Worst news fail EVER 😭

Throwback to 2001 when this guy became the first ever person to climb Mount Everest while blind. After completing this unbelievable feat, a local news channel decided to interview him. And right before the interview, this happened.

We're going to interview Eric Weihardmeyer, who climbed the highest mountain in the world, Mount Everest, but he's gay. I mean, he's gay, excuse me, he's blind.

This dude worked his whole life to climb Mount Everest while blind just to be called gay by a news anchor. I mean, come on, how do you even make this mistake? How do you mix up those two words?
