Yung Filly Got Found Not Guilty... Facing 5 Years In PRISON!

So guys, breaking news.for you.Young Philly's trial is finally over, but he is not a happy man.He's not a happy man because he is in the exact same position he was in two years ago.He is still facing time in prison.He is still out on bail and his court date on the 21st of August could see him sentenced up to five years in prison.

And we've got some new unreleased CCTV footage.We've got madness happening outside the court.We're going to cover everything, my people.Gay people will not like this video.So if you don't like this video I completely understand.Now there, that is the journalist there trying to trap him.

She says, are you sorry for assaulting her?Because he was found guilty of two counts of assaulting her.Now just to summarize everything, Young Philly was charged with six counts of sexual penetration without consent.He was found not guilty on three of those counts, and the other three of those counts had a hung jury.He was found not guilty of impeding her breathing and choking her.And he was found not guilty of assault, occasional bodily harm by slapping her, but they find him guilty for biting her.

They believe he bit her without reasonable consent, and even him getting on the stand didn't help with this.because he basically admitted that he hadconsent and we haven't seen the images that the jury have seen but these injuries must have been really bad and the fact that he explains these injuries by saying they were love bites and when he was on the stand he didn't show a lot of remorse and the fact that he pled guilty to those charges that he's been found not guilty on sorry he pled not guilty to the two charges he's been found guilty of When he gets sentenced, he could potentially get killed.time in prison, just like daddy tanks predicted yesterday.Sorry, I don't miss and to make things worse, young Philly could potentially be trapped in Australia again, if the prosecution decides to have another retrial, but his solicitor has come out and said you didn't investigate the Uber driver, you didn't investigate who you who she was talking to as soon as she left the hotel room.So maybe the prosecution might not might decide not to pursue a trial again, because this would just this point, like you'd need mental health people to check in on young Philly.

And apparently this footage was just minutes before he assaulted her during the one night stand.Now, despite the fact that young Philly has been found guilty on two counts of assault, occasionally actually bodily harm, ABH, the biting the injuries he did where the woman needed a tetanus shot, he is still going to be allowed on bail.And he will be sentenced on August 21.Well, maybe not sentenced on August 21.But in 21 days, he's gonna know his fate.And who knows, they might decide to have a retrial.

During the trial, Someone recorded a video of young Philly in the courtroom through a window and posted it on social media.And I've seen that video.Yeah, guys.So I'm unable to find the video, but it's a little video of somebody recording through the glass in the middle of the door.And you can see young Philly standing there in his suit.But on Monday, Judge Linda ordered that that video be taken down.

Definitely was.The window was papered over, secured with tape, and a separate room was set up for members of the public to watch proceedings.Only lawyers, court secretary, family members, accredited media, and those on a list provided by counsel could enter the courtroom where the trial was being held.On Wednesday, Judge Black advised the jury to ignore anyone outside the court building supporting Young Philly who may have been holding signs.I mean, these things can sway the jury, people there outside holding free Young Philly signs.She said there were idiots outside carrying placards, who had no respect for the court, treat them with the disdain they deserve.

And Young Philly's lawyer said the court told the court they were not helping his client, and he later spoke to one person who had been holding a free Young Philly sign.Soon afterwards, there was a fight outside the courthouse.On Thursday, the courtroom for public viewing of proceeds was closed after an order from the judge an absolute mess while this guy had his life on the line man but the prosecutor the prosecution have about a month to decide whether they want to retry the cases where there was a hung jury so young philly could still be fighting in court by next year he could still be in courtfighting the same sexual assault penetration without consent charges again.It is honestly someone needs to check in on the boy.And honestly, it's very likely that he will face time in prison because when he got on the stand, when he had to give his side of the story, they're going to at sentencing, the judge is going to view it as if, well, you clearly don't think that what you did was wrong, but he was found guilty for biting the woman's face and neck, as well as biting her breast hard enough that she needed a tattana shot.

And remember, the prosecution said this notion power imbalance and he didn't ask questions about sexual boundaries or he somehow had a responsibility to ask her before each sexual act in the bedroom is nonsense this is what young Philly solicitor said this is what he had tried to argue it applies both ways there was an age difference of nine years but she was an adult one thing is perfectly clear she was an enthusiastic and willing participant and he said the medical evidence shown in the court was unable to establish that Young Philly raped, assaulted or strangled the woman.Well clearly the police think it was enough and well the jury clearly think it was enough and Young Philly has been found guilty of two counts of assault.So it's safe to say his career is over.You know, it's safe to say it's Young Philly's career is done.You know, because if he was found not guilty on everything, I look so dark.If he was found not guilty of everything, maybe there would have been a chance.

But the fact that he's been found guilty of ABH in a sexual manner as well, there's no coming back for him.You know, and I think that guilt, that's what is going to stick with him.You know, that's what's going to stick with him.And I think he's going to sit back and look at that night and just think, why didn't I just pass it up?You know, why didn't I just pass it up?because this isn't good.

It's not a positive.It's not a negative and genuinely chunks.I want to see all these guys check in on their boy, bro, because it's rough.It's this like the damage has been done.Whether you think Spilly's being set up, whether you think he didit or not, whatever you think.
