausted right now.

And it's so crazy because he is usually like an already very tired dog.But Ellie, my super hyper field golden, I've not been able to get her up from that spot.She says, mom, get up.I need to rest.This is Thea in her natural habitat, but today is just worse.

Just got back from my adventure.I've got about five minutes to freshen up before interviews.Although I love this outfit, I just don't think that the shorts are professional enough.So I'm gonna put some jeans on.Boring!But I feel like I should, I should wear the jeans.

Let's head out to reserve a table because we're doing our interviews at a tea shop, not actually at Golden Rose because our AC is currently being fixed and it is 100 degrees outside today.Hopefully our AC is fixed by tomorrow.So then tomorrow's set of interviews can do about the shop.Me and Jake are gonna have really, really long days today, which he's already having a super long day.So I'm gonna give our bedroom a little bit of a refresh.So when he comes back home, he can feel like really comfortable.

We're doing our first vanilla latte trial.We're going to do two different versions of our latte.It's going to be one with syrup and shot.Mix here.And then the other version that we're going to do is syrup mixed with milk.Go!

Her also had a full exam She has this like thing that we noticed so we got some medication for her and T -Ball got vaccinesdidn't film that because it was it was ugly.Just got back.We gotta do an outfit change because I am very dirty It was an expensive day.I just paid $800 in vet bills.So expensive.

Let's put on a new outfit I'm headed out to interviews day two right now.And I know yesterday I changed my shorts and I was like, oh, yeah Professionalism blah blah blah.No way, bro.It is a hundred and three degrees out today.Like I actually can't wear jeans, okay?We're going to interviews.

I gotta get the goods to clean the windows right now.So we're looking for these couple things here.

I really hope these two things right here are my best friends today because I tried probably like three days ago to get all the glue and like residue off the windows and it wasn't working.My method didn't work but I did have these to be fair.Now hopefully with this it will work.Now I just need some glass cleaner and something to scrape off the glue with and I think we should be good.

We've got the goods secure and we are at the job site.

It actually came off so easy with the little razor that I bought.This next line is going to be so difficult to take off along with that one.And then right after that, we've got a big old glass of windows to go through.So if you guys come into the shop and you see like a little bit of residue from glue or something like old tape, well, just know I missed it.That's what happened.As you guys can tell, I'm putting my sweat into these windows.

We just finished the last interview.I feel so good about that last one.I don't know if you noticed how happy I was because I just felt it in my bones.You could tell.We are grabbing lunch.We did interviews for the past three hours.

We met with three different people today.It was really good.Yesterday, I left feeling great because I feel like the people we interviewed were super solid and actually great and a really well on the team.And the people that we met today, I also, yeah, I'm very excited about it and it makes me super, super pumped.
